We had an issue with confusion over the Terms of Sale for our Sams Club voucher. It turns out the Terms and Conditions you see as you checkout is the Sams Club Terms not the TicketsAtWork terms. The actual TicketsAtWork terms of sale shows up at the point of payment, not before. However, the representative from TicketsAtWork did contact us to help us with our lost membership and we can see that TicketsAtWork does indeed have concern for its customers. This site is a scam. I tried to buy concert tickets but there was a website error that said checkout had failed and to try again. On the third attempt I got confirmation. It wasn't until afterwards that I was notified that all three orders went through. I contacted support immediately and was denied a refund and told to try teselling. I was charged over $1600 on tickets when I had only budgeted for $500. One set of tickets was given to me hours before the event and reselling wasn't possible. Their 'customer service' says all sales are final, even if you did not consent to them. I believe these errors are intentional so that they can get more non-refundable money, a real company would have refunded this instantly. 2 Silver Passes for Sesame place San Diego. Purchased and second visit tickets were not working. Have escalated this multiple times with no resolution. Today spend 4 hours at the Sesame place booth with supervisors confirming tickets do not work. Multiple calls to ticket at work and today they stated nothing can be done. The problem is the original tickets I received had a different redemption policy clearly written on my tickets then the one they claim to have. My original tickets very clearly say those are my tickets and to save them. Turns out they insist tickets have been used and should have been redeemed at a kiosk. I booked a reservation for November on June 22nd and paid in full that day. The charge is even showing on my credit card statement. Today (July 4) I received an email stating the reservation would not be honored because the hotel is full for those dates. TicketsatWork is the most egregious, corrupt, scam posing employee benefits provider ever that claims to offer "discounted" services and products! They do not offer discounts. Period! Every booking through them is either incorrectly handled and forces YOU to pay to fix THEIR catastrophic mistake. And they deliver expired, non-existent passes/tickets that can never be used. My experience was so vile and heinous that I am haunted and forever traumatized by the decision to do business with them! I booked a flight far in advance. Only to discover near departure that THEY had booked the wrong return date. When confronted, they gaslit me. Lying that I made the error despite my absolute certainty that I did not. I later discovered through research that this was a recurring pattern. As countless others have suffered identical issues. When I requested the return date be changed, they charged me an astronomical price for THEIR mistake. The amount they quoted over the phone was nearly double what appeared on the receipt I received. I was fraudulently overcharged by almost half the cost. And I knew that immediately! I called urgently and demanded to know why I paid more than I needed to. The first rep openly lied, insisting the charge was accurate and the receipt was false. When I pressed for a partial refund, he denied me instantly and then THREATENED (not joking!) to cancel my entire itinerary. He further warned that every other agent would make the same "verbal warning." Alarmed but courageous, I spoke with other reps. They only denied the refund but did not threaten cancellation. I do not take threats lightly. So I waited until my travel was complete to take additional measures. Instead of dealing with these fraudsters directly, I filed a partial dispute with my bank. I submitted undeniable proof of the overcharge and my denied refund request. Within days, TicketsatWork's "dispute department" called, still insisting the charge was correct and the receipt was wrong. They struggled to explain that the missing half of the charge was for mysterious "consolidator fees". Which was never disclosed to me nor itemized correctly on any receipt. This was a transparent intimidation tactic. A desperate attempt to force me to drop the dispute and return money they had no right to. The result? A grueling, forced 90-day wait for resolution. Throughout those 90 days, they attempted to "resolve" it solely on their predatory terms. They offered to accept losing the disputed amount only if I paid them the rest immediately. A shady and illicit settlement my bank explicitly warned me against. When I refused, the agent and her manager childishly rejected any proposition I had and refused to communicate with my bank. They threatened to illegally charge my card for the amount owed. Most shockingly, the manager made a direct threat on my life. This is something I NEVER experienced in my life! Shocked and appalled, I immediately requested a new card # from my bank. As I don't take threats lightly. TicketsatWork forced me to wait the full 90 days because I refused to fall into their trap. In the final days, the same agent made one last plea to settle "once and for all" on their terms. I rejected it. At the end of the 90 days, my bank delivered the resolution TicketsatWork tried