When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. Then after a tiny fall onto carpet from less than a foot, the screen cracked again, which shouldn't happen with a proper repair. I came back to explain how ridiculous this is, but nothing was done. The quality doesn't match the price at all--it honestly feels like a scam. On top of that, when my mom tried to explain the issue, she was clearly being dismissed and not taken seriously. That was extremely upsetting to watch--especially since communication wasn't perfect on either side, yet there was no effort to understand her or treat her with basic respect. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes this whole experience even worse.

Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new.
