Both driven by young adults who aren't what I would call "neat freaks". Sand, pet hair, and general abuse, but by the time Kurt was finished, they looked like they'd just rolled off the showroom floor! Totally reasonable prices, friendly, hard-working staff. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking professionalism. I felt like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something they actually cared about resolving. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, communication was poor, and the overall experience left a bad impression. I understand places get busy, but basic courtesy and respect should still matter.
