I ordered a water heater from a woman named Trina. At first she was wonderful to work with, that is until she sent the wrong item to me. I asked for an Atwood water heater but she failed to write that down and when I tried to return it for the correct one I left two messages and never got a call back. I finally got her and she said she would find the right one, call me back and get everything right. I never received a call back. I left ANOTHER message stating that I was going to return the item and that since I never got a call back from Trina, I ordered the correct one elsewhere. I asked to be credited for the return shipping and to waive the 20% (you heard me right, 20%) restocking fee. I STILL never got that call back. So I called again from the post office, this time actually getting Trina. When I repeated my claim that it was her mistake she responded, and I am seriously quoting here... "I'm really good. On June 29 2025 I ordered a new Furrion chill cube ducted 18k btu A/C part # FACR18VSSA-AM-BL after almost 4 months of trying to get it running and buying almost every part or numerous of them and paying for rv service techs to come out and get it hooked up all have failed to do so as of 9-16-2025. Now I have wasted countless hours and $2k+ trying everything and anything to get it running threw the 2 hottest months of summer let alone having my 1 year old son here as well. I emailed them asking to return the unit and they denied me since I opened the box I have contacted both Lippert and Elkhart Rv Parts continuously threw this all only to recieve 1 email back from them a week if I was lucky. Yesterday all the pieces have finally come together and it turns out they packaged the wrong A/C unit (a unducted unit) into a ducted unit box and shipped it to me. So I wasted most of my summer threw excruciating heat trying to get it fixed to find out they packaged the wrong one. Now to say im pissed is an understatement, I contacted Lippert today and they said I had to contact Elkhart where I purchased it online, so I emailed them and now its a waiting game again, as far as im concerned Lippert packaged the a/c there just as responsible for the f*ck up and one of them will make it right and send the right unit and the one they shipped wrong will remain with me since they refused to return it months ago. I will use it in the front of my camper which is a unducted unit but not the one that burnt out and needed replaced originally. I am highly dissatisfied with them you spend that much money, you expect it to be right or fixed promptly not 4+ months later "hopefully". We enjoyed the warm heat and atmosphere while it was raining on our camping excursions. 9 months after installation, the fireplace flame effect with LED light failed. I contacted the company both through email and voicemail. As of this date, no one has responded to my requests for warranty service. I am now out of warranty, and now have a "dead" space in my rig. We order a fireplace here less than a year ago and the remote stopped working. I called to ask about it and no one there EVER answers the phone. You have to leave a message (they still don't call you back) or send an email. I emailed them and they said they don't warranty it that the manufacturer does. I asked for the contact information for the manufacturer and I got a reply back saying she spoke to them and it only warranted for 3 months. The manufacturer of the roofing material is partially blaming this company for folding the material in a box . When it needs to be rolled up . They won't answer our return my calls . But they to have every bs reason for the 1000 plus quarter size air bubbles to show up . Including blaming the wood to be defective. In my opinion it's clearly a glue issue follow the complaints . We ordered a RV fireplace and then Covid hit. So we expected delays, but what we got were an occasional promise that this would be delivered and then nothing for weeks. We finally received the fireplace after months of waiting, used it once and the LED went out. This unit is under warranty, but according to them they need the whole unit back before they will ship out a new unit. This alone has been a process of over two months. Unfortunately, it appears they only have one employee Trina who is extremely rude and doesn't follow up on customer issues as their rating indicates. We are an RV Mobile Service & Repair company in Colorado and we ordered and paid for a fireplace from the website on 5/30/18. No where on the listing did it state the item was not available, on back order, etc.; it stated it would ship within 3-5 business days. We never received the fireplace and when my husband called them on 6/8/18, he was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday 6/11. We still have not received it and have left several messages and we are not getting a call back and no-one answers the telephone. The website still states our order #31036 is "awaiting shipment". We never would have purchased this product from them had we have known the RV would be sitting 3 weeks waiting on a part. VERY frustrating!! Next step is reporting them to BBB, canceling the order and report dispute with my bank- this company knowingly takes your money and obviously does not have the product to fulfill orders!!! read more

We were at the store in December to pick out furniture and order some blinds, fiberglass, some other small parts to repair our fifth wheel. Trina was great and the prices were amazing. Been looking for the parts the last 6 months and when we came across RV Parts Nation we were so thankful! They have everything you need for camping or repairs. If they do not have it in-stock they will get it for you. You may have to wait a few days but for the price that they sell to you it's well worth the wait! I've been calling this place for over 6 weeks to order a new set of replacement keys for my RV. I bought the lock from them and figured that it would make sense to order the keys from too. The manager, Trina is a flat out liar. She'd tell me that she was ordering them and that she'd call me when they were ordered. Of course I never heard from her. I called over and over. If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. They are an illegal company. I ordered a water pump online from them. They charged my credit card on the day I placed my order and sent me an email confirming my order. They did not provide a tracking number of my order EVER. I called them repeatedly, their phone menu system was so back logged, they would not accept any new messages. None of the phone options worked, so I resorted to emails. They did not respond nor acknowledge my emails either. After the promised 7-10 business days lapsed and still NO order nor any communication from RVPN, I filed a 'dispute' with my credit card. They immediately gave me a temporary credit and followed up to get refund from RVPN. I sent email to RVPN notifying them I filed a dispute. I learned a company by law is NOT allowed to charge your credit card until the product is SHIPPED. RVPN illegally charged my credit card and never shipped my order. They use other people's money when they do not have the part to ship. Today is day 53 from when they charged my credit card and they still have not refunded the amount to my credit card company. A week went by so I called and was told that I would get 80% of my money back on my credit card. Three weeks after they had received my parts, I called asking about my refund. I ordered several parts from them, mostly ABS piping. I received all of the parts except for one of the elbows in the first shipment. The second shipment that arrived the next day had the other elbow. I ordered two of the same elbow, with a 45 degree bend. But they sent me two 90 degree elbows instead. I called them up the next day to let them know that they were the wrong parts. They told me not to worry about sending them back as it would cost more in shipping than the actual parts. But that they would refund my money, as they don't have the ones I want in stock. So, I waited a week and no refund. I called to let them know. I was told the refund would be taken care of that day. I waited another week, still no refund. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and will write as many negative reviews as possible. Seems that they have a habit of not keeping their word and following their own policies. UPDATE: After getting the BBB involved they finally refunded my card. read more
