She was incredibly kind, supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely consultative while showing us different bangles and bracelets. Today August 1st, I had the pleasure of returning to this beautiful store to pickup my two bracelets that were repaired. After my 2017 "pretty woman" Tiffany's moment (see initial review), I wore both that bold nine band sterling silver bracelet and five band matching ring from the collection everyday. A month ago a band from that bracelet broke, broke clean. And then there were eight. Okay, eight is enough. Thinking this would cost a fortune to repair, tucked the disabled band in my jewelry box. Carried on until hubby asked, "Want some more Tiffany bling for our nine year anniversary?" Bracelet and broken band in hand, "Actually no. Do you think they can fix this? I wasn't very fond of the service I received at this Tiffany & Co. I came to purchase both a necklace and bracelet and neither were in stock aside from what they had on display. The two items had visible wear and tear and I did not want to buy items that everybody had tried on. I honestly was a bit irritated by the fact that the lady helping me was even trying to "clean them up a bit" and still sell them to me!? Items at Tiffany & Co aren't ever on sale so why would she assume I wanted to purchase at full price, imperfect items! I asked if I could purchase new, unworn pieces and if they could ship them to the store and I'd pick it up from there. The lady seemed a bit flustered with my request and had a bit of trouble with ordering my items. After a bit, another lady came to help.. She told me my items would be available in 3 to 5 days and they'd call me when they arrived. I didn't see a place to put my email and directly asked her if she needed me to write it down just in case- she reassured me that it wasn't needed. Over a week later, no one had reached out to me so I ended up calling them.. I was told that they had my items but no one had ever bothered to call me. My biggest disappointment was I brought my daughter along and it was her first her first experience at Tiffany and Co. At pick up, I asked her if she wanted to look around to purchase anything and she said no. I think her response shocked both I and the person helping me. When we got to the car, I asked her why she didn't want anything and her response hurt.. She said that she didn't know whether it was a race or presumed class thing, but her entire experience with watching me trying to purchase my items from beginning to end made her feel sad. That she felt like they weren't treating me in the same way that they were their other clients. She noticed that while my lady was trying to get me to buy used looking jewelry, some sales people offered their customers champagne while they shopped, even though they didn't end up buying anything. She then added that she couldn't see why I'd want to buy items from a place that seemed like they really didn't want to sell me anything. In the end, my jewelry was beautiful but that lack of excellent Tiffany and Co service that I'm used to left a really bad taste in my mouth and probably messed up my daughters views of them forever! read more

This location has excellent customer service from knowledgeable salespeople. Located next to Nordstrom, look for lovely, sometimes whimsical window displays. I'm not a fan of their Please Return to Tiffany-inspired handbags and leather goods but I love their jewelry designs, Elsa Peretti in particular. I'm so happy they brought back the sterling silver handbag charm with their signature turquoise heart. A heart-shaped silver lock charm I got kept flipping backwards so I bought a Tiffany charm loop which keeps the charm hanging face up. read more

For the price and the name, the product quality is very bad. My wife's necklace is broken only after wearing it a couple of times. It just broke out of sudden. When we came to the store to repair, it costed $75! Unbelievable! Another bad thing about this store, after the staff talked to us for a while all of sudden he told us that actually for a repair we had to make an appointment first because they were busy on the weekend. We were the only customer at that time! He said he couldn't continue helping us without appointment. So we left. And we saw that all the staff were just chairing with each other. Unbelievable. On December 18, 2025, I purchased a sterling silver necklace from Tiffany's. Upon receiving the necklace, I noticed the chain appeared tarnished. I took it to this location (only 20 days after purchase) on January 10th, 2025 at around 2pm and the manager offered to clean it for $20. I carried the original receipt with me, and asked for a return instead because paying $20 for a brand new necklace to be cleaned is ridiculous. The manager stated original packaging was required. Multiple other previous reviews have mentioned issues with returning items here. I suggest Tiffany's corporate team provide training to the team at this location. You can't top the quality of their diamonds. Each one sparkles brilliantly no matter the size. It's one place that size doesn't matter because each piece is exquisite. If you have a budget in mind, start there. Let the associate know what you feel comfortable spending. They will find something closest to your budget. Ask for Hailey. Went in to do a simple exchange , both times employees said because of a price increase I had to wait on the manager to show up bc she's the only who can override