I visited this location to pick up my bracelet that needed repairs, and i was greeted by Beni! such a kind soul, greeted me with a very warming smile and asked me how i was doing, and feeling, we had a great little conversation before she helped me with my order. unfortunately, it was not ready BUT she was inclined to show me some of the new collections around the store. i was thrilled i did not know pharrell had a collaboration so she had shown me a few of the pieces, allowed me to try them on and i had a wonderful experience imagining myself owning these pieces. Now, im saving up to buy them this year for my birthday and celebrating a job promotion coming up. the service itself, i do not need to go much in detail was SUPERB, it almost felt like she was my best friend in the store and we were window shopping. i have my eyes on a few things now thanks to her. also met Johana as well such a kind soul, they want to celebrate my birthday next month so i will likely plan a visit for some champagne celebrating. If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the worst experience and customer service I have ever experienced!! I have many items from here and I will NEVER be going back. I got a necklace and a bracelet when my baby girl was born. I got the necklace lengthened and a month after I got it back the clasp broke and my necklace was gone. About a week after that the heard on my bracelet fell off, I did end up finding the charm. When I took it to get repaired I was talked to so rudely. I asked questions and they were just pushed aside. I was told that they are not James Avery or Pandora and if I wanted that service or items like them then I needed to take my business there. I have always been a lover for Tiffany & Co. I bought the heart charm bracelet about 1.5 years ago and have been disappointed ever since. The charms on the bracelet are not connected together and only crimped. The charms of the bracelet have been falling off ever since I got it and had to keep going back to get it fixed spending almost $100 every time! If you are interested in this bracelet please be aware that this can happen to yours as well. I wear mine everyday and I'm not aggressive or hard with it whatsoever. The crimped areas of where the charms are just keep coming undone all the time. I have been a fan of Tiffany & Company since I was a teenager. Every time someone asks me what I would like as a gift, I say something from Tiffany's. I hadn't actually set foot in this store in years. However, a necklace I received snapped (my fault). I panicked, but when I went to their website was able to chat with a representative who assured me I would not need an appointment and they would make every effort to fix my item. From the moment, I walked in I was greeted and offered something to drink. After a few minutes of browsing at everything, because online coveting only does so much, I attended to my reason for the visit. Id like to extend kudos to the exceptional customer service to John (in repairs) and Robin (part time associate). They made both my recent visits quick, painless, and exceptional. One note, there is a parking lot right in front of Tiffany's but as another reviewer mentioned they do not validate parking. This didn't hinder my impression of them in any way. Made an appointment at Tiffany and Co. at Galleria Mall (Houston, TX) and arrived early for his appointment 12/16 3:15pm. I was met at the door and was directed to have a seat and wait. While I was waiting, I noticed that the sales associate was notified that I was waiting. When she approached me, I asked to be directed to a specific collection and she replied with disgust and like I was wasting her time. I showed her the 3 pieces that I previously saw online but wanted to see them in person. While I was waiting for her to pull said items, I saw a few other pieces that interested me. Again, she replied with annoyance at my request. I then asked her if these items could be shipped and begrudgingly she said she couldn't find out until she had my information. While I was waiting, another customer leaned over to ask me "what is wrong with her?" I'm embarrassed at this point because she then loudly says what the price of the items were and that she couldn't guarantee that they would be there before Christmas. At this point, I really wasn't sure if I wanted her to serve me. So, I just decided to get the items and worry about shipping on my own. She really didn't want to help me and assumed that I couldn't pay for my items. As the only Black man in the store, I was embarrassed that she would treat me this way. Her tune changed when she saw that my card went through. The sales associate was N. Le. I'm writing this review because her service was terrible and reeked of racial bias. I used to be one of those non-believers. Who does Tiffany think they are with their ridiculous mark-up?! Maybe an endangered animal dies every time they stamp T & CO on a sterling silver something? I didn't "get it" for the longest time. Like the other Yelpers have mentioned, customer service here is amazing. No snottiness about the sales associate (I actually intimidated by all things Tiffany in the past, ha ha) - they will completely devote themselves to you, even if you've expressed a faint interest and no concrete