Dog bed on display. Too big for this little pup & she prefers round fuzzy beds.

I visited the store twice recently, where I toured the store & bought Turkish cotton slippers & a set of Turkish cotton towels. The towels are super soft & absorbent & very high quality. I haven't used the slippers yet as I intend to use them as travel slippers, but I am looking forward to it. My second visit was for a chai latte & almond croissant. The chai was perfectly made, not too sweet & the almond croissant was delicious & had a generous amount of filling. I have several friends who own Thuma beds & swear by them especially since no tools were necessary for assembly. They have accessories such as dog beds but probably intended for a dog 20lbs & above. The store is nicely laid out & staff are friendly & helpful.

Popped in here for a quick drink and had a lovely experience. The barista was so kind. The drinks came out quickly. Reasonably prices for SF imo. The furniture was interesting to look at, not that I was in the market. Lots of seating to enjoy and shop around. Love the cafe and shop vibe.

disclaimer: this review is for the showroom & experience only - I haven't actually ordered any furniture... YET I've been waiting for this showroom to open foreeeeeeever y'all don't even knowwwwwwwww the design major in me was so happyyyyyyyyyyy made a special drive up to sf justtttt for this lol not even gonna talk about the struggle to find parking bc Jesus lawdy anyways this showroom was great lol some products weren't out (like the felt sleeve thing I forgot the name of) everyone was super nice tho!! the dogs had lots of fun being pet & given treats lol & none of the employees were pushy or anything so that was great it also put some things into perspective bc you can see how some items look in relation to one another, since the website only shows the item itself & not how different things would look when staged together etc was also kinda nice bc I would see items I didn't remember from the website & look for the tag to see what it was & then discover thing I didn't know existed lol also got to sit on their mattresses so that was nice - the firm one is still much too soft for me tho (def grew up w tatami mats lol) didn't get to try anything out at the cafe bc we'd just eaten but I wanted to! def approved of the la marzocco lol there's also swatches you can take home but they email you a "receipt" which is interesting - then I realized you can just order a full swatch set on their website for free so LOL

I have been…read morefortunate to understand the different neighborhoods across San Francisco living in more than eight different neighborhoods. One neighborhood which always gets a reputation of being stuck up is the Marina. If you ever spend enough time in the Marina this notion is false. The Marina showed true grit and resilience after the 1989 San Francisco earthquake. I seen a lot of people get loose and have some fun in the Marina especially on Chestnut street( this includes adventures with the cool Don Juan himself). There are plenty of places to enjoy some of good food and drinks. There is one place which you will see the sense of humor of the Marina and the city of San Francisco and it's called Ei Home on Chestnut street. On a Spring stroll in Marina in the San Francisco sun I landed on Chestnut street at Ei home . Inside you will find some interesting novelties for sale. They have hats and bags with different designs . You can even find a laptop sleeve and some colorful towels . They have lot of humorous novelty items. The items here are a few levels above the tourist trap gifts you will find by Fisherman's Wharf. They have everything to candles and pillows with monuments of San Francisco. Get a leg up on Christmas shopping early with random stocking stuffers year round at Ei home a homage to my home of San Francisco. And they don't they move together and not smoothly, and my body cannot do that after neurosurgery. Based on what my husband and I saw it did look like they worked independently, and it said nothing in the description about that so we trusted what we saw.  I understand it costs money to have someone pick up the chair for a return, however this seems highly unfair when the listing made it seem smoother as well as things working independently when reclining each and they don't - they recline at the same time. This feels like terrible marketing and customer service to not make it right or attempt to. Do not buy this product if you want a smooth recline and are looking for the leg and head recline to be independent of one another. It's not comfortable. The only thing it's got going for it is it's beautiful. I wish I would have never bought this because now my only option is returning with a 50% restocking fee. I purchased this chair with GoFundMe money so this is no small price tag for me and it seems like terrible customer service and marketing to not make this right.

We were having a great day shopping around and chatting when one employee came up to our group and made a sarcastic comment. My friends brushed him off and I didn't hear so he made sure to come up behind me and an inch away from my face loudly repeat it. I had two shopping bags and my service animal, who has never exhibited any aggression. I understand that the store may have limited space. Had the owner respectfully asked me to leave my bags behind the counter or wait to enter due to crowding, I would have been happy to comply. Especially since I noticed another dog in the store. Instead, he dismissed me in a confrontational manner without offering any reasonable alternatives. Before leaving, I informed the employee that my dog is a service animal and that it is illegal to deny entry to customers with service animals. In response, he became defensive and raised his voice. As I exited the store, I overheard him telling other customers--who had witnessed the incident--that my dog was aggressive. This claim is completely false. My service animal has accompanied me for nearly a decade and has never once displayed aggression. It appears the owner discriminated against my service animal based on his perceived breed, as he is a pit mix. Such behavior is both unacceptable and unlawful, and I intend to hold this store accountable for this disgusting incident.
