But it won't disrupt the taste profiles, that's for sure. Also had that green salsa with it which is a nice touch. After grabbing another round of beers in the brewery, we smelled fries from the truck's fryer so immediately we ordered the Cali Fries w/ AlPastor. OMG, these were absolute bomb! Plenty of meat and queso and that aioli drizzle on top, we couldn't stop eating them even though we were getting full as each bite seemed to be better than the previous one.