everything to steal from me. It is sickening, lewd and sinful how far this company will go to evade accountability. They have never, not once, owned their catastrophic failures. They lie openly and deliberately prolong disputes to exhaust their victims. The biggest disservice is their entire customer service is outsourced to 3rd world countries where language barriers and utter indifferences shield them from basic human empathy. I would rather pay quintuple anywhere else than endure the trauma, headache and wasted time as a result of another interaction with these predators. I am done with TicketsatWork forever! Absolutely horrible, made a reservation at 10 pm, was quoted a price and then after I checked out was shown a receipt for $250 more than what I was shown on the check out page. I had finally received a confirmation, however, no new tickets. The show date came and went. I called again to request a refund which they told me they could not because the tickets had already been delivered, but I never received new tickets. I contacted them again and they told me I was supposed to use the old tickets and nowhere in any instructions did it tell me to do that. On August 23,2025 a water pipe bursted and flooded the floor garage of The Hotel Pacific at Monterey Bay, CA causing my personal belongs, specifically my car, to be damaged. For the incident, the hotel refunded a one night stay. I purchased my reservation through Tickets at Work and called the company on August 24th to inform them of the incident and the refund. The representative insisted that the company needed written documentation of the refund, which I emailed the documentation to the company later that day. After no updates from Ticket at Work, I have had to follow up with them multiple times. I called them by phone on the 29th, resent documentation on the 31st, called them again on September 5th just to receive updates on my case. As of today, September 11th, Tickets at Work has still neglected to provide me any updates on my refund and have not made any attempts to even contact me during the process. Horrible company, that says they're offering a deal whilst charging you more than any other site. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience with this company. I was a bit excited when I first learned about a current employers connection with TicketsatWork and the discounts that were associated with it. I opted for a pass through "Go", which provided two amusement options to visit. First option worked without any issues whatsoever, which was great. Fast forward to the second, they mentioned the pass was invalid and that they would not let us enter, so we tried another close by location, but the same issue occurred. When I got home I called ticketsatwork customer support, which resulted in over two weeks back and forth and ultimately an answer of just "go back, the pass is valid for a month". This is not an ideal response if you traveled to a destination with the intention to use said pass on that day. I tried to explain this over several phone calls, but ultimately I was left with a "Don't care" attitude. Very sad to witness such abysmal customer support and will not be using their service again. read more

I had booked a stay at a hotel in Anaheim, CA and had to cancel this trip and initiated a refund. I had initially been told over the phone that I would be given a full refund when I was canceling it, and that the refund would take a while to process. I was hesitant about this and called an additional time before canceling other activities on my trip and was again told that I would be in the clear and would receive a full refund. They said they would update me every 72 hours with the status of this refund. This confirmation twice over the phone of the full refund is what dictated my decision to reschedule my trip. If I were to be given no refund or a partial refund, I would have taken a different course of action and not canceled the hotel reservation. The updates continued every 72 hours where I was told that the refund was being processed, until about two weeks after the reservation date when I got a different reply. I then was informed of a partial refund for my cancellation and that over 25% of the cost of the booking was held. I then called ticketsatwork to file a complaint and see about getting this resolved. Then, I called the hotel to try and determine what had gone wrong. The hotel informed me that ticketsatwork had never contacted them about my reservation and instead they had claimed a single night's cost as a fee for a no show. This was very upsetting as the initial call to ticketsatwork was four business days before the first day of the reservation. In addition, the hotel expressed that if I were to have called them directly only 24 hours before the booking then they would have given a full refund. This lack of action from ticketsatwork was very upsetting, confusing, and cost us a lot of money. Ticketsatwork eventually contacted me back over 3 weeks after the initial cancellation about the complaint. I had continually called them to check on the status of disputing the fee and claiming a full refund over the course of this. They explained that due to it being through a third party vendor, it would have taken excessive time to change this and that the fine print said otherwise. In addition, any verbal confirmation that I had initially received which supported my decision to cancel was essentially a lie. I do not recommend ticketsatwork for any bookings, and will be staying far away from their company in the future. read more

