Come for the view or the food, skip the beer. I've never been more disappointed in a brewery in quite some time. The Bridge of the Gods lager (BogLag) tasted similar to my disastrous attempt at home brewing. The other beers didn't have great flavor and were equally forgettable. We had the fries as we weren't terribly hungry. Very good- hot and delicious Views were stunning. Had a great view of the Bridge of the Gods and it would've been even better if the beer was halfway decent.

In the area at lunchtime...darn. The weather was nice so we sat in the patio. Beautiful view. Service was quick and very nice. Easy ordering and the food came out quick. Everything looked great and tasted just as good. No opportunity for drinks (it was the middle of the work day), but the offerings looked great.

Salmon Bowl

To start with great is really enjoyed the views and has a good selection of beers. The food was a little underwhelming though. The salmon was overcooked on the outside but luckily wasn't dry. There also wasn't much flavor to anything in the bowl besides the salmon so really needed the siracha and soy sauce I was putting on it.

Beer flight! (4 for $12)

Checked out this brewery after a hike in the gorge and was not disappointed! Super friendly staff and nice interior restaurant. We opted to sit outside in their beer garden (seat yourself area). Got a hard Agua Fresca (so refreshing and delicious) and a beer flight. Standouts were the Festbier and the Witibier. Also the "small" side of sweet potato fries was a great value, loved how thin and crispy they were and appreciated all the sauces you could choose to go with them. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Nice restaurant with lots of seating options. Outside seating has a nice view of the mountains and river. I got the pear and beet salad which was delicious. The service was quick and nice. Lots of trails around the area!

Pinot Poached Pear & Beet Salad added blackened chicken ~ ask for not dry chicken though

Everything/one was wonderful, views amazing. Salad was good, added blackened chicken but it was super dry. 1st time trying such dry chicken for an extra $6. Burger was delicious. My dress got ripped/snagged at the end of the table as it rubbed against when I pushed my chair out getting ready to leave so that was a bummer the tables weren't lacquered a bit more under the end / edge of the table. It's a minor thing but hope it doesn't happen to other people.

We stopped in for lunch and a beer today and had a great time. View was excellent. Beer was outstanding. Food and service was excellent as well. I want to come back again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the outside area. Definitely recommend.

Jamaica Cider is sweet NOT tart.

Delicious food and drink, had and bacon jam burger which was fantastic but could of been made better with added bleu cheese. Also had the patty melt with onions and added grilled mushrooms yummy with added extra thousand island dressing. Worth the stop for beer or food or both. Know that the Jamaica Cider is sweet NOT tart. Good if you want sweet. Not what I expected but my husband liked it.

Solid stop to rest, eat, drink, and take in the beautiful views. They have a fantastic beer selection and highly recommend the Thunder Isand Lager. The food all looked good, reasonably priced, and they also serve what seems like a rotating soup. Today was a fresh caught Salmon Chowder, however, didnt get to taste it but sounded delish! The Bacon Jam Burger was pretty tasty, however, the star of the show believe it or not were the fries! We went during the week on a Wednesday and it also being in the off-season, we were able to get seated immediately. I can imagine this place gets packed during the summer months as the place is pretty big and they also have a tented area by the parking lot.

Buffalo cauliflower

Loved the buffalo cauliflower! Would 10000% order again. My friend had a Ruben which was great. Only problem was the tofu bowl. The tofu was oddly grilled and hard to chew, the bowl was dry at first because all the dressing was at the bottom. Tried to mix into the bowl but the dressing was also overly acidic for my taste. Great beers, great views, great atmosphere. Would go again!

Great place to stop in, grab a flight of beers, some great food and enjoy the outdoors! Ample patio seating on the sun deck. Stunning views of the river and mountains. Perfect rest stop while on an afternoon car or bike adventure. Inside bar seats available too. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Delicious food options including vegan choices. Happy travels!!

Boglag, Hazy, Blonde
Mary M.

