My dog starts shaking when he realizes that I am about to drop him off here ( he is very calm…read morenormally).he was not shaking for the first or second time. Not sure what happened there. 2) they are not on time. I have to wait 5-6 hours to pick up my dog. It is becoming worse each time. 3) my dog had an itchy ear for 7 days or so. Maybe they sprayed water or shampoo to my dog's ears. 4) they did not accept credit card on Christmas time saying it is " broken" Just pay cash and two staff gave me different prices for the service. 5) I have paid for brushing but there is no evidence of brushing after I pick him up