SEAWORLD refunded me what I paid for the "extras" at the park but because I bought the tickets through TICKETS AT WORK I had to go through them for the refund of the actual tickets. I hope I could give a zero star. This company is a scam. I purchased two "discounted tickets" from them at $112 each. When I received the electronic tickets from the venue, it has the face value printed as $46 each. I immediately called them to ask for a refund. They told me they would put in a request and get back to me within 72 hours. 72 hours passed and I didn't hear a thing. When I called them again, I was told that they would follow up with a new request and get back in 72 hours. Several phone calls and several days later they rejected my refund. It is a shame my employer lists them as a perk. Avoid at all cost! Followup--Ticketsatwork claimed that I purchased the tickets through "preferred access section" and as a result the price could be "higher or lower" than its face value. First of all, I have absolutely no idea what "preferred access section" is. There is nothing that indicates that when I purchased the tickets from their website. Also, the idea that one will purchase anything at a higher price (in my case, three times higher than the official venue) from a website that claims to offer discounted tickets is absurd. Ticketsatwork.com is a terrible company. They do not give refunds; they say 2-3 weeks for a refund, but their policy is no refunds. So if you have any problem, you are out of all of your money. DO NOT USE them, they are a scammer. I rented a car, went to pick it up, and they didn't take my credit card, so no car and no refund. The state of California requires a refund in 7 days. Nightmare Experience with Tickets@Work Booking I've used Tickets@Work in the past with no issues, but my most recent experience was an absolute nightmare. I attempted to book a stay at "The J," a hotel I've stayed at before, but unknowingly ended up reserving a room at "The J Resort," a newly opened unrelated location just two miles away. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted The J Resort directly. They informed me I had to go through the third-party vendor, Agoda. I explained that I booked through Tickets@Work, not Agoda, but was told Agoda was one of their partners. I called Agoda, who then told me to contact Priceline. Priceline then passed me off to PPS (Priceline Partner Solutions). The runaround was exhausting. When I finally reached PPS, I spoke with a representative named Gabriel. He asked for my full name, reservation location, check-in and departure dates, confirmation number, and the last four digits of the card used. I provided all of this -- and even confirmed proof of payment on my bank statement -- but he insisted the card number was incorrect. I then gave the last four digits of every card I own in case my payment information was somehow mixed up with other prior method during the apparent hand-off to four other businesses. I was told none aligned. Despite confirming he could see my reservation, Gabriel refused to cancel my reservation. I offered to verify my identity in person, provide additional documentation, anything -- but he refused. He wouldn't escalate the issue, wouldn't provide a manager, and wouldn't even give me an employee ID or any identifying information beyond his first name. As a result, I was forced to stay at a subpar hotel far from my friends and family. To make matters worse, the resort was evacuated on my final day due to a massive roof failure and flooding. This experience was not only frustrating -- it was deeply disappointing. I've lost trust in Tickets@Work and its partner network. I will be warning others and am very unlikely to ever use your services again. P.s., guess what card was on file when I got to the Resort to check-in? "What could improve?" Everything... Never again will I use Tickets At Work. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. On December 4th I purchased tickets (2) to Disneyland for $389.98 and the big pitch was they would also come with $25 food vouchers per ticket. Side note, if you buy the tickets directly through Disney on that particular day, tickets would have been $360.00 total. On the website it is not, contrary to what the associates at Tickets At Work say, CLEARLY disclosed that the food vouchers aren't used in the park, but rather through a different dining site where you have to redeem the vouchers and only then once they have paid for and you've created an account, is it disclosed where you can and can't use the vouchers. And even this information changes. All the to say, you can't use the vouchers to eat in Disneyland. Literally not one restaurant allows them. This mean you pay more for a ticket to Disneyland through this site, than you would have paid going directly through Disney. I just spent 44 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. At first I was going to dispute the charge with my bank, but because I'm an honest guy, I felt that would be dishonest to do... after all I did go to Disneyland. I was placed on hold by Tickets At Work 