Probably the best Thai Massage place in the Bay Area. This spa is super clean, and the atmosphere inside the spa area is calm and zen. One reason drives me to write this review is the therapist Ms. Judy. She is an excellent therapist, and I really want to write a fair review for her. I was hesitant to book my first appointment with Judy because of a previous review, but after the 1.5 hours oil massage session with her. I was impressed by her skill. Her style is calm and smooth. As a person who prefers Swedish style massage rather than deep tissue, she is one of my favorite therapists now. I have also had oil massage sessions with Ms. Eve and Ms. Fay here. They both are awesome therapists. To me, Ms. Fay is more towards to deep tissue & strong hands style, and Ms. Eve is well-rounded & balanced with a very nice flow of rhythm for her movements. Another highlight here is Ben who works at the front desk. He is super sweet and knowledgeable. Anyone who wants to maximum the experience here should talk to Ben first before booking an appointment. I had high expectations based on the appeal of this location and they EXCEEDED expectations beginning to end! Just done with my session and it was amazing!! I noticed the place just opened and my body was calling for good massage, so decided to give this place a try. Booked online for a Thai Combination massage session which lasted for a 1.5 hours. The front desk staff was very welcoming when I walked in. He did check my temperature before he escorted me to changing room. After changing, I waited for my therapist in the lounging area which the provide self-served refreshments station. My therapist then invited me to the private massage room. The room was spacious, so no uncomfortable feeling. The massage session itself was fantastic, it's what my body needed. Came here due to the good reviews, left feeling pretty disappointed. My only advice is to make sure you arrive early. Parking is difficult in the area so we struggled to find parking and were 10 mins late. However, paying for an hour's massage and only getting 40 mins worth isn't right. By the time we got settled in the room, it was 2:20pm. The masseuses were friendly and technique was good. But they were all too happy to end the massage at 3pm on the dot. Admittedly, being late was completely our fault but at that point, it would have been nice to either offer to reschedule us so we can get our money's worth or provide some other solution. It's safe to say we won't be returning and would not recommend. Too many other quality spots in the city to come back here. read more

I felt totally brand new after a 2 hours session. Nick really focus on the knots on my shoulders and he loosened up all the tensions on my back, neck and shoulder blades area. After a whole day running errands in the SF Caltrain area, I noticed this spa. I so needed a good foot massage, so I gave it a go. It turned out it was one of the best foot massage I've ever had in the SF Bay Area. The place is sparkling clean and relaxing and very Zen with a huge Buddha statue. The therapist was super professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. Above all, they took the health safety measures seriously. When I entered the spa, they took my temperature, and everyone wore masks. Customers also must wear mask at all time.
