It was my first time visiting the Tick Tock Lounge. We decided to grab a bite after an event. We entered without being greeted. I was a little confused as to wear to sit. A guy chatting at one of the tables then greeted me and said sit wherever you like. He was very helpful. After looking at the menu, they did have a few vegetarian options. I opted for a small pizza and a mocktail. They dont have them on the menu but the helpful guy made something up for me. The food was definitely made to order. I ended up burning the roof of my mouth. Its a bar atmosphere. There was a TV and a place to buy pull tabs and shoot darts. I do like supporting small businesses. The back parking lot was full so I parked on the street in front of the building.

Loved the complete experience. Been here a few times before but hadn't had a lunch here ever. The server Bryan was the worst in all the best ways possible (kidding, kidding - what I mean is he could "keep up with our vibe" and it was perfect). Anytime I see a Reuben on a menu I have to try it (usually unless there's a food competition of another fave of mine) - solid 10/10 and the tots were amazing - perfectly hot and crisp. No complaints here. Expect a dark lit bar space but with the windows and day light it creates the best ambience. Clean. Prompt service. Blah blah blah it was great just try it out and you'll love it too! OH and that Bloody Mary - no words can describe how much I liked it. It was also 10/10. 10/10 experience. You get the gist, right? Just go. Copy me and order exactly what I did. Or don't. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

In my opinion they have The Best Burger in Indy! The service was awesome!!! They have uncovered and covered outdoor seating.

It's places like this that make me wish I lived on the East side. It would be fabulous to live in an area where you had a market, restaurant, park and bar within walking distance! Tick Tock Lounge is lovely bar with a nice selection of bourbons! And lots of other hard to find liquors, even Malort! Yuck! The atmosphere is comfortable, trendy and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely little lunch of a burger and fries and hubs had a a sandwich ( I forgot which one) . I decided to get their Bloody Mary which had lots of little goodies garnishing the top. That could have been my lunch, there was so much! We will definitely return to the Tick Tock!

Loved the casual no frills atmosphere. Food and service were great. Sadly, they were out of the highly recommended smoked fish spread, but the aptly labeled firecracker chicken bites made up for it. Chili and velvet chicken soup were equally outstanding. My paramour strongly suggests the smash burger. Check it out!

This local bar is such a cool spot for simple but delicious food and killer Bloody Mary's. It was a perfect balance of spiciness and tang. The garnish was such a great touch! The service was great too, even when it was busy, they remember to check on us often! I highly recommend the chili also!

Came for Bloody Mary's, this is our favorite place in town for Bloody's. Our server Shelby was great and quick with service and very friendly. I got the bowl of cream of broccoli soup and the triple grilled cheese and hubs got the fish sandwich. We both enjoyed our food. It's in a not so great part of town but the inside is clean and decorated cute. Every time we have went there has been a nice crowd of people.

Went there on a Sunday early afternoon. We heard that the bloody Mary's were really good. There were six of us so we got the bloody Mary's. They were quite tasty. They had tater tots, pepperoni, olives, cheese, celery. You could have them spicy or not. And for $3.00 more you could chase it with a beer so I got Busted Knuckle Porter. We didn't eat but our friend got the Loaded breakfast tots. Next time trying the smash burger. Our waiter was so nice and friendly. Had a great time.

Smoked fish spread. The cheese and olives were from my Bloody Mary. They don't come with the dip. :)

Some places just have that "let's stay for one more drink" kind of energy. Tick Tock Lounge was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon stop, and before we knew it, we'd settled in for hours. We grabbed a table outside and watched the place slowly fill up. Even as it got busier, our waitress somehow never skipped a beat. She was juggling a full section, recommending menu favorites, and even mixed up a drink for me when I couldn't decide what I wanted. Those are the servers you remember. Let's talk about that Bloody Mary... I've seen Bloody Marys that came with a celery stalk. This one came with what felt like an entire appetizer sampler balanced on top. Bacon, cheese, olives, pepperoni...if you leave hungry after finishing one of these, that's on you. Bloody Mary Overachievement Meter: (possibly qualifies as brunch.) The burger completely lived up to the hype. Crispy edges, juicy center, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The hand-dipped chicken fingers were every bit as good, and the fries became dangerous the second they met the homemade ranch. (Yes...get the ranch.) Ranch Dunkability Meter: 9.8/10. I'd happily dip "just one more fry" about seventeen times. Inside, you'll find live music, TVs with whatever game is on, and a crowd that somehow makes you feel like you've been stopping in for years. It's casual, welcoming, and exactly what you hope a neighborhood tavern will be. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time of day, but it's absolutely worth circling the block once if you have to. read more