a price increase. Well after waiting around for an hour the manager said that in fact she cannot override the increase that that I'll have to pay. I asked if I could do it online and she said no they will still charge me. Well I left and called the customer service number and low and behold you CAN override the price increase within the 30 day window and they were HAPPY to help me with my exchange without charging me the price increase. I have experienced the worst customer service of my life from this store. I submitted a ring for repair, which they overpolished and then took over a month past the estimated date to replace. When I contacted them to see what could be done about this I was unable to get a hold of anyone to help me. I have called the store multiple times and have been forwarded to customer service 4 or 5 different times. Customer service has promised me to waive fees and send gifts for my wasted time and has promised the store manager would call me. From these multiple calls I have had 0 follow up and still have no resolution to this issue. Truly unacceptable and I suggest everyone look elsewhere for their luxury jewelry needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I can't recall the names of the advisor/manager who helped me out at the store, but they were beyond accommodating. I was involved in a pretty bad accident recently. At the time of the accident, I was wearing one of my favorite pairs of Tiffany's earrings. I don't know how they ended up the way they did, but they got weirdly bent and damaged (not just the back, but the whole thing!) to a point ER staff had trouble removing them from my ears. A few weeks ago, I brought them to my local Tiffany's to see if they would be salvageable. To my surprise, not only did the rep reassure me it would be fully repairable, he also offered to service my earrings free of charge. He saw my banged up face, told me it's the least he could do and wished me well. The earrings were ready to be picked up in about 3 weeks, and they looked BRAND NEW. I couldn't remember the last time any of my jewelry was this polished and shiny! Granted, I am a fan of Paloma Picasso and Elsa Peretti designs and own several pieces of earrings and rings. Every Tiffany purchase has been a pleasant experience thus far, albeit in a non-fussy way if you know what I mean. Now they have me as their forever customer. I purchased a Return to Tiffany's bracelet many years ago. I took my bracelet in to repair the latch which was an unbelievable $75.00. I was later told that my bracelet would not be repaired because it was not a Tiffany's bracelet and it was not sterling silver. I provided a receipt of purchase and was told sorry it's not sterling silver and we don't work on mixed metals. Was on our way to solving when we decided to pull over on the freeway and buy his daughter some earrings. The location of the store is not very convenient. However, once you maneuver around the parking, it wasn't too far of a walk to get into in the mall. We knew what we were looking for so as soon as someone approached us to help us, we went right to it. Brianna was kind enough to show us all of our options and was even honest regarding a lot of the prices with what we were looking at. We went from Sterling silver to platinum Which we weren't expecting to do for a three year-old however, Brianna made some great points and we went with the selected platinum diamonds. Brianna was soft spoken about handled us with care and was kind as well as had great costumer service. She was a great listener as well, and even texted us the following day asking about our trip. Tiffany & Co is located on the first level across from Tesla in the Westfield Shopping Plaza in Century City. Of the numerous visits here, this review is long overdue. Have been a loyal client of this brand for it's quality, upscale appeal and excellent customer service. Most of my visits have mostly been at the Rodeo Drive location in Beverly Hills. However, this location invariably has the inventory of select items, for corporate gifting that 90210 does not. Perhaps the fact that Century City surrounded by skyscrapers of businesses and/or corporations. Century City is minutes away from Beverly Hills, but sometimes when in the Century City area and you need a special thoughtful gift, Tiffany & Co comes to mind and will always be accepted enthusiastically by the recipient. Every time I step inside this shop, I am cordially greeted and assisted by the staff. Perhaps their facial recognition security system alerts them, IDK! Nonetheless, service by the men and the ladies is always professional and they go beyond with their efforts. Even my baby Fendi is welcomed and offered Evian H20 in the signature Tiffany bowl. I wanted to purchase a similar bowl but wanted it in pink versus the blue, but it was not available. My 1st furbabe was named Tiffany, and I prefer my current furbabe Fendi to have possessions with her name or monogram, so I didn't order a pink one. Like other T&Co shops, there's something special for everyone: male, female, child, pet, office and home. Love the classic Atlas collection for office and home: clocks, crystal and sterling silver. Over the last few years, I've graduated to bigger bolder and $$$$; current jewelry I wear enviably overshadows current T&Co on display and the ladies here are always in awe. T&Co does have big and bold diamond collections that I would consider, and there's a private room next to the vault to examine