I took my mini goldendoodle there for a cut and bath and showed the groomer a picture of what i wanted. My dog was completely shaved he looks like a rat, his belly was cut and bleeding afterwards and the leash I took him there with was completely destroyed. I called to speak to the groomer about the situation as none of it was brought to my attention at pickup. She denied everything and acted like she had no idea. When the owner Toni called me the next day she was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me talk. She just wanted to tell me how mean my dog was and tell me I needed to have him neutered. She never apologized for the incident or offered a solution to rectify my experience. I understand mistakes happen, but be upfront about it and if you own a business customer service should be a practiced skill. I've reported this business to the BBB Especially after having to take my dog to the vet to have his belly looked at to prevent infection which cost me even more money! i highly encourage anyone thinking about going here to think otherwise.

This groomer has been grooming my fur baby for over a year. She is a brown labradoodle and I have provided before and after pictures for reference. I take her to get groomed every month so I never really give her time to get matted. The other picture is of a white/black sheep doodle. It shows what the pup looked like when the lady brought her in and then the after picture as well as a video to show how matted that pups ears were. The lady had very specific instructions on how she wanted her pup to look - so it gave the groomer very limited options on the service she could provide. If you bring your pup in matted and then you're picky about how you want the dog to look, it's not gonna be the best service. But overall, that lady's pup looks really good afterwards. As a matter of fact, the pup is beautiful. I'd be weary of reviews that don't leave pictures of their complaint. This groomer is A1!!

My boyfriend went to pick her up and still had to wait to get her and finally spoke up and told the owner he could not wait any longer, he thought all she had to finish up was her ears because that is what she told us on the phone, SHE LIED! SHE HAD A LOT MORE TO DO ON OUR GIRL! She had her for almost three hours and hadn't even finished the job, and let me tell you, she DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GROOM A SHEEP A DOODLE! We boarded our girls again last week over New Year's while we were out of state. One of our dogs had an issue that needed emergency vet attention. Owner Elaine, was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and communicate with us about the situation . She drove her to the emergency vet, waited several hours for her to be seen, kept us updated with texts and pictures and then picked her up when she was released. During my visit, staff members appeared distracted and unprofessional, and their interactions with customers who expressed concern about their pets came across as dismissive. I also noticed dogs being kept in cages for extended periods before grooming, with little effort made to comfort those that were visibly anxious. Overall, the atmosphere and the handling practices I witnessed left me deeply uncomfortable and concerned about the well-being of the animals in their care.