We came on a Saturday night and was seated immediately. Service was super quick and friendly. Inside had plenty of seating with condiments on the table. It's got a western ish feel to it with plenty of TVs with games showing. I ordered the All American Steak burger with all toppings available and pepper jack cheese. It did not disappoint. For $11 for everything you see here???? That's an amazing deal. The pepper jack was also had some good kick to it which I especially liked. This is a repeat for sure. Edited to say the Bloody Mary comes with a whole stalk of celery, a skewer of olives/cheese/pepperoni, and tater tots. It's massive and truly like a meal all by itself. read more

Okay, I was really bummed today to hear that Tick Tock let one of their best employees, Icis, go recently. What's even worse is because it's allegedly over a customer review. I'm a single guy who doesn't cook much, so I end up going out for almost all of my meals. The amount of money I spend dining out in a year could easily pay for a years worth of college. Well, at a state school anyway. I've been coming to Tick Tock off and on for the last 12 years. It's an awesome atmosphere with great food and delicious Bloody Marys. In fact, every single person who I talk to about Bloody Marys gets to wait for me to pull up Yelp on my phone to show them a photo of their world famous beverages. Seriously, they're amazing The frequency in which I dine at Tick Tock has increased 10x now that some great friends who recently moved here from Florida have found it. We're here a lot. A LOT. The burgers are delicious and I'm also a big fan of their old fashioneds. They also have waffle fries on the menu, and even though it's an upcharge, it's a no brainer for me. My group of five stopped in this evening for dinner. The table ended up with a huge bowl of beef chili with a mouth watering grilled cheese, a Philly cheesesteak, a pulled pork sandwich and two 10" pizzas. Everything was damn good, but read more

Consider a training with your staff. Threatening to call the police on a customer, who clearly isn't known to your staff, was unkind and unneeded. Then calling the customer a liar is simply wrong. I am no longer comfortable in your restaurant if this is how my neighbors are treated. read more

horrible service on the patio. Waiter was overwhelmed and took frustration out on customers. one in our party waited 45 minutes for a drink. we placed our food order and after nearly an hour of lack of service, we cancelled. food order was never put in. was told to get the hell out, mf. read more

First of all: No kids allowed. Tick Tock Lounge took a page from Michael Jordan's book and said, "Eff them kids!" (Just kidding. I saw them turn away a young family very politely.) But seriously, it's 21+ only. Too bad, kids. You're missing out on a great double burger and fries here. Tick Tock Lounge has one of the best smash burgers in Indy, and it seems to be a well-kept secret because I don't hardly see Tick Tock on any of those "best burger" lists. But now you know: You can get an excellent burger here at Tick Tock Lounge. I also got the pulled pork nachos, and they were fine. I am on a tortilla chip kick right now, so these called to me from the menu. But there was a lot of barbecue sauce on these nachos, which wasn't my thing, really. And the pork was a little dry. What I should have gotten is something I saw written on the specials board as I was eating my nachos: the chicken velvet soup. They sell chicken velvet soup here! For those who don't know: Chicken velvet is an Indianapolis specialty. I usually only see it here and there around town, and usually only during the winter, so I try to order it when I can. Before I visited, I thought Tick Tock Lounge was a dive bar, but it's not really. It has lots of tables and an enclosed patio area. It's good for just popping by for a lunch or dinner (as long as you're over 21). I'd like to come back and try one of Tick Tock Lounge's famous Bloody Marys. From the photos I've seen, they look comically big and topped with crazy things like tater tots and bread sticks. read more