and discuss details $$$$. I have had two experiences at this particular Tiffany & Co location. One was a 1-star experience, and the other was a 4-star experience. First the good experience: During the holidays 2021, I came to pick up an item. The staff were friendly and attentive and packed up the item well. They were careful to present me with the item before packaging as well which I appreciate after reading my worse experience below. The manager was also very kind and offered me something to drink and I had a conversation with him. Based on this experience alone, I would likely return to this location based on the convenience and the service. Now the not as pleasant experience: A few months ago, I purchased a gift from the Century City location. The item ended up not working out and I had to take it to return which ended up being at the Santa Monica location. When I told them about the return and they were checking the item to ensure it's authenticity, they found out that the Century City location had given me the wrong size. This ended up causing a huge issue and them even telling me that I had to return to the Century city location to return the item. However, the employee I spoke to at Santa Monica was kind enough to call the Century City store and the manager there at the time was unaware I was on the line too and was disrespectful and did not even apologize once she realized I was there. Fortunately the management at the Santa Monica location were very helpful and made everything work out in the end. In the future, I will almost certainly be going to the Santa Monica location whenever possible. read more

I used to make Tiffany a stop whenever I came to this mall (which is too often) but I realized that was when it was in the 'old' mall. Since the huge renovation of Westfield Century City, Tiffany has moved to a corner outside of Nordstrom facing the big courtyard. They are now in-line with other Tiffany boutiques design-wise; mostly noticeable with their 'high counters' (where there are no drawers underneath and you can see their legs, hence no more comfortable shoes for the sales professionals), white metal detailing instead of the former wood paneling, and more discreet POS systems. The customer service area is towards the back on the left side which is where I spend most of my time. There is no more 'window'; you simply take a seat and they come out to greet you. A very nice lady (I believe her name is Patrice; I couldn't confirm since the other associates apparently do not know the names of their co-workers) but the receipt said 'E. Whitt.' Regardless of who it was, she helped me out with my jewelry cleaning, and I returned in a couple hours to have sparkling rings, slightly heated from the steam cleaning (this is a good thing btw). I was impressed with the fact that she seemed knowledgeable, where in the past at other locations, I had questionable service by the associates in either the sales department or customer service. There was a girl on the sales floor who was very kind in helping me search for a particular ring. Sadly, the one I am looking for is being retired so this is a tough decision for me to make. I've already lost out on at least three pieces from waiting too long so now I really have to wonder if it's worth it. I was so disappointed with the way that my husband and I were treated at this Tiffany location. I came in to try and find something for my mother in law for Mother's Day. We wanted to buy her something nice, but not too expensive as she wouldn't feel as comfortable wearing it all the time if it was. We were looking around the cases for a good 15 minutes before anyone even bothered to help us. And when the sales woman came to help us she was super flippant and unhelpful. I told her I didn't want to spend over $1000 on anything and she continued to only pull out teeny tiny earrings for $3000+. I am extremely familiar with luxury jewelry brands, and I know for a fact Tiffany would have things well within our price point but the sales lady refused to show us anything in the price point we wanted, even after telling her multiple times. She then said she would try to find us something else and just left? We waited for ten minutes before noticing that she had moved on to help another customer. I understand she might have wanted a larger sale, but a sale is a sale and if she had shown me ONE thing in my price point we would have been a guaranteed sale. We ended up going to Venus ET Fleur instead. I've shopped and worked in luxury sales for years and I thought we were past the age of making assumptions about people's intentions to buy. Don't waste your time or money here. A necklace my boyfriend bought me 2 months ago (that I only wore for about 3 weeks of those 2 months) broke. I asked if they can fix the clasp, they said there's an additional cost and they have to ship it out to be fixed. If we're spending racks on a necklace 1) the item shouldn't have broken this easily. The clasp seems like it's made of aluminum foil. Shouldn't have cost what it did if that's the case. 2) I would have expected better customer service at a high end establishment like this... your jewelry is faulty and falls apart in 21 days of regular wear and we're expected to pay for it lmao. It's comical. I've worn $10 jewelry purchased through Amazon that have lasted much much longer. We were horribly profiled when we came in the first time to do some shopping, should've been our first guess that this was a waste