I found this place on Groupon, and bought a deal for a couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday. I was greeted with "pay the $99" before I could even tell her I wanted to use my groupon. Once the woman at the front told me they weren't accepting coupons and discounts, she proceeded to tell me it was my problem when I questioned it. This place is using Groupon for exposure and doesn't honor their prices on there. I could have gotten past that, but her rude attitude made it worse. I'm very displeased - I bought tickets through Groupon, spent a decent amount to have a nice couples massage, and scheduled it one week in advance. One hour prior to my appointment, they asked me to reschedule from 1:00pm to 5:30pm instead of providing us with another masseuse to accommodate our appointment. They complained that I purchased my ticket through Groupon and asked that for future reference I purchase directly through them. I will be seeking to get a reimbursement from Groupon. I found a couples massage from them on Groupon for $87.20, but when I read the reviews about them treating Groupon customers poorly or not accepting customers who got a deal in Groupon, I decided to call them. I called and confirmed that my boyfriend and I would be able to get a couples massage for $87.20. The person I spoke with said not to buy it through Groupon and instead to pay the same price when I get there. That was fine by me, so I set up my appointment with them. (I imagine they didn't want to pay a Groupon fee or something.) When we got to the massage parlor, we were seated in a waiting room. This was in November (4 months ago) so still during COVID.) The staff wore masks, and we were happy about that. They were polite and we didn't wait too long to be attended to. When we went back to the room, there were two cots they had us take our clothes off and lie on. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and was relaxed after it. I found mine to be a bit rough: I asked for deep tissue, but at some point I was being slapped and even shaken lol. The hot rocks were nice. Overall, it was a good massage and I even fell asleep on the table. When it came time to pay, I swiped my card and wrote down a tip I believed to be appropriate. Instead, the ladies demanded a higher tip and showed me a chart of how I should have tipped them. They were insisting on a $15 tip per massage. I told them I wasn't going to do that, signed and left. That really pissed us both off and we left with a bad perception of that place. If they wanted $15 more per massage they should have built that into the cost. read more

The scenery wasn't all that great, i expected a better scenery, The facial wasn't decent at all, the towels were too rough when he drenched them in hot water, to cleanse my face, i don't know what that was supposed to really do for my skin, i was expecting an actual facial, i bout the massage off of groupon for 100$ 90 minute couple massage w/ facial and complimentary snacks and drinks, and shower. I didn't receive complimentary snacks or drinks, nor did i receive the shower. However the male masseuse did a deep tissue massage on me, & it was great, he is really good w/his hands, and feet. I took my husband for a couples massage do a after valentines treat and sad to say I was so disappointed....The lady had no technique she basically just rubbed me with a whole bunch of oil. I even asked her if she could slow down because she was rubbing me so hard and rough... she did not let up a all smh...I wouldn't call this a massage at all. A total waste of money and time. Once this massage was over they were waiting for us in the waiting area. I'll start off with saying that my massage was amazing. Zero complaints about the massage. She cracked parts of my back that I didn't know could crack. Haha but she got all of my knots out as well. I really enjoyed my massage. Two complaints and one of them was not TianLu fault. First the smell. When you walk in this place has a very odd smell, but only in the waiting room. Once I got in my room the smell was gone so it didn't effect my experience. My biggest complaint and it was not my masseuse fault, was this loud couple! They started chatting it up with another customer in the waiting and it was very loud. My masseuse and I look at each other in frustration. She got up and said something to them and they stopped as soon as she got back in the room they started up again. I was pissed I even shouted out can you please keep it down. I did that twice And it just continued. The loud couple began fighting with one another about infidelity(you just stick your dick in any bitch, yeah I see you muthafucka!) Normally in any other setting I'd be laughing but I'm trying to relax so it really bothered me and the masseuse. I think she even went 15 min longer to make up for it. Which was really appreciated. It was also our first time having a massage and the staff made the environment very welcoming and understanding to our experience. Everything is kept nicely clean. My fiancé and I went in for a couples massage for our anniversary. The massage itself for me was nice however, my fiancé kept getting interrupted because the lady kept going up front to answer the phone or take care of customers so he didn't get the full massage. On top of that the rooms arent very relaxing because you can hear the phone and the door each time or the people in the next room because they are only separated by a curtain. I felt so bad for my fiance because his first massage experience was awful. It felt good but also our butts were left uncovered for an uncomfortable amount of time. I had a 90 min massage here by the owner and it was horrible. The first 20 min was a massage with a towel over me and then massaging over it. She was massaging my bones and causing pain. She never massaged my feet. I left there with a headache and more back pain. I decided to call and complain before leaving a negative review so see how they could fix it and they offered me a redo massage. I went for my scheduled massage and arrived 10 min early and waited 10 min after my appointment only to find the door locked and the voicemail full. After I left a negative review on Groupon she called me 25 min after my scheduled appointment saying they were there when they weren't and being extremely rude to me. if i could give no stars i would , me and my girlfriend got a couples massage and it was terrible. i've never had to pay before getting a massage . my massage was very bad. and felt very rushed. my girlfriend said her lady was rubbing her shoulder BLADES with the stone. and was basically smacking her the whole time. Went in for a couples massage. I had booked online and had an appointment. It said our massages would be with Eva and Lucy. It was actually a male and a female which was awkward because the guy had to translate for my lady and I'm topless in only a thong. That aside the package I bought was SB2C which claimed to include 60 minutes deep tissue massage or Swedish and included hot stones, foot reflexology & scrubs. My feet were touched for about 2 minutes max and absolutely NO SCRUB. I asked about it and was told by the male translating for her that oh yes scrub is just the foot rub. That makes absolute no sense and the "foot rub" was a dry two min touch? False advertisement DON'T go here and waste your money. During our session the male masseuse's phone kept going off and he left the room a few times to answer it and to talk to customers. He was also the guy that greeted us at the door and took payment. My fiance and I purchased a 60 minute couples hot stone deep tissue massage from groupon. I made an appointment online and we arrived a few minutes early. We used the restroom and then we were told the first room. I wasn't sure if we had to remove all of our clothing or not so we asked and they said yes and laughed about it. There was no relaxing music on. My masseuse was having conversations with the other masseuse almost the entire time. I was able to hear everything. When someone walked in the front door, their conversations, the clock ticking, them opening and closing everything. They laughed with their conversations. I mentioned it to the person in the front when we were done but I'm not sure if she didn't understand or didn't care cause she just smiled and didn't apologize. The hot stones felt great but I couldn't relax with all the noise and conversations. Glad I didn't pay full price. read more