AMAZING! We stopped for our first time on Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar. Our bartender/waitstaff, Alex C., was incredible. Everything was great (Bloody Mary is a meal in itself). Really impressed with the kitchen area - very clean and all fresh food items. Seriously check this place out! read more

We came here for a business lunch - I was a little nervous about the neighborhood, but the restaurant itself was charming. The porch is lovely and the interior is warm and inviting. Our server was great - very friendly, funny, and attentive (we didn't get his name unfortunately because we'd love to give him a shout-out!). The food was great - the tater tots are crispy and delicious. I had the chicken wrap with buffalo sauce and ranch, and my colleagues each had a burger - one the double cheeseburger and the other the veggie burger. All were really good, and the portions are very generous (we all ended up with to-go boxes). read more

How have I nor reviewed this place? I've been here plenty of times. It's a nice clean yet homey hole in the wall. Just changed ownership, but menu remains the same. Especially the Bloody Mary, it is their signature for the Sunday brunch and a small meal in itself. Picture cheese cubes, slices of pepperoni, olives, tater tots and a nice thick slice of bacon atop a spicy Bloody Mary... oh yeah the celery stick, yes they got that too. Too make it even better, it is always picture perfect and ready for your Instagram. Don't like Bloody Mary's? Try their $5 mimosas, of if you like go for the bottle of Bubbly and a carafe of orange juice and mix your own. The omelets are so delicious here also. Actually my guests were so impressed with the food, they all vowed to come back for more. I tried the fish and chips this time since I just wasn't in the mood for breakfast. I got 2 nice size pieces of fish along with coleslaw and fries, tartar sauce included. Fish was a bit on the dry side, but nice and flaky and the coating nice and crispy. Check it out... don't let the address scare you, it is so worth a visit. read more

On Friday night on October 17,2025 afrer 7pm I waited 30 mins for a simple take out order I never got it and the waitress were not attentative then I was told it would be five more mins for my food and still did not get my food I will never go again read more

I visit the Tick Tock Lounge with a few friends several times throughout each year. We love the neighborhood bar atmosphere and just being able to hangout, grab a drink, food and chat for hours. They have a great patio (with heaters!) too. Service has always been solid and I look forward to getting back there again soon. Place is hopping! Sunday afternoon. Ordered a beer and bloody. Toppings had tater tots which were crispy, hot and tasted excellent. Also another stick of cheese, olives, and pepperoni, accompanied by a stalk of celery. The bloody was made with infused vodka of bacon and also a jalapeño mix. Nice cocktail! Cold beer! We have a winner! My dinner was the special which was the spicy bbq double steak burger with grilled onions and fries and slaw. It was a winner! The fries were extra crispy but soft on the inside. Slaw was very good and was mayonnaise as the base and the burger was very tasty. Only drawback was the pan it's served in using a wax paper liner. Easy to cut and add to your bite. The Tick Tock is a diamond in the rough on the near East Side. Sit on the patio for great people watching opportunities!! This place is typically packed, especially during the brunch crowd. Wonderful Bloody Mary's, get em topless or they're a meal by themselves! The menu is small but packed with flavor! They have some of the best smash burgers in the City, crispy and well seasoned! A favorite of mine are the hand breaded chicken tenders, always cooked perfectly and juicy! The service can be slow when they are busy so be patient, it's worth the wait!! read more

My husband and I heard the Bloody Marys here were some of the best in Indy. So, we had to check it out and find out for ourselves! Wow! These Bloody Marys come loaded with tots, bacon, cheese, pepperoni and celery. And they're loaded with flavor! So tasty! Tick Tock has definitely earned its reputation! Next, we ordered the Loaded Breakfast Tots and a couple PBRs. I love my craft beer, but any place that serves PBR good in my book! The Loaded Breakfast Tots came smothered in gravy and cheese and topped with scrambled eggs and bacon. They were delicious! To top off the tasty food, we sat at the bar and had excellent service. One of my favorite local haunts. My husband and I discovered this place when we first moved to Indy 4 years ago. We stumbled upon it one night and love coming back for brunch, football games, and late night snacks. Obviously the bloody Mary's are the main draw and wow oh wow!!! They're the best bloody Mary's I've ever had, honestly. Spicy, thick, fun toppings, the works. The food is also really good! The brunch is super yummy and unique, but I personally love the tomato soup abs grilled cheese. All around a great place to hang out with a group of friends. The staff is great and the wait times are usually pretty short. read more

