As a lover of Dim Sum, I start my weekend morning by making the long commute just to get a taste of everything. The spot is constantly bustling with people moving in and out of the restaurant, the waiters running around, the carts strolling to each table, etc. These days, cart services have been decreasing, but it's nice to see that some spots have still kept them around. My rotation always includes the following-har gow, deep-fried noodlefish, shrimp cheong fun (rice noodle roll), zhaliang (fried dough rice noodle roll), chicken feet, and beef tripe-and now more recently, salt and pepper squid. I'm not even joking when I say this, but my mouth was salivating when they placed everything in front of us. Everything was fresh and just so full of flavor. I randomly get reminded of the taste and suddenly crave it again. We also have to thank the wonderful expeditors who would make sure we got everything we wanted. When the salt and pepper squid had run out of the carts, they made sure to request more for our table and got us a fresh, hot, and steaming plate of it. Everything at dimsum might seem very hectic and quick, but when you're sitting down with your family and friends, it can really feel calming. They also give you a choice of tea; we love getting chrysanthemum to wash down the grease from the fried food. There's no wonder people make this a weekly routine; it's just got everything you could need.

The McRib sandwich brought back many childhood memories, especially with the bun that you find at many Cantonese bakeries. Ribs were well seasoned and very tender. The fries were *addicting* likely from the MSG but they were GOOD. We ended our meal with the fried milk which was crunchy and chewy. The pork floss added a nice contrasting savoriness and umami to the sweet and creamy vanilla ice cream and cream, while the peanuts added more textural contrast. Loaded with air lined with the strands of feathers. Char siu pork. Has a crispy, caramelized skinned with the perfect fat content. Rich, chewy, and ya know when ribs like tear away in strands. Oh it does that. Insane. A tangy glaze. Sugary sweet just giving upper cuts to the salt of the pork. It's tangy, and so thick is doesnt even jiggle on that pork. Glued.
