I was still expecting full service though, and they failed to deliver: - The carpets were dirty. They told me that full carpet cleaning was a separate fee, which contradicted the list we agreed to earlier... - Room mirrors, the laundry room, and the area under the stairs were dirty. After pointing that out, they cleaned them, but some areas of the laundry room were still dirty afterwards. - Downstairs floors were dirty. They told me that they wouldn't clean any longer because it was the end of the day... - After they left, I found other uncleaned dirty areas (see pictures). - The only things that they cleaned well were the bathrooms and the kitchen counters/oven/microwave. In summary, it was half-baked work. At the end of the day a company should strive for customer satisfaction, and I was not satisfied at all.

It's important to ask if you need to supply materials. I didn't know and had to provide the paint, nails and caulking. They brought the right tools for removing the large piece of lumber and sanding the old paint off and repainting and then finally reinstalling which is a two person job at the minimum. They were late on the morning of arrival after having to cancel last minute due to weather the day before. They did communicate well about arriving but also didn't have my address the morning of the job and I had to provide again. Despite these shortcomings, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again because they take pride in their job and were professional in breaking things down and clean up as well as set up.
