Called their office and someone immediately answered the phone. Made an appointment for the following day. Erin showed up in the the 2hr window of my appointment. I have an LTS security camera system which was installed by another outfit that was no longer in business. A few days ago, I had new Spectrum internet hardware installed and everything worked fine except I could no longer access the security system with my Ipad, PC, or phone. The fix turned out to be very technical. Erin was extremely competent and got my phone, ipad, and PC to access the Security cameras. Service like this has become rare. I decided to upgrade my 8 Camera /DVR system to a 16 Camera 4K system . I purchased a new 4K DVR as well as additional 4K cameras . I hooked up my new DVR to my old cameras just to see if there was a difference in the picture quality and of course there was . Eventually I would find someone to get up on my roof and swap out the old cameras for the new . however there was this constant beeping which I attributed to one of the old cameras not working . Run away from them. The owner ( a young man perhaps still a teen) came to us to give us an estimate, Brian. He seemed really kind and my husband & I remembered that we were young too so we said we gonna give hm our business to help him to start or continue his company. What a mistake!!! After the second day when Brian the young owner started noticing that the job was to challenging he vanished. He did not answer our calls, sent some young kids to continue the job. The young kids dirty the entire home, (brand new modern gorg home) they did not protect our marble floor so it turns to a black scratched damaged floor, the fresh painted walls turned from their dirty hands all stained, the brand new beige linen bed from RH Beverly Hills turned to be stained. And the job was a disaster. They couldn't finish it. The 'epson' devise that they installed is defective. We emailed the company no response. The partner said he has no experience w/ projectors. (???) a joke. They are unprofessional and to young. lack of experience too, lack of professionalism. And all the good reviews they get are certainly from friends. Believe our experience. The quality is amazing and the DVR Records at 240 frames per second. I was very impressed. The installation for the cameras was done in a couple of days.