6-8 different times and told it would be a few more minutes. She also said she would do something to compensate me for my trouble, to which never happened. She lied multiple times, and even disclosed to me, "It was only after working here to I realized you have to read the fine print, because we never told you the vouchers were good to use at the parks. I learned that the hard way myself, so you should be smart and read the information next time." Are you kidding me? The associate herself literally admitted to me they're dishonest. No, there will be no "next time" for me. You are dishonest, sneaky, and you use marketing to manipulate people. I don't operate my life that way, and don't care to purchase from those who do. In the end she said, "My boss said we can do nothing for you and you can consider it our free gift to you." Free gift? No thank you. Based off principle I won't use your voucher. I'll sleep better at night without it. Lastly... I don't know what is more sad to me. The fact I wasted all the time, money and energy on the phone, or that all the reviews I see here (37 total) only add up to 1 star. Stay away. Ticketsatwork, seems great, at the surface, but as long as nothing comes up. I needed to book a week stay for a training. I booked a hotel stay thinking this would save me some money. Unfortunately, the morning of the training (minutes before it was to start) it was cancelled, due to a trainer's medical emergency. I went straight to the hotel and shared the email and information as to what occurred. Due to the unfortunate event, they agreed to refund the stay, and the hotel manager agreed to speak to Ticketsatwork to avoid any issues. Upon speaking to Ticketsatwork and explaining the situation, they replied via email asking to provide a written statement from the hotel to refund the charge. Hotel agreed and provided me with the email which I forwarded to Ticketsatwork. Ticketsatwork did not respond so I contacted them again and they blamed the hotel. I called the hotel manager, and she stated to me that she was still in agreement to refund, but Ticketsatwork never sent them any money so it's as if I never had a reservation there. I explained this again to Ticketsatwork and they stated they were still working on it months later. They continued to state that they were "working on it" and I never received anything back. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. First, their prices are higher than other third-party vendors--and significantly more than what you'd pay going through the original company directly. Second, their claims process is completely biased in favor of the businesses they work with, not the customers. If you run into an issue and need a refund or return, they'll side with the company and keep your money. You're forced to communicate through their agents, who relay your message, while the company gets to present its side freely. Then they simply close your case without giving you a chance to speak directly with the claims adjuster. A few instances recently have been as follows: #1 We had booked a hotel and the elevator was out so we had to switch hotels. I have purchased two separate things from them, one being a restaurant gift certificate that I changed my mind on, and another a rental car where I was denied service. I booked a rental car through their platform, only to be refused service at the counter because the provider "doesn't rent to locals" -- a ridiculous policy that was never disclosed during booking. The car was NEVER picked up, yet they refused to issue a refund, claiming it will take 72 hours for their "department" to review and issue a response. I've waited more than 72 hours and still nothing. What followed was an infuriating cycle of hour-long hold times, robotic, useless agents, and zero accountability. They clearly don't care what happens to customers after they get your money. If something goes wrong, they'll just point fingers, offer nothing, and leave you screwed. TERRIBLE! Tickets At Work is a complete SCAM! I purchased 6 AMC Black Movie tickets thinking I was going to get a good deal. I paid $71.45 total. When we got to the AMC box office, the tickets were only good for $53.00 in credit!! WTF!? What happened to the remaining funds I paid for!! Good luck getting a review. They will give you every excuse under the sun in order to not refund your money. "We need pictures of the state of the hotel". Once provided, they denied the refund. When I opened another ticket, they requested documentation from the hotel showing the refund (something they were supposed to collect). Once provided, they denied my refund. Watch out! Good deals are often disguised with fees that must be paid once you arrive at hotel and we have experience inflexible and extremely strict cancellation timelines (i.e. only getting 48 hours from booking time to cancel, even though we called the hotel and they were fine with us cancelling). More importantly, customer service is completely ineffective and results in the eternal runaround. Recently a hotel I booked with Tickets at Work provided me a refund because they did not have the proper room reserved when I arrived. The hotel manager refunded the money to a "virtual credit card", which is what Tickets at Work provided the hotel when it pays the hotel for the booking. Despite the hotel issuing a full refund, Tickets at Work is so far refusing to transfer that money to me. Yesterday I received a strange email stating the hotel rejected my cancellation request. Huh?!? The hotel already completely refunded my money. I would avoid doing business with such an unethical company. read more