intention to buy. Also, as you would expect from a "finer" jewelry store - no upselling. No pressure at all, it's like the sales associate actually care about you (I know they don't but the illusion is nice!). I feel the craftsmanship on the sterling silver pieces are indeed superior to something you could possibly pick up from a department store, but yes it is indeed true - most of that inflated price tag can be attributed to the Tiffany brand name. But rest assured, the impeccable service does serve to justify that mark-up. The actual customer service room in the back - the ladies (maybe gentlemen too?) are incredibly sweet and helpful. If you have any sort of issue with your Tiffany piece, however inexpensive or expensive - they will try their darnedest and then some to remedy it. I attempted to go into The Tiffany at the galleria and 4 employees were at the counter entrance. We walked in intending to browse and were asked what exactly we were looking for but we had nothing particular in mind. They rudely said they need to know for what as they're working a 1:1 ratio. It was inconvenient for them to have us browse a mostly empty store while FOUR employees congregated around one jewelry case. When we said we were just gonna go the woman with the short haircut seemed relieved to not have to help us. Mind you I was wearing a Tiffany necklace and earrings when we walked in. It seems ridiculous to discourage browsing, in a time when brick and mortar is at risk of extinction, what is your store front even for? Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I inquired about a less expensive piece almost similar to the one I purchased and the salesperson quickly pointed out the differences that made the piece I had chosen so much better than the alternative. Tiffany Blue Box charm peeled off. They replace the first one. Then the second one came off after one month. They then said they stop making that and give us the silver Box charm. Not very long , the bow on that charm came off. Instead of replacing it, we had to pay a "repair" fee for it. Poorly made products. We also have the Flip Flop charm. I stopped in at this Tiffany's in the Galleria. I was just killing time waiting on a friend for dinner. I don't remember the name of the wonderful man in the front section that waited on me (swore I would remember)...lol. He was an older middle aged man who was very professional and let me peruse the store following several feet behind in case I had questions. The front of the store had exquisite bridal sets and very fine jewelry. I know jewelry quality like an expert even though I'm not much a jewelry buyer (more casual beach girl persona)! They definitely had the highest grades and certified by the main diamond grading associations in the country. The back section which has usually different salespeople consists of beautiful silver and gold with some semi precious gems. They have great style and are more casual but keep up with the Tiffany styling. I got a tour on the entire store. If you need something special with guaranteed real diamonds (not laser treated or fracture filled junk-yes junk)! The filling they use for fracture filled diamonds will expand and cause your diamond to blow up under the hot jewelers torch. I've seen that before especially when retipping prongs or at times when the 'junk' diamond can not be removed from the setting for repair work. So if you want excellent quality by professionals head down to this Tiffany's. Also if you need more exquisite jewelry you definitely need to come to the Galleria Tiffany. I love bargains, cheap stuff, and deals. However, like most parents, I want my kids to have the best. So, as soon as I heard that my ex-gf was preggers, I knew there were certain items I wanted my lil one to have. If you're going to create a heirloom, you really should buy the best. So, I went to Tiffany's to figure out what to buy my new addition that would last a few generations. The staff was unbelievable. I have to admit, I was expecting snobby service. I mean it's Tiffany's. I figured they'd laugh my butt right out the store and tell me to come back when I had more weight. (Weight is a slang term for $$. Stick with me, you'll learn something lol.) But the exact opposite was true. I walked in, and the security guard didn't give me that "look" at all. Instead he gestured. A bit of a wave/nod. Considering I had on my fav England jacket (the one in the pics) and my converse, I was suprised. Then, the most amazing thing happened. I was allowed to browse. A salesperson came up to me and asked what I was looking for, I explained to her my situation, and she pointed out certain items, and I said thanks. She then let me be for a few minutes. No watching me, no pestering. No "customer service that's really security to make sure your butt doesn't steal" type activity at all. I picked out a couple things, made my (expensive as all hell) purchase and that was that. They polished the items and then put them into the signature baby blue box and bag and I was on my way. My husband has been purchasing jewelry from Tiffany's for me for 17 years. I have sapphire and diamond ring guards for my platinum and diamond band, all of which he purchased here. One of the sapphires fell out and Tiffany's charged us $350 to replace