She worked with me and my 9 year old daughter and was so professional. Not only cleaning my teeth but also checking for cavities, xrays, and even fixing a chip on my teeth. Everything that makes a Dentist a 5 star, she has it. A great personality who loves her patients. Now something even more important, her front office partner Kelly is amazing! She is always checking for me for all the coverages and ensuring that we make the most of our visit and get all the required work and cleaning done. They follow up and call back quickly. Dr. Niki made small, incredibly precise adjustments that made all the difference. She refined the top bulk shape, added subtle composite where needed, and buffed to a beautiful shine so the teeth blended with the others. The result is natural and I am no longer self-conscious What stood out is the level of care she puts into her work. Dr. Niki takes her time, is open minded, and involves you in the process by letting you check the progress along the way. That made me feel comfortable and confident. The other dentist kept telling me I couldn't look until he was done which by then it is too late. Dr. Niki wants to be a team and is very artistic in her approach. One major difference I noticed was her attention to detail in polishing. Dr. Niki uses a full range of fine sanding and polishing discs to shape and finish the composite properly. That's something my previous dentist didn't have - he had limited discs, and it made all the difference... the final result has a natural luster instead of looking flat or bulky which he could not achieve because he did not have the variation of colors of discs. I was clearly told that a procedure would be fully covered by my insurance, not once but multiple times. Peter is actually the one who scheduled the appointment 6 months in advance without first confirming if it would be covered or not. Based on that assurance, I agreed to move forward. Only after the procedure was done was I told that it was not covered -- and that I would need to pay out of pocket before leaving. This kind of bait-and-switch is completely unacceptable. I had previously referred several patients here, but after this experience, none of them will be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. I will also be filing a formal complaint with my insurance provider and exploring options to report this situation. Their practice lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for patient rights. I will never return, and I encourage others to seriously reconsider before trusting their dental care to this office.