This company is a scam. I used them for the first time recently to book a hotel because. It is part of a discount program through the company I work for so I thought it was legit, but I've never EVER had a travel experience like this one. When we got to the hotel, they hotel didn't even have my reservation in the system because Ticketsatwork NEVER sent them the confirmation number that they were supposed to send up to 7 days prior to our arrival. I spent 4 hours of my first vacation day on the phone with them trying to get this resolved and it was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. When I purchased the tickets, the price said one thing but when I clicked submit after putting my payment info in, the final price was different than what it originally displayed. I didn't notice it until I looked at my bank transactions. I've been back and forth with this company, and I've reached out to Consumer Affairs as well, but this company refuses to admit their deceptive practices. Please stay away! Awful business practice. This business takes your money and does not offer a solution to make it right. I booked a hotel through their website 10 days in advance; called the hotel 4 days in advance and they no information or reservation for me. After back and forth calls with Tickets at work, they offered a second, third and forth option. Hotels were full. The second time around; they were able to make it happen and book a hotel and same thing! Called the hotel and no information or reservation. I spent 3 days and countless of HOURS of my time going back and forth with Tickets at work and they refuse to accept fault, offer a refund or at least offer another hotel on the house. Finally, I keep begging that I just want my money back. I had to scramble and find another hotel (with two days away from my trip) so in total, I've spent $138 on Ticketsatwork and $155 booking another hotel. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK ($138). I requested a cancellation by the 30th, which is their terms and conditions. I did my part in requesting the cancellation on time. After going back and forth with Ticket at work states that they got approval from their "Partners" to refund my money back plus an addition credit for inconvenience. I thought the issue was solved...... 2 hours later, I get an email that unfortunately they will not be able to honor my request for a refund $138 (nor the additional inconvenience pay). I called back again! And another representative told me that he would have to take the same measures of trying to get approval for my refund from their partner. Every time I call, I have to explain the situation all over again. I've spent countless of HOURS on the phone going back and forth and in the end, they didn't honor what they said they were going to do. I just want my money back. That is all. Nothing extravagant, nothing extra; just my money that I gave to Tickets at work. I spent my money doing business with them, and in the end, they didn't keep their word. They take your money but they don't follow their own rules and regulations. It sad how business can just take your money and accept no responsibility when they dropped the ball. Tickets at Work (TAW) is not a good or fair company, more of a scam. I purchased a room thru them on April 10th for an impromptu "day trip to Southern California". After a day of sightseeing and traveling to various attractions, we go to the hotel to check in. We proceed to the front desk, whom acknowledged that we had a reservation, but the problem was the "virtual credit card" that pays the hotel had not been sent. We immediately contacted the TAW company to let her know what was going on, and she said that she was trying to rectify the situation, but could not get the card/payment to go thru. She stated that she was trying to get a supervisor for assistance and could we hold on. This went back and forth for over an hour(with unhappy and tired children in car). She acme back on line stating that she was un able to get the card to work and she was still trying to get someone to assist. We waited another 30 mins, and at that time we were forced to find other lodging in the city. When we arrived home we contacted TAW to ask for a refund, and the associate stated that they would be looking into it and we should know something within 72 hrs. A couple off days later, we received an email stating that they would be unable to refund our money because the hotel said we were a no-show, are you kidding me? We were in your lobby for over an hour and a half. And, today I call them to again ask for my refund, and they had the nerve to say that I could not get a refund until they receive a refund from the hotel. I explained that while I was there there was "no payment" from them on my behalf and if the received payment then they should go after them, and that should not have anything to do with my problem. The last person I spoke to stated that he was going to escalate the issue, which they should have done the day I didn't get to check in.
