Used to be a regular with A1 and transitioned to Tide when they took over. Have remained regular with hundreds of dollars in dry cleaning each month. I had the very bad luck of having them rip the collar of a brand new shirt and messing up the sleeve of my nicest suit on the same order. I understand things happen but they were defensive about it, but offered to fix them. They returned them with no evidence of even making an effort to repair the damage but the garments were now all wrinkled as well. They are completely unwearable. Took 2 suits there that I wanted tailored and dry cleaned before I go out of town the day after Christmas. After talking to Becky the seamstress who assured me that everything would be done and she even took the measurements of how much I wanted my pants taken out. She and the staff there did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to my clothes. They look and fit exactly the way they did when I took them there! Terrible customer service and a ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience! I would never use again! To be fair the cute manager gave me a credit which I don't need or want cause I'm never going back. She was nice though. Don't ever take your clothes there! The employees were friendly and welcoming. I dropped off two suits, and four dress shirts. The total cost was $57, and I feel like that's really high. I was satisfied with the quality of the work done, but the price point will lead me to trying other places. read more

After Tide washed () my silk blouse and ruined it, I was very upset. I spent a lot of time trying to get someone to acknowledge the issue. Since my first review, I need to say that Sheldon has picked up the ball and taken care of everything. I appreciate that he has actually called me back and followed up. He took ownership of the issue- how refreshing!!! I would have given the cleaner a 4 if this would have occurred immediately but I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Apparently the manager is running 2 stores and very bogged down. That said, I probably will not send my good stuff there but will continue to use them for most of our dry cleaning. UPDATE: 4/8/22 - A new manager took over this location and reached out to me by email, phone and text. He assured me that it was a priority and he would resolve it. After a few days and correspondence between both of us, he offered a very satisfactory resolution. I went to the store to personally thank him for being diligent in resolving the matter. This whole process took a long time, but Brodie was in top of it and I am pleased with the result. His service was 5 stars, but I'm making it a 4 because of the initial issue that took a long time to resolve. ----------------------------- The notes you see from Christy C, Business Owner are just to let you think they care. Dropped off comforter and duvet cover to be cleaned. Tried to use coupon that was sent to me in mail but could not use it on "household items" which that was apart of. This is new location so all new staff. The girl barely new what she was doing. She failed to mention that the duvet cover which is basically an oversized sheet will be charged the same price as the comforter I dropped off. Are you kidding me?! $52.00 in total because someone did not explain the charges when I first dropped off and only to be surprised when my wife picked up today. I was shocked they were that picky about the coupon too. I mean you just opened and trying to develop your customer base and that is not a way to do it. The place I am living at has a community Tide Lockers on site and it is really really useful. The lockers are available 24h, I can drop and pick up my laundry any time. I was driving by and dropping my laundry in an express bag elsewhere before and was suspicious of this new Tide service, but now that I tried it several times I am not going back! All I have to do is drop my laundry in a locker, choose a code to lock it, then make an order via App. You do need the app to be able to use this service, but all you need to do is put the locker number in and they care of the rest. I just choose 'dry clean' and they automatically choose the cheapest option for the garment. If you need to add some comments you can, otherwise it is literally 2 clicks and done! They offer shoe repair or wash and fold, I yet need to try these. The turnover time is 2 business days. Usually the next day after I drop my laundry I get the confirmation and itemized bill via email, so if something looks not right, you can contact the excellent customer service in the app. Their laundry bag is pretty good, with separate pocket for used hangers and nice clear window for receipt. Very neat! They are very generous with discount codes, plenty of specials every couple if weeks. Dry cleaning service had never been easier for me! Wow! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Just the third time I've used the locker service, they LOST all of my work clothes (or someone stole them, who knows). To make things worse, this was right before a work trip, so I had to scramble and buy new work pants and tops (more money spent). How do you think they handled it? They initially told me that my clothes were at the Oakley store, then proceeded to tell me they couldn't find them. Then they had the nerve to ask me for a receipt from when I purchased the clothes. WTF? A receipt to prove what I paid last year for my clothes? I'm never using this service again. read more

I tried to set up delivery service for my elderly mother. I dropped her clothes off 3 weeks ago and the manager stated they would be in the following weeks delivery. They never came. I called everyday for a week and left a message like The answering service requested and no one ever called me back. I stopped by the location again on a Friday to see what happened. The manager was their again and stated we didn't have a credit card on file. I put a card in file, they took the money out right away. He assured me they would go out on the upcoming Monday which was 2 days away. Monday has come and gone and still no delivery. I stopped by again today/Tuesday and just asked for the clothes. The girl pulled them out and they had never came close to reaching a deliberate truck. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Still haven't received a call back from that store. I then called corporate office and they asked me to leave a message after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes. I still haven't received a call back. I then tried to use the chat and they stated someone would reach out to me as well. Still no response from Anyone at Tide Cleaners. I dropped off a comforter and specifically asked for it to be dry-cleaned as I knew if it were washed the insert would be ruined. Picked it up for $32 mind you, comforter is ruined because they washed it instead. Was told they follow directions on the tag but did not mention when I dropped it off. Really expensive for this area considering the competition and they ruined (paint came of) all the shell buttons on several silk blend cardigans. For comparison, I took the same cardigans to the inexpensive dry cleaner for years and buttons never broke, so don't say it was a fragile item at my risk. It's Tide's rough handling. Not only did they break them, they packaged the sweaters up and never told me of the damage I found when I got home. I am talking about over 30 cardigan buttons on 6 sweaters, broken into sharp pieces. There is no way they didn't notice they broke already while folding them. Beware. My wife dropped off my custom $1500 3 piece suit and they lost my pants and when my wife got home she discovered they also gave us the someone else's jacket. (Banana Republic Black Jacket Womens size 9) We did receive my vest back but not the rest of the suit that goes with it. Have called several times and always goes to voicemail and have yet to receive a response from anyone. And the customer service representative at the store was rude to my wife to the point where it upset her greatly. The absolute worst level of service. I dropped suits off to get cleaned and they were returned with an obvious spill of some sort on 4 different garments. Attempted to have this resolved with the GM, Brodie who took weeks on end to respond even though Tide admitted to fault. Now I've been passed on to the Regional Manager, Antonio who has been even less of a help. It's been 3 months and a resolution still hasn't been met. I took advantage of their introductory coupon. The staff was very friendly. My laundry consisted of only men's shirts and the job was completed on time. Nice and clean, however - while the P&G folks might refer to the smell of the shirts as a fragrance, while it's not totally unpleasant, there is a lingering smell.
