I have been RVing for 15 years, all over North America. One of the biggest issues that I have had…read morehas been finding good mobile RV services - especially in the southeast or the eastern U.S. for that matter. Either they didn't have decent reviews, were not dependable, tried to up-sell me with products or extra work I didn't need, since I am a solo female RV'er and they assumed I didn't know enough about RV's to realize what they were doing. I had two issues when I arrived in Marietta. My roof was leaking and my refrigerator died. I have a 2007 Itasca Cambria and an extended warranty through Good Sam. When I started calling around to find service, having an extended warranty was my first roadblock. I couldn't find anyone that would deal with warranties. There was no way that I could take it to a shop because of where I was parked - in my son's muddy backyard. I had to have a dry spell before I could get out and I didn't want to go through trying to park it back there again as it was on a grade. I saw a new mobile service business listed when I searched on Google, so I gave them a call. The owner, Neil, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, and got me the best deal out of my extended warranty. He kept in constant communication with me, arrived on time, cleaned up after the job, and no matter how sweaty or tired he was, he was always smiling! I now have a clean, shiny, newly sealed roof and a beautiful, high-end Norcold refrigerator (with an ice-maker!). He made it so easy! Neil will be my official RV repair person anytime I am in this area and I highly recommend him!

The title never was sent to the bank. Well, going back to 2016 one of the owners, Austin, went the next day and cashed the cashiers check for $11, 534.00. Little did I know I stepped into a nightmare of a camper. On the way home with the camper, which was a 2 hour drive, cars were trying to tell us to pull over and we couldn't quite understand why. When we finally pulled over the siding on the camper was literally flying off and hitting other automobile windows. Thankfully there was an exit and a Wal-Mart. We bought tape to patch up what had flown off which was a lot. I probably spent around $150.00 just on tape. I was disgusted by the fact that I just paid almost $12,000 for a camper that was literally coming apart at the seams. I took the camper back immediately that week and left it in their parking lot. I demanded it for it to be fixed. Tim, another owner, which did not own the camper, signed an agreement that they would fix the camper to my favorable inspection. When I came back almost two weeks later we had to drive to Tim's house to pick up the camper where there were workers still working on it. I reluctantly left the driveway with the camper and it still wasn't fixed right. There was water damage that I discovered later when we had a torrential downfall of rain. I ended up spending around $2000.00 to get the roof fixed and the inside wall beside the bed. I do not recommend buying from either salesman. Tim is at Georgia RV outlet 601 Grassdale Rd, Cartersville, GA 30121. Once they sold me the camper they were very rude and disrespectful. They have no regards for the customer. They are definitely scammers, liars, cheats, and thieves.

Great service very honest people amazing prices will definitely buy rv again from them thanks Lisaread more

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM CARTERSVILLE TRUCKS…read more We purchased a 2021 Ram 3500 BigHorn from Cartersville Trucks on 4/13/26. Within 24 hours, the truck began having severe transmission issues, including overheating and a strong burning smell. A second dealership later found significant internal transmission damage and advised the transmission would need to be replaced. We are sharing our experience so others can be cautious before purchasing from here. We originally brought the truck back to Cartersville Trucks on 4/14/26 after the issues began and explained what was happening. We were told it was likely a sensor issue and that it would be fixed. We picked the truck up on 4/16 and were told everything was fine. Because the issue developed so quickly, we took it to another dealership for an independent inspection. That inspection found metal in the transmission pan and a burnt B clutch, and we were told the transmission needed replacement. We informed Cartersville Trucks of these findings and arranged for the technician from the second dealership to speak directly with them over the phone. After that conversation, George (the owner) did not agree with the findings and maintained that the truck was fine. He also stated that the second dealership's assessment should not be relied on, suggesting they were only trying to sell us a new transmission. After considering the condition of the transmission and the findings provided, we found that explanation difficult to accept. Given the seriousness of the issue developing immediately after purchase, we no longer had confidence in the vehicle or how the situation was handled. We felt that our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, despite the findings from an independent inspection. This was a major and costly mechanical problem that could have directly affected our business operations had it not happened so early. Based on our experience, we do not recommend purchasing from this dealership. If you are considering buying from Cartersville Trucks, we strongly recommend a full independent inspection before signing and purchasing anything.

The next morning at 7:30 AM I called to see why no one was there and they said it would be another hour and a half before anyone arrived. After two hours no one had arrived and I was told they would be there in 10 minutes. Another hour later, the man finally arrived and didn't even get out and knock on the door of my RV to see if I was there, but called me and said nobody was here and I said I've been in here waiting for you. Then after questionably repairing the job , I was told there would be another $197 because I was being charged for travel time and the time he was here which was supposed to be included in the two hours I had already paid for. They refused to adjust the payment and the guy got under my car and started to take the part off that he had put on so I was forced to pay otherwise I would be out $345 and sitting on the road with nowhere to go. Save yourself the trouble and never call these disrespectful liars. 1:57 pm update 27 miles down the road and the same noise. If you do make the mistake of calling these people, you better hope Brad the "technician" doesn't show up. All he knows how to do is smoke cigarettes, and pretend like he knows what's going on.

I was promised an estimate so that I can get the payment cleared on my company credit card. instead I got a phone call at 1:00 AM telling me I owed them $2450 or they would be taking the parts back off my truck and leaving it disassembled in the DOT checkpoint parking lot. When I asked to speak to the manager, because I had not been able to get the payment cleared on my card, since I did not have an estimate as promised I was told he didn't work past 5 o'clock and that I had to pay you were they would take the parts off. Very unprofessional, and a very sad way to treat your customers!
