I highly recommend this place for new/ limited edition G-Shock watches. They have a lot of different kinds of G-Shock styles and new G-Shock watches that just came out we're at the store. The sales people (Chris and Kristian) were really kind and friendly. Helped us with the watches and told us which ones were limited edition and the newer models. They had the new edition rangeman G-Shock watch for $850 only when online is going over $2k! This place was so much worth it and cheaper than buying online and getting ripped off. All the watches were cheap and a good deal. This place is legit and not fake. Everything is the newer style of G-Shocks. They just opened a few months ago in the Glendale Galleria Mall small little kiosk in front of Victoria secret. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a New style of G-Shocks!! After looking at this place we bought 3 watches from here and Chris and Kristian were so night they gave us 2 free G-Shock bags, Watch zone nail polish and hand sanitizer as well for FREE! I just needed to have my watch bracelet resized and it was done quickly, with great care, and the damage done at 'Keeping Time' was addressed and taken care of. read more

I got little diamond earrings from them and they offered to repair and cut some of the sharp parts from the back. I paid the full amount on that day and left the earrings for the repair. When I went to pick up the earrings after a few days, I saw different diamonds on them with the worst quality it could be. None of their displayed earrings have that quality. I let them know about my dissatisfaction and even asked if they are diamonds and Kristina who works there gave me a diamond certificate and insisted that the diamond are the same ones that I saw a few days ago. I was in a hurry and end up taking the earrings home. When I called them the next day, they said that the store return policy is store credit or an exchange only. They also offered to replace the diamonds with better ones but I didn't agree because I already was so upset with what happened and didn't know what to expect from such dishonest people. I end up having their store credit but don't want to go there again. read more
