This is just the most adorable shop in the heart of downtown Old Milford. Another gem to this community. There are nice tables out front and plenty of free parking nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have everything here from small gifts, to bags of coffee, every candy on earth, fudge, macarons, and even cards! I tried some fudge, got a cute mothers day gift, snagged one of their last St Pattys Day hot chocolate bombs, and tried the macarons. Everything was great and I know the gift will be loved. As it was off season, they did not have chocolate strawberries readily available, but if you call ahead they will make them by request! I cannot wait to come back and try those among other things! read more

Such a fun shop for a sweet treat! This store has so many options. They have a full case of chocolates on display, and 20 flavors of macarons. I tried 3 different flavors and they were all great. My only wish is that they had these beautiful macarons on display so you could see them before you make your order selection. read more

I love this little place. Everything was so good and not your average chocolate. There's handmade chocolates there. They are so tasty! They also have a bunch of manufactured candies, some of which are old fashioned. The couple that run the place are so friendly. They gave my daughter's these cute little bags with our purchase and some little stickers to decorated it. My girls can't wait to visit again. The little town is adorable. I love mom and pop places. They are so hard to find anymore, all the big companies are running all of the small businesses out. I like the individuality. There are many independent shops nearby. read more

Having grown up in the area, I have a fondness for Milford. It's a nice little area to spend an afternoon strolling through the shops, seeing what they offer and talking to the owners/workers, if you want. Then, heading to one of the eateries. I stopped here because I saw a tip on another geolocation app to get the sea salt turtle - so delicious! It is giant ad worth every penny! I ended up buying a little bit of everything because I was going to be seeing my gramma who LOVES chocolates and she enjoyed these! I've sent my parents by to pick up a chocolates for holidays, because this is good stuff! I spent a little time talking with the owner and even got the low-down on the condos being built by the river and other shops in the area. I would love to see this street offer something monthly similar to Final Friday, Oakley after Hours in the warmer months. As for the decor, it is its own style and doesn't seem to affect what they offer. read more

I had driven by this shop many times before, finally, deciding to stop in. I am so glad that I did. The shop associate was so pleasant and helpful, that I felt that I'd been a long time customer. There are so many choices that it was difficult to choose. I was able to sample the different fudge options and was taken with the peanut butter chocolate as well as the key lime fudge. After making my selections (peanut butter/chocolate fudge and milk & dark chocolate opera creams, I began exploring the various other candy options. I had an OMG moment when I saw a variety of candies from my childhood as well as chocolate covered Oreos. So many items. It is important to know that the chocolates are made on site from their own recipes and ingredients. This is a wonderful shop. Well worth many visits. read more

I'm not sure how many times I've passed this shop and not made my way in there, but I'm deeply saddened by all the time lost. A quick little browse turned into a $45 purchase and a borderline diabetic coma later that evening. Don't get me wrong, it was totally worth it because everything was delicious. This is officially one of my go-to chocolate shops. Perfect for bringing out of town guests, stopping in for special occasions, or just grabbing some chocolate because chocolate is life and get out of here if you don't agree. If you want great tasting fudge, honestly awesome blueberry muffin taffy, or an amazing selection of homemade chocolate goodies (including Vermont Nut Free) then stop in and support this great sweets shop. Honest people who are so sincerely happy when you shop there. I never go through Milford without stopping for a few pieces of goodness. If your name is on a waiting list at one of the local restaurants, go buy some sweets for someone who could use a lift to the spirit, and indulge yourself. Best chocolate in Cincinnati and surrounding area bar none. Little shop run by two of the friendliest people around. Homemade chocolate - this little gem was a find. I stumbled upon it driving through Milford as my girlfriend had a chocolate craving so we decided to try it out. I stopped in with my family for the first time recently. Never heard of this place before. We love going to old Milford and walking around, but we usually only have time on Sundays and Auel's is closed on Sundays. I had never noticed it until this first Saturday trip and it was open. We went in on an adventurous lark. The man that served us was very nice and patient. We got some chocolate coffee truffles and some orange cremes (chocolate round shell with orange creme center). W-O-W! I am over a half century old, and that was the best chocolate I have ever tasted. The coffee truffles were just perfect, not too hard and not too soft. So delicious. I don't care for dark chocolate that much and my daughter wanted the dark chocolate. I ate some and some more and more, guess I never had dark chocolate like that. It was incredible. The store has some tables to sit at. I wished I lived there because it had a very relaxing old fashioned laid back comfortable atmosphere. It is the perfect addition to such a great area. read more

We discovered this place around Valentine's Day because the Inquirer was advertising their chocolate covered strawberries. Soooo my boyfriend, who is one to keep things fun and simple, took me down to Old Milford to pick up some fresh dipped chocolate covered strawberries. The store is adorable. I can agree with the criticism that the store has too many random nicknacks, but I love old buildings and I love chocolate shops so whatever. When we arrived, the store owner had our order ready to go and, since we called ahead, she took the time to freshly dip the strawberries right before we got there. They were DELICIOUS and incredibly fresh. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. I thought the chocolate was outstanding and definitely some of the best I've ever had. Apparently a lot of people agree since their business appears to be doing quite well. We have since returned and purchased chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate covered pretzels, and I had a special order of various truffles shipped to my grandmother in Indiana. I am going back next time to try their potato chip bark (I'm serious). The owners are super friendly and very accommodating. If you would like to special order, let them know. And they'll ship anywhere. They'll actually let you order it online so you can save the trip. I thought this place was really cool, and they will continue to have my business. Check them out!
