The lack of care, the expense for a "convenience" which is far from convienent, and then to boot, a plastic bag of $114 worth of "clean" clothes. It's a disgrace. Do better Tide Cleaners.

I used to use the dry cleaners around the corner with the drive-through but every other time I use them there was a problem right here they get it right every time and they will alter whatever you need. The cost for a plain hem was $16, which is very reasonable. I dropped them off on Saturday, and they were ready by Wednesday. I even received a text reminder once they were done. Pickup was quick and easy, and the inseam was exactly what I asked for. Overall, a great experience. Note: They're closed on Sundays.
