We loved the chicken soup, so fresh! Chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas, noodles, and lots of cilantro! So hearty and flavorful!

Great food and service. We've eaten at their other location and love this new closer location as well.

Very small restaurant with a lot of pretty wall decoration and a large take out service…read more I enjoy trying new places and experiencing food from different cultures. This is a great place with authentic cuisine. We started with the chicken Empanadas which were crispy on the outside and full of delicious flavors on the inside. I'm sorry we didn't try the beef and cheese ones...maybe next time. The seafood paella was full of shrimp, octopus, mussels and chorizo over seasoned rice with fried onions, red peppers and peas. The chorizo was so good I got a few to take home. The ropa vieja was beef which was slow cooked to the point of falling apart and melting in your mouth with potatoes and a side of rice. There were three in my party and we all had at least seconds and still had some leftovers. Very enjoyment meal and would recommend.

Man, I could eat at this place every week and be a happy camper! The food was sooo flavorful and delicious. Every item on our plates was cooked well and seasoned to perfection. Despite not speaking the same language, we were able to communicate our needs and received good and friendly service from our waitress. The other diners all seem to be enjoying their meals. And, our portions were big enough to enjoy the deliciousness at another meal. Would return without hesitation!

Grabbing brunch on a Friday morning was extremely hectic here but thankfully well worth the wait…read more We ordered the latte, chicken empanadas, Caleño Sandwich, Morcilla Colombiana, and Guayaba Pastry. Chicken empanadas were delicious. Very well seasoned and filled although slightly dry from sitting under a heat lamp. I imagine having these fresh would be amazing. The caleno sandwich was also good however smaller than I thought it would be. The egg was buttery and melted well with the cheese. The morcilla Colombiana was slightly dry but again, the flavor was great. Lastly, the guava pastry was my favorite! So flakey and sweet! I could eat 5 more of these. Overall, this cafe is an incredible addition to the neighborhood. The hype is worth it for sure. If going during peak hours expect to wait. Our order took about 30 minutes to come out and the place was packed. Little to no seating inside.

To avoid confusion on a future order, I called ahead to explain that the empanadas were for multiple people and politely requested a hot sauce for each one. The employee sounded a bit annoyed and informed me that additional sauce would require an extra charge, and that she would only include more "as a one-time courtesy." I then asked if four people walked in and each bought an empanada, would each empanada come with its own sauce--she confirmed yes. It's frustrating that ordering online doesn't offer the same consideration. Clearer consistency between in-store and online orders would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
