From the first few emails I knew that Josh was going to be great to work with. He listened to all of my ideas and together we came up with a delicious menu. He had so many amazing dishes as inspiration and really created the perfect menu for me and my guests. Josh answered all of my emails promptly and with such a kind attitude. We all absolutely loved the amazing food and the entire experience! Honestly, everyone was talking about it for days afterward. It was such a unique experience for each of us. None of us have ever been treated to such a special meal in a private home. There were many great comments about each course but the Oregon Mushroom Soup was the favorite for many! My sister doesn't usually like mushrooms but convinced herself to try the soup and then decided it was her favorite course ~ of course she loved everything else too. Josh and his assistant India were just so pleasant and approachable. That made a huge difference to the experience. We loved having both of them in our home. And... they cleaned everything up! I'm very particular about my kitchen and they didn't disappoint in that respect either. I could go on and on but really just want to say that Josh exceeded all expectations. We hope to have another occasion to work with him in our home.

She prepared a gourmet 4 course meal, cleared the table between courses and was an absolute delight to have in our home. The food was cooked to absolute perfection and was yummmmmy. The price was extremely reasonable when compared to what a meal like that would have cost in a top restaurant. A friend referred Chef Rachel Lori to assist us with this challenge. It has been an amazing experience. She comes every few weeks, prepares some food that we can keep in the fridge to eat that week, and then stocks our freezer with delicious, organic meal options for the following week. I no longer have to rely on takeout or fast food to fill in the gaps - which is a huge money saver for us. My only disappointment is that I can't afford to have her come and cook for us a few times a week!
