I asked him to recommend someone to work on my other car and recommended Certified. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional they were, how reasonable they were And all around pleasure to deal with. They are certainly my go to for any of my car needs. It's always a pleasure to meet someone who is honest and not trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. I never got to meet Gene, but his son Matt was an absolute pleasure. Called me when he said he would, Car was ready when they said it was going to be, and the price was better than I expected. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

He was doing the work at his storage unit facility. Anthony could not fix my car he dropped it off without my permission at the guys Andrea's shop. Now the shop owner at German Auto dynamics says I owe him money when I did NOT hire him. There's no work order there's no signature, there's no credit card on file. This guy Andreas refuses to release the vehicle, even though he says he doesn't wanna work with me. I feel very unsafe here. I am not allowed to access my personal documents. My sunglasses all of my personal items are in this car. The shop owner is going to damage my property. He put a battery in I did not pay for. He is leaving the car outside his shop without my permission. This is a horrible person who is trying to rob me and refuses to release my car. I'm Devastated. Avoid this criminal shop at all costs!!!!! At my surprise, they were able to take a look at the car right away. It was a Friday afternoon. You know people are ready to go home lol. But they were my life savers that day. I would have been in a terrible situation in a state I wasn't familiar with. They took care of my car right away, fixed somebody else's mistake. Before them , another mechanic messed up my car which caused the incident and they were able to fix it in a few hours. I recently had my oil changed and had a great experience as usual. I arrived at 7:30 am and was the first customer in line. It took 1.5 hours for the oil change with synthetic oil. The total price was under $77, which is comparable to other auto shops. I asked the owner, Omar, to check my front tires for wear. He told me it would be best to replace them. I trust his opinion because he not trying to sell me tires. I will continue to use Complete Automotive Service for regular maintenance on our vehicles.

He said it's not a serious problem so it's not a repair that needs immediate attention. Will monitor the situation for any changes at this time. He didn't charge me for the diagnostic evaluation which was very generous of him. I like his style in dealing with customers and he has a new client for all my auto repair needs.
