Arrived at airport for rental car. Was refused rental car because reservation was booked with my credit card, (NOT A DEBIT CARD) and I put my husband's name on the reservation as he was our intended driver. We didn't have a credit card in his name, therefor rental company would not honor our reservation. I reviewed the fine print on reservation and it only stated " if reservation is made with a debit card, a credit card would be required. I contacted T@W on advise of rental company, to request they take my husbands name off, and switch it to my name. They would not change the reservation because our flight was delayed and we were passed the point of changing reservation without 95.00 penalty to make a simple change into my name. After 3 day email correspondence tickets at work has been decided now, NO refund is due because they talked with rental company and was told I was a no show, and a few other BS reasons there are untrue. Tickets at work will find any way to make any issue your fault and keep your money without any consideration to things that are beyond your control. I call often to constantly get the same Url code that tell me it's expired and/or does not work. I've went to the business of the card they don't see any of my information and tell me to recall Tickets at work. I've called and I've went with no results. So today I try again because year of the card will expire November 2025 . So I haven't used any of the services. I explained to the representative how I've went back and forth trying to get my card to use. And how each URl code is not working. So asked if I can get a refund. I've used Tickets At Work in the past, but as time went by they got worst. Everything from car rentals all the way to hotels haven't been the best experience. Recently I booked a hotel in NYC with the check in. Date within 6 days of arrival. The hotel said that they didn't have a room reserved in my name. I called Tickets At Work on a Friday. I said since the hotel doesn't have a room in my name can I cancel. They said no because it's non refundable. I said but I don't have a room. They said give them 72 hours, but I didn't have 3 days with check-in being in 6. Another 3 days pass with no solution or response. I then email them asking for an update. I called the hotel and they were more helpful. Tickets at Work didn't get back to me until after my reservation date. The day after my check-out the respond. Still no room according to them. I wish I could give this company 0 stars and I certainly hope the business owner/Pedro replies because my issue is still unresolved. My friend and I purchased tickets using Tickets at Work with a Capital One Credit Card on 05/15/2025 to see a broadway show at the Lyceum Theatre on 07/12/2025 for $317.68 total (order #78867135). When we arrived, we were informed the lead actor called out and that, because of this, our tickets could be refunded. Since the tickets were purchased from Tickets at Work, the box office made us purchase NEW tickets for a new date. Now we're out $600 for the time being. But, the theatre confirmed that they approved issuing a refund and handed us a paper refund receipt and said we should receive the refund from Tickets At Work with in a few weeks. A few weeks passed, no refund. We have reached out to Tickets at Work customer service multiple times, and tried to get this resolved via Capital One, who sends us back to Tickets at Work, who does nothing. We have a literal receipt for a refund being approved and bank statements proving that did not happen. It's 09/11/2025 (over 2 months from the show and 4 months from purchase) and this still hasn't been fixed. Very untrustworthy, I booked a two night stay for my vacation and got the confirmation from TicketsAtWork, but when I reach the hotel they tell me they had to cancel it since they were over booked by TicketsAtWork and did not give me any notice until I arrive and was trying to checkin at around 11PM. I was stranded on the middle of the night with my family and their customer support told me they cant help me and book me anywhere else and they can only refund me. And customer support is also very unprofessional, closed the case without even taking to me and just processed the refund in spite of me calling several times. Purchased round trip tickets to Japan. When choosing the tickets and while checking out, it clearly stated I was buying business class tickets both ways. Even on the confirmation page after purchasing the tickets it stated business class both ways. Once I received the confirmation email, it listed business class only one way. Fortunately I still had the website confirmation page open so I took a screenshot to show to customer service so they could resolve the problem. Booked a supposed 4 star hotel through tickets at work. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience. Immediately after checking into my room I noticed blood on the bathroom floor, wall and shampoo bottle. Blood on my headborad and pillow. Hair and stains in the tub. Called front desk. No manager on duty. Was told there were no other rooms available. I asked to have the room cleaned. Told there was no maintenance service at night. All the nearby hotels were booked. It was already midnight and I had my kids so I didn't want to drive around that late at night. Went to front desk. Was given a spray bottle with room freshener to clean my own room. My kids and I had to change the bedsheets and clean the bathroom ourselves. Requested a refund from tickets at work and have been getting the runaround for weeks. Was even told that I had to contact the hotel and get a written letter from the manager saying that they agreed to the refund. I purchased tickets for Wild Rivers Water Park for the same day of purchase, when I went to redeem the vouchers and purchase the tickets online I got an error message saying the "pass maximum usage exceeded". I proceeded to spend two hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure out the issue with no luck. They let me know they would send new vouchers but it would take up to 72 hours to receive, which did not work for me since I do not live in the area and was only able to go that one day. I had to repurchase tickets at full cost through the water park, and when I submitted a request for a refund it was denied, them stating the tickets are non-refundable. Resending vouchers that I cannot use is not a solution and is horrible customer service. I have now paid twice and am out $200+ and still trying to appeal to receive my refund. I had thought I was purchasing through AAA member deals, not a third party. I will be sure to not make this mistake again, and NEVER use this company. read more

