The owner is discriminatory; when you complain, she calls *you* the liar and won't let you speak--she just wants to shout! They shortchange you on the bread. I had a terrible experience at this bakery and with the owner when I complained about receiving stale bread and being shorted on the *bolillos*--they gave me less than I paid for!
