There are only a handful of spots designed for Deja Blue so if we can't find a spot there are plenty of street parking opportunities on the other side :) It's a cute small high end thrift store! And they have an area with accessories from Claire's. Shoes and handbags, electronics, furniture, housewares, decor. So many area to look through. The restroom was clean and there are fitting rooms. I like that. It's hard to buy clothes when you can't try things on. The associate was not as attentive - I stood waiting to be rung up and was ignored. Then mumbling so I couldn't hear him. Goodwill associates are perkier. It's not that convenient a location so I'm not sure I'll frequent this place. But it helped while away my time. We went to adopt a kitten whom was in foster care - but we were told he would be at the shelter…read morethat morning. We drove there and after we were bounced around to multiple people - found out that he wasn't there. They also didn't know when/if he'd be there that day. We were really upset, as we really got our hopes up. A few hours later he did make it to the shelter, and we have such a fun, loving, kitten. I truly wish the communication was better, as these animals future homes depend on it!

I like ARC. They don't take the good stuff and auction it online…read more I mostly wander around thrift stores to get my steps in. But occasionally, I have a mission. I was looking for quirky bookends and a speaker dock. Oddly, there wasn't a single pair of bookends, quirky or otherwise. But I found a Bose speaker dock! Both the remote and the outlet plug were missing. But I am nothing if not persistent. I searched through two boxes of cords and plugs, and found the missing plug. Did not find the remote. It's not an infrequent occurrence that the plugs get separated from the appliance. Sometimes they are even priced, although this plug was not. Someone had deliberately removed it from the dock, which was all taped up, and thrown the cord into the box. Perhaps they intended to grab the speaker later, idk. Things are often cheaper on Saturdays. The employees here are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. And the speaker dock works perfectly! A most successful thrifting stop.

I have been shopping at this ARC for years. Kind of my home-base thrift store. Lately, I have…read morenoticed a change in some personnel and a definite change of attitude. A new employee who I had never seen before (long black curly hair) was very aggressive toward me, cashiers acting a little strange. I am not sure what is going on. Over the years I have never had a problem there. The prices are now very high and apparently as I learned from an employee, theft is an extreme and ongoing problem. My happy place is becoming my anxiety place. No good. I actually notice a much more pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff at the ARC on Dry Creek, so it is something going on with this particular store.

It has something for just about anyone - jewelry, glassware, hats, purses, lots of gently used clothes, collectables of all kinds, odd, unique items, furniture, fossils, games, electronics, typewriters, magazines, comic books, and on and on. The great feature of this store is it's organized and not a dumping ground for old unwanted stuff. I looked through their vinyl records which were categorized alphabetically and unlike most antique stores where the majority of albums are '60s Country & Western has-beens, there were actually classic albums I wanted to buy. There are so many cool things at this place I can only explain it as a Meow Wolf where you can buy the cool things you see.