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was disconnected. Eventually they said they could cancel my reservation, but that I would still be charged the full amount. We were all jazz to go to the game we got to Dodger stadium. we had to download the app to retrieve my tickets for entry, but I couldn't retrieve them. We reserved a hotel room from them , when we arrived the agent at the desk told us our price was $30 less than what we had been quoted, and then a superior came over and yelled at him for telling the price we would not be paying. When presented with the print out of potential charges and needing to sign our credit card statement upon check in, there was no amount on the paper. We felt slightly uncomfortable, having to sign away our lives on something that had no amount, but knew Amex would stand behind us, so I went ahead. The next morning as we checked out, we were handed a receipt which also had no amount printed on it. The hotel told us that the third-party we booked through did not allow for receipts to be given at the hotel. A few days later we received an email receipt which did reflect the original quote Tickets at Work quoted us. I have tried for the past five days to contact a human being through their email connect as well as their customer service number. I think probably we're not the only people who are a little irritated and apprehensive about signing away our credit cards on an undisclosed amount. If I could rate a zero simply for customer service. I was able to adjust my flight for an earlier arrival time. I never anticipated the difficulty to modify my rental reservation by 4 hours. I called into the third party and was advised ( according to their policy) the only way to adjust was to cancel and rebook. The only issue with canceling is that the rental company has a policy where you will be charged 85% of the reservation if cancelled after 24 hours of booking. Ok cool so cancelling was not an option as I had already paid $143. The other alternative ( according to the rep) was to give the rental company a call to modify. Cool! I called and was routed back to the third party as according to the rental company's policy they require T.A.W approval to modify as reservation was booked under their contracted rate. Cool called back! To the third party only to be told it is not in their policy to coordinate with the rental company. Becoming frustrated with playing connect the dots with the companies . Called back into rental company ( 2nd time and now closing in on 45 min I've been at this as each company has a ten minute wait time) only to be told information needs to come from third party. Okay called T.A.W back to see if I possibly could setup a three way since no one on either end is taking initiative to support the customer only to be denied by T.A.W to hold 4 min while I get the rental company on the line! Called back into both companies now simultaneously in hopes I can get them both on the line. While still on hold with the rental company and now actively talking with T.A.W Rep I am told she can send an email requesting approval but set the expectation for a response in 2-3 weeks. My trip is in a weeks time. This was just such a disappointing experience when a simple solution was evident, I'm am flustered and likely will have to cancel altogether and book a new reservation directly through a car rental company to ensure me and my kids won't be stuck at an airport for over four hours. 7/21: Hi Pedro I appreciate your response. I called to purchase 12 tickets to a baseball game, when I called I let le rep Claudia know exactly which ones I wanted she was very nice, however she informed me that the ones I wanted were not showing up for her but she could get me the ones on row 12(only 1 row behind) so I asked of there was 12 available in that row, she said yes i told her that was fine. She then said she had to do separate transactions because the system only let her do 5 at a time so I said it was fine as long as they were together. She processed the first 5 tickets sent me an email to process the payment which I did right away, i give her the confirmation number, she says let me start the new transaction, puts me on hold, comes back and says that she now sees the 12 that I wanted on row 11 so SHE IS GOING TO PROCESS THESE THEN REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR THE FIRST 5. So I'm like oh ok perfect that works, so I pay for the 12 $402 which was fine then she is like you're all set now I'm going to transfer you to the department that is going to refund your money so I'm like okay. I get transferred to some guy, he goes over my details everything seems good, so he's like ok ma'am let me begin the refund then suddenly he's like actually ma'am all these sales are final and I cannot go ahead and cancel your order and refund you. So I'm like not once did she mention that before processing the new order and he said she should of I'm sorry she didn't but I'm telling you now right. So according to him the only thing he can do is start a request to review my case and I'll hear back within 72 hours. So again I can't stress enough 1. I used Ticketsatwork to purchase two hotel rooms for March. I prepaid for the rooms in January. When I checked out of the hotel, the credit card I used for incidentals upon checking in was charged the full amount for the rooms. Apparently, ticketsatwork had never sent the payment along to the hotel. So now, I have paid once to ticketsatwork and once directly to the hotel. I have now had over 16 emails and phone calls to ticketsatwork to try to get someone to resolve this issue. It has been over four weeks since I stayed at the hotel. They are absolute thieves. Their customer service is the WORST. A different customer service rep responds each time to your emails. AGAIN....I have paid twice for the same hotel and they kept the money!! I book 2 hotel rooms in IL and when we went to check-in the first thing we realized was both A/C didn't work in either of the rooms. Then when we went to start unpacking we found that bathroom had a black mold problem in both showers in both rooms. And on top of that there were bloody boogers wiped on the bathroom counter in one room. Needless to say we didn't stay there. Normally I'd would say this is a legit place to get discount tickets. I've ordered many times. But this passed September I order flight tickets from cvg to Tampa for me and my two siblings. The flight was through frontier. My sister fell I'll with Covid and couldn't go, I called TicketsatWork to see about cancellation or flight credit and they directed me to call frontier saying they couldn't help. I called frontier and after persistent debating they said no refund but could set me up with flight credit for the future. Fast forward to today... frontier does not have a live customer support line any long so not contact number to call. The love chat had me running around in circles but kept telling me to contact my third party (TicketsatWork). I called tickets as work and they said they couldn't do anything about it. They can see where only 2 of the 3 of us made the trip but that they couldn't do anything about the credit promised nor would they contact frontier to try to help.
