Our guide Rhonda was super w lots of information, since she is the ranch manager and has been there I believe 22 years. She knows most of the alpacas by name and introduced us to a number of them, up close and personal, as we walked among them. The explanation of their nature and the workings of the ranch were easily understood. My 3 teenage grandchildren and I were fascinated and totally entertained. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing experience, We arrived at the place and were greeted by the owner who gave us a tour of the farm, we received a detailed answer to every question we just asked what made everything disabled and enriching, the alpacas were social and the babies were so cute, The sheer amount and personality of each of the alpacas along with the unique names given to them greatly enhanced the experience And finally the beautiful souvenir shop that is impossible not to fall in love with, At the end of the day this is an amazing farm that I highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a fun day with animals and nature

Unfortunately I couldn't check in because my cell service sucks but omg this place is amazing.

Even though we had chilly weather and a little rain, it didn't stop us one bit. We ended up picking close to seven pounds of fresh strawberries and they were so tasty and juicy. The whole experience of walking row by row and picking the perfect berry was so much fun. There's even a helpful little sign explaining how to pick the strawberries properly so they last longer. *Pro tip, leave a bit of the stem on the strawberry as you pick them, they stay fresh longer. We learned that after the fact, but we'll definitely do it right next time. The farm is huge, around 152 acres of expansive land, which was very green, open, and peaceful. It wasn't crowded at all the day we went, which made it even more enjoyable. The kids had a blast. They have a cute little train ride, a fun bouncing area, and plenty of space for the kiddies to run around. The goats were a big highlight for us. You can buy feed for 25 cents a tiny cup, and we went through four pretty quickly - you might want to grab more upfront because they close at 5 and we didn't get a chance to go back for more goat feed. The setup around the goat area was really nice and whimsical, and there's just so much open space to explore and walk and get fresh air. They also have a small gift shop with ice cream and little goodies, which was a nice touch after being out in the fields. Overall, it was such a peaceful, fun, and memorable day. Beautiful views, great atmosphere, and a perfect mix of activities for both kids and adults. We'll absolutely be back. Easily a five star experience.

Love that they don't charge entry fees! They provide you with a box for the berries and charge $3.75 per pound. My girls and I had so much fun picking the berries and eating them after! We also love the farm's homemade strawberry popsicles and ice cream - absolutely delicious. They also offer pick your own flowers, a bouncy area, a barrel train ride, and various arts and crafts activities for kids. There are also baby goats to feed! Fun for the whole family and an awesome day trip.

This did make it more expensive, but for us it was worth it...We have been able to feed many giraffes, but never have met a rhino up close and my grandson loved being able to brush them and touch them.. I chose the private tour , so I could relax and enjoy it without having to drive...and all the info Tucson gave us on all the animals and all their programs made the drive back through on our own a lot more interesting. I was very impressed with their setup and how many babies they have.. I would recommend getting their early...The tour was a wednesday at 930 and we only had one other car on the road with us....when I drove back through , there was a lot of car stoppage , cause of course every car wants to stop for every group of animals and I will say the group at the entrance gate holds you for ranson so you better have food for them so you can get thru.. Didn't try the food , but the fudge at the restaurant was really good. The only thing I was disappointed in was the avairy...If you just want to see a lot of beautiful budgies and a few chickens, then go for it, but they had no interest in the food sticks and just flew away from it for the most part...We are used to the lorikeets that land on you, so my grandson was just bored with it...

First, I was a tad disappointed in the quantity of the animals out there. There were long stretches of the drive where I caught myself thinking, " there's nothing out here". Second, don't bother buying feed. A lot of the animals were more interested in food provided in their troughs than the passing vehicles. And, I have a feeling they're fed well enough ...they don't care if you're throwing food. Third, cars tend to bottleneck to look at NOTHING. I think the staff should do a better job explaining you can pass. At least I hope you can, because I did. I wasn't waiting for some of these people. Other than that, I thought the facilities themselves were clean, well lit, and impressive. They've got a great restaurant where you can have lunch (although I felt the prices were exorbitant as they often are with these "tourist traps"). They've got some great exhibits with monkeys and you can get pretty darn close to some giraffes. My little girl had a particularly good time in the aviary. Seeing her face as that bird landed on her stick was just the best. Solid gift shop. Overall, felt the cost was higher than necessary, but solid family outing. It's worth going.

We paid $80 for four of us, and you don't really get anything for that price. You have to pay for balloon animals and face painting, which I think should be included in your ticket. My daughter loved the pillow jump, but the lady working there was horrible. She screamed at everyone constantly to "get in line," and then if kids were jumping too hard or didn't stop jumping when she said so, she'd scream at them. She really ruined what should've been a fun time. The other staff wasn't nice either. In the end, I could've taken my daughter to a park for free and gotten the same experience without having to shell out $80. This place just seemed super greedy and zero customer service skills. They treated everyone like they weren't welcome.

Extremely Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience…read more My family and I were really looking forward to visiting this place and drove an hour to get there. Unfortunately, we were never greeted or given any guidance upon arrival. When we saw a buffalo near the entrance, we calmly walked over just to say hi -- as one might expect at a petting zoo. A man, who I believe was the owner, suddenly yelled at us to back away. We returned to our car, unsure of what we had done wrong. He then approached us again and aggressively asked what we wanted. When we asked about the tour and prices, he continued to scold us for going near the animals, despite the fact that this is advertised as a petting zoo. The tone and hostility were completely uncalled for. As we were about to leave, we paused briefly to look at the camels and take a quick picture -- only to have him run up and yell at us again, demanding that we get off the property. We left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked at how poorly we were treated. It was a complete waste of time and left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, family-oriented experience.

The visuals were beautiful with themed music and the occasional smells that fit well with the exhibits. We were really impressed by how long it was. It was about a one mile walk on a dirt trail, and it took us over an hour to go through at a leisurely pace and take some pictures. Our shoes got extremely dusty, so make sure to wear shoes that you can wipe off afterwards. We were thrilled to see seesaws at one point on the trail. There were so many kids here, but I think it's enjoyable for all ages. I would even take my parents here. They advertise weekday night tickets on their website as $22, but after all the fees, it was $28.24 per ticket for a Tuesday night. It was surprisingly worth it though. I just wish they were more transparent in their fees. I am really glad we didn't come on a weekend because it would have been even more crowded. Parking was an additional $10 in a dirt lot. There were some vendors with extremely overpriced food. My friend got a cute ghost T-shirt from their official merch store for $25, which was surprisingly reasonable.

We accidentally booked the wrong date while clicking through the links on the phone and had to pay an additional $5 per ticket to change it through the online account later. That was a bummer since it was an honest mistake but the customer service is pretty much non-existent and send canned responses to emails. Parking is an additional $10 at the venue.
