Before choosing a locksmith I called to find out cost. I was told there would be a $29 service fee and the cost for lockout service was $45. Since this was consistent with what other companies had said, it seemed reasonable. I was given no other price estimate before work began. When I received the final bill it was $123. $29 service fee +$79 lockout service +$15 for drilling out the lock. Why there was a separate fee for one type of work staff of it being part of the lockout service fee I have no idea. I called the office to discuss the discrepancy between the fees I was told and the ones charged. The person I spoke to, who had not been part of the original conversation, insisted that the other person said minimum charge of $45 or starting at $45. That is not what was said. They offered no recourse for resolving the issue. TLDR, get the quote in writing or expect a huge overcharge.

I needed service on my garage door. It was about 5 years old, and had not been serviced since I…read moremoved in about 4 years ago. The door was making quite a bit of noise when opening. In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They were friendly and quick. They quickly reset the keypad and it worked with my new code. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!