of our time and money. Service was terrible!! I went in to get the clasp on my sterling silver necklace fixed. First of all, it cost $75 and about 2.5 weeks time for what I would consider a simple repair. When I received the product, I noticed the pendant came back damaged. I took it back immediately, the rep agreed to have the pendant fixed for no charge. They expedited the service to 1 week--which I appreciate, but when I went to pickup my necklace, the rep was trying to charge me another $75! She was so unprofessional. I wanted to celebrate hitting a milestone in my business so I looked online and decided I wanted the graffiti x earrings in gold. This was the only nearby location that had them and I'm so glad I picked them up from this location. I always look like a straight up bum but Ryan was super nice to me since I called ahead, he had everything ready. He asked if I wanted to try the earrings on which I didn't, I think that's so gross and I straight up said "nah, it's been awhile since I've worn earrings I have to go home and pop 'em through the back of the hole that's probably closed" I was worried they were too small and he told me I could return them if I didn't like them. I would like to start out by saying that Tiffany products are elegant and beautiful . They represent refinery and quality. Having said that it is not the products I take issue with it is with the staff. The initial drop off for repair of my item went well with Patrice. I waited for a couple of weeks expecting an email regarding the cost of repair and time frame. Having not received any emails from Tiffany's I called. I spoke to Marina. Initially she followed through with phone calls as follow up. Then she was not available for a while and Manuel said he would "help" me. If your definition of help means say you will call and do not say you will email and do not then this is the guy for you. I waited a week for his phone call. In this economy I know people aren't running out to buy high end items so come on Tiffany Staff make an effort. I asked for a manager an Manuel told me that is Rachel she will be in at noon. I called at 12:30 and guess what? She was in a meeting when I called. So Patrice took over and said she would be on top of if for me . I thought, ok let's see. Well she didn't disappoint. She said she would call in the morning and did not. When I called her she said she would check on the estimated time of repair and get back to me in a couple of hours. Five hours later I called again and was told she was busy but most standard repairs, blah blah blah. Thank you Marina for reading from a script that your supervisor told you to tell me. I told them that I was there to pick up jewelry and the women in a very unfriendly manner asked for my ID. I hadn't been asked that when I was dressed with my diamonds and a sun dress. NOTE TO EMPLOYEES! NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY THEIR COVER! I have never felt more insulted and shocked at the service I received when I dropped off my jewelry to be cleaned! I've been going to the Beverly Hills store for years, but since I was going to see a film I thought I would try the Tiffany store in Century City, CA. The customer service rep that assisted me was not only unprofessional and rude, but spoke to me in a demeaning and condescending tone. She accused me that one of the 18k gold with diamond rings was not an authentic Tiffany's product and they would not clean it. This is definitely not the "Tiffany & Co" standard. I can't help but wonder if it was because I am Chinese, if i were a white woman would she have accused me in the same rude manner? I would have thought that she would have brought it to management to make that decision and handle the situation more professionally. I believe Tiffany&Co is generally a very good company. So this review is specifically for the customer service at Century City Mall location. I came to this store on Feb 9th, to ask if they sell just one earring since my sister had lost one of a pair. They told me they do if they have it in stock. A few weeks later, I went back to the store to show the picture of the earring. I also brought a pendant and a ring to be cleaned. They told me I would hear back from them in a week but never heard from them. So I went back to the store to pick up my jewelry on March 9th but no answer yet about the earing that I needed to purchase. So I explained my situation again and a salesperson took my name and number, again. Now it's been a few weeks since then but I still haven't heard back from them. Just as I see in other reviews, they seem to care less if you are not spending a lot of money. Message to the salespeople there; working at the brand store like Tiffany doesn't give you a right to disregard customer who needs to get the small shopping done. We received a baby gift from Tiffany's prior to our child's birth and tried to exchange it now a few months later for something else but were refused by the sales person and store manager due to the passing of the 30 day return window. In this age of customer service, I am surprised that this brand is unwilling to help me. We obviously didn't open the gift until after the baby was born so there was no opportunity to meet the 30 day window. The security guard at the front door didn't great myself or my partner, but he did greet everyone else who walked in after us. As we were browsing around waiting for my necklaces, he watched us as if we were going to steal something.
