Given that they described an unsuccessful result as only a 10% outcome, I expected a clear explanation of what happened, what they tried on my behalf, and why the case ultimately failed, along with instructions on how and when to pay the ticket. Despite asking for this in writing and following up again by email, I still received no response. For $300, I expected much better communication and follow-through.
