Instead of receiving a sincere apology or seeing any meaningful accountability, I was offered a gift card and told the employee would be "retrained and coached." A gift card does not make up for discriminatory treatment, and basic respect, acknowledgment, and professionalism should not require coaching. This clearly does not appear to be an isolated incident. Ralphie's review describes a very similar experience, suggesting a larger problem at this location. Corporate needs to conduct a serious investigation into both the staff's conduct and management's failure to address these complaints properly. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your time or money here. Save yourself the frustration and support a local small business that will actually value and respect its customers.
