Out of all my years of watch shopping and collecting. I have never came across such a professional place. Ever. This is by far the best watch place that has assisted me in my needs. I walked in looking for a watch and got exactly what I was looking for. Harry is a very educated man when it comes to this stuff and you can tell right away. I brought a watch to get sized a few weeks later and with in seconds he was done. Completely incredible. Thank you so much Harry and to all the other staff that has taken care of me and my friends.

While searching for a place to replace the battery in my watch, I came across Tic Time and their great reviews. I saw that they were appointment only so I sent a message. Within 3 minutes, I received a response and set up an appointment for that day. I was amazed at the rapid response. Walked in about 15 minutes early and met with Harry. Super cool and knowledgeable, gave me a quote. Said no worries on being early and went right to work. Took about 10 minutes and worked great. Walked out of there before my appointment time. Couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be back. Thanks again Harry!

Fantastic experience! I brought a few watches that needed battery replacements and band replacements. As Harry quickly worked on the watches (and cleaned them up to look like new), I got a chance to look at the expansive inventory of watches and timepieces. Got myself a nice watch box too. What is wrong with people these days? I bought a GShock watch recently and had trouble setting the time. I called and spoke with Harry and he said he does this all the time and he would take care of it for me. Here I am, thinking that this process would take a few minutes of his time, at most. I come into an empty store, with Harry just sitting there, scrolling the internet. He takes the watch, looks at it, and says "that'll be $20 bucks. What!!!?? I could buy a battery for that! At worst, I thought he'd do it for free, maybe show me how to do it, and I'd tip him $10 for his efforts. Didn't happen. The guy had a chance to build up some good will with me - I would have become a lifelong customer and would have told all my friends to go there, if they needed a new watch, a battery change, or whatever. The exact opposite happened. Don't know how a fringe business like this stays open these days with this kind of customer service. Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you. Wasted opportunity! read more

Tic Time has been around for 30+ years. This is our new location at the West Covina mall. A 3rd generation watch maker, watches have been apart of me my entire life. At the early age of thirteen, my father took me to his store to begin my apprenticeship on watches, since then, my love for watches has flourished.

I love watches. I am so happy to have found this place and to have met HARRY. I am fascinated with the intricacy of certain Casio watches. So fascinated that I have two or three of two different models. Because they are relatively inexpensive, when they stopped working, I just bought a new one. Little did I know that with a new battery they would work perfectly. But the real trick is in setting them using the world time settings.