As a die hard Bloody Mary lover, this place has been on my bucket list forever! Their infamous bloody comes topped with bacon, tater tots, cheese, pepperoni, and celery - I mean, what more could you even want?! And no, they don't skimp on the alcohol either. Easily the best I've had here in Indy. For food we ordered the double smash burger and the veggie omelet with home fries, and both exceeded our expectations. The crispy edges on the smashed burger patties and the homemade pickles put it up there with one of the best burgers I've had recently. The lounge is much larger now, with additional seating and a cozy lounge area in the back featuring comfortable couches. It feels much more open while still keeping the intimate speakeasy atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places for craft cocktails because there's always something new to try. Their menu changes seasonally, so even if you've been before, you'll usually find new creations alongside their signature cocktails. The drinks are true works of art, both in flavor and presentation. On my most recent visit, I tried a cocktail off the Pride menu called the Stonewall, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a beautiful pink color, and I loved the glass it was served in. The presentation is always top notch. Service was good. The drink was also only $10, which is pretty cheap for the quality compared to other places. We didn't stay long this visit, but it's always one of my go to spots to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy expertly crafted cocktails. An added bonus is that you can order food from Goodfellas Pizza and enjoy it while you're in the lounge, making it an even better experience.

A perfectly cooked sunny side up egg topped it off. My wife had Eggs Benedict with heirloom tomato slices swapped for the English muffin. It looked amazing. One tip... coffee is $5, but so is cold brew or a cappuccino. They may not be bottomless, but we both upgraded from the drip coffee for the same price.

Had a huge turkey burger that I shared with my sister. It was really big in serving and 8$ worth of money is so worth it! The burger has a lot in it. It's grilled turkey served on a grilled wheat bun and with their bistro sauce plus a side salad. I added cheese on it which is .75$ so all in all it's around 9$ worth of burger. Super like! It was a "your choice of toppings" so I ended up having some greens in my burger. It comes with your choice of sides too which I ended up ordering too because my sister wants french fries and I want fries. I had the fries as a side for the burger so I ended up buying their loaded tater tots which were served with sour cream sauce on the side and costs 7$. The tater tots were enough for its price but very delicious. Kind of enjoyed it while I and my sister have our bonding time. The place is very lively. There's an area for a live band and they also have daily specials. Staffs are amazing. Lots of seats and spacious too. The daily specials are posted on the wall for easy access. And they got a full bar with cocktails and wines and taps. read more

Service was absolutely terrible by the girl with the huge gages in her ears. She didn't even tell us her name. As soon as we walked in I got thrown with "just so u know its about 45 minutes to an hour for food" okay thats fine, well just get a drink. We didn't receive fricken menus!!! Your shirts have a fricken loaded bloody on them and we weren't even told about them, my boyfriend ordered a bloody that came with 1 olive while everyone getting bloodys around us has a loaded . I asked her about it and she said 5hr kitchen was busy she should of asked . Wtf does the kitchen being busy have to do with a bloody made from you at the bar??? You have ur first picture on Google as a bloody!!!!! As a former resturant manager I would a. Have more staff on a nice Sunday. B have a hostess that greets ppl nicely w a smiling face. And c have staff that care and know your damn menu!!! read more

We stopped in for pizza and beer. Before we were seated, the staff sanitized the table and chairs. Each outdoor dining section had a hand sanitizing station. After use, table items like ketchup and mustard were taken inside and separated into used and clean categories. They have established a good process. The beer and food are enjoyable, although they might consider finding a pizza sauce with a bit less acidity. Overall, they have adapted nicely! read more

The service here is always immaculate. Everything is always done right. The lighting the owners selected really brings out the history behind when this bar was first established. It's a sign of a different time. The food here reminds me of that classic home cooked meal that our moms used to make. This place is amazing. 5/5 and I will always continue coming here. read more