Busy nice location for an afternoon bite and beer with friends. Ample seating indoor and outdoor. Helpful staff. Got the Hazy (Rivers, Rails, and something?) and tasted the Boglag and a Blonde (Singing in the Rain?). All very tasty but for sure liked my hazy the best, flavorful but light and not overpowering. Also ordered the poutine and my group really loved it. Crispy fries, yummy savory gravy, could be even more cheese curds but what was there tasted good.

Nice outdoor seating space, not such great food & beer.
Joe W.

I was really surprised by how completely average this place was. We sat outside and the vibe with folks & their dogs seemed like a great place to be. However, the food was really average at best. Burger was standard, fries were not that great. The IPA I ordered was passable but nothing special. Finally, service was very slow though the place was not even half full. We eventually had to get up and find someone to check out when our waiter disappeared. I admit, I saw some negative reviews, but the logo looked cool & I wanted to snag some souvenir package goods on my road trip. Unfortunately, this wasn't' the place.

The food was delicious; each of us ordered something different and everyone was very happy with their meal. I got the salmon fish and chips, and it was SO good. I'm so used to fish and chips being made with cod or other white fish, so this was a fun change. Despite being a pub, this place is family-friendly. Full Sail is a very well respected micro brewery, founded in 1987 and the first craft brewery in the Pacific Northwest to bottle its beer. It's flagship Amber has won numerous awards, including recently in 2025 a Gold Medal at the NY International Beer Competition (along with the brewery being named Oregon Brewery of the Year). It has a large line-up of beers brewed inhouse There is a large paid parking lot across the street at $1.25 per hour, payable via credit card through nearby kiosks. Once entering, there is a long hallway, walking past the working areas of the brewery, until getting to the restaurant area. It has views of I-84, and further the Columbia River. The outdoor patio was not open (drizzling outside), and it was pretty crowded inside but we got lucky to be seated at a table near windows with a view. There have lunch and happy hour specials during weekdays. The lunch special is 1/2 of a sandwich (grilled cheese this day) along with a cup of their soup of the day (tomato). I was super excited about the Amber, so got a pint of that ($8) and pint of the Queen Wheat ($8). My wife enjoyed the Queen Wheat but didn't care for the Amber. I really liked the Amber, making me realize why I had drunk so much of that style earlier in my life when in Wisconsin, before switching over to wheat beer. There selection of beer is great, and a flight is the way to go ($18 of 6 5oz samplers). Buffalo Hot Wings ($17) - a decent amount of simply deep fried hot wings in a classic Frank's red hot buffalo sauce. Pretzel Bread Sticks ($13) - 4 large, warmed pretzels. Should have gotten the beer cheese to go with it. Salmon Fish & Chips ($20) - 3 small pieces of beer battered salmon, very dense and definitely tasting of wild caught salmon. It came with good fries and a really good, fresh cole slaw. There is a small refrigerator stocked with cans of certain beers for sale. Unfortunately, we were dismissively told that they were out of the Amber bottles for sale. So after our meal, went to the front to purchase directly from the front staff. Their Japanese rice beer from their Session lineup ($10 for a six pack) was available and what we brought back home with us.

I highly recommend visiting after 8:00 PM when the pool becomes an 21+ area. * Thoughtful Details: The robes provided were high quality and very comfortable. Pro-tip: Be sure to bring flip-flops for the walk to and from the pool area. * Art & Dining: The murals throughout the hotel are fascinating to look at. We also had great experiences at the on-site bars and the Black Rabbit Restaurant, where both the food and the service were excellent. The Room & Stay Quality We specifically booked a room with a private bathroom and shower. However, most rooms at this location utilize communal facilities. Unfortunately, our room was located very close to the shared bathrooms and lavatories. Due to a complete lack of etiquette from other guests using those facilities, it was extremely noisy throughout the night. Because of the poor sleep quality and the noise levels, we likely won't be staying here again. It's a beautiful property, but the layout and noise issues made it difficult to fully enjoy our birthday celebration.