it and took almost 7 weeks for the repair. I asked the man in repairs today about getting my rings cleaned and the prongs checked to see if there was any sort of guarantee. He very smugly said they do not offer any guarantees and rudely brushed me off. I'm pretty sure our days of shopping here are OVER. Who doesn't squeal with delight when they get they iconic little blue box with the white ribbon bow? I will always remember my first Tiffany gift, the chain link bracelet with tag on it. I wore that thing out, later it was the necklace that matched, My s/o knows that anytime he is scratching his head over a gift for me, I light up at the the mere sight of the box. When we decided to get engaged, there was discussion on my ring, we shopped around from Tiffany to other big name Houston dealers, and independents. We looked at large rings, small rings, cut clarity, and everything else you could ask for. In the end I left the decision to him, after all, he knew me well enough to know what I wanted. (I hoped) We ended up with the perfect sized Tiffany Novo, and from start to finish between the McLean, VA store and the Galleria store he found one we were happy with. From being able to go back in and get it cleaned (dropped off, picked up in 1.5 hours) to choosing the band, the service was top notch. I also visit this store for additional gifts, and always greeted with a smile no matter if I am wearing cut off shorts, or a suit. I'll be honest: I don't remember my buying experience because it was several years ago. I bought a sterling silver chain link necklace with a heart clasp that kind of acts like a carabiner for lack of a better comparison. It connects both chain ends together and is now discontinued. Anyway, after a year or so the clasp broke so the necklace was completely useless. Several attempts were made to no avail to take it elsewhere for repair, but it slowly dawned on me that I may have to endure going back to Tiffany & Co in the Galleria. I gave them a call and the rep who answered the phone was very polite and told me that I could come in anytime and they would send it off to NY for me. Huh? That's right, they do zero work in-store. Everything has to be insured and sent away to HQ. Well, no thank you, I'll just send it in myself and avoid the Galleria and whatever upcharge you plan on passing over to have your store ship it. All I can say is, if you buy an item and it has since been discontinued, be prepared for a struggle. I got a call to basically say "what the hell is this that you've sent in?" After several minutes of back and forth arguing that this is an actual Tiffany & Co product, I linked the rep to their own website where it shows the necklace to be discontinued. All it took was a simple Google search, people. Also, don't expect them to stand by their jewelry. You WILL pay the full cost of insurance/shipping/repair no matter how much you spent in the first place. I understand repairs cost money but I've definitely received way better customer service in this arena. I didn't even receive any sort of apology that it broke or assurance that it will be fixed for good! Knowing what I know now, I will likely not buy from Tiffany's again. We arrived at the store on 7/24 in the morning to send off jewelry to be cleaned. I received great service in the back and my I told my husband while I was waiting to try on the bracelet I was purchasing him that day for a gift. When he went to the sales area, NO ONE offered to assist him. Once I finished my transaction, I went to the counter where he as standing and the 2 "sales persons" walked off. I stopped one and stated that we wanted to see an several items in the case. Her response was "oh I thought you were only interested in the service area." I asked her if she couldn't help us then please find a manager who could. Because we were dropping off items to be cleaned, one should not assume we were not purchasing. My husband told me he felt very uncomfortable in the store. Not only did anyone of the 10 employees in the store not assist him, several were "peering" at him and his every move. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany's. We purchased the expensive bracket from your sales associate (I should return and purchase online) and had purchased two items for myself last week. Cultural sensitive IS A THING. If you do not want to wait or assist people of color, than state so and be honest about it. Do not demean people or make them feel uncomfortable or "suspect." We are more than financially capable of purchasing any item in your store. Will not shop this location again and continue to purchase online. Disgusting and unacceptable before. I kind of wanted to give this story 3 and a half stars, mostly because I wasn't sure how I felt about the customer service. I have worked in retail and customer service for over 6 years, so I know what it takes to make an impression. I had just bought a ring at Macy's but wasn't exactly keen on the luster of the ring. I went back to see if I could find something else but didn't like the treatment so I decided to head over to Tiffany's, just to look. I had recently gotten the news that i was getting a raise so I needed something to celebrate getting a raise and decided that I wanted to see the infamous and iconic Tiffany bracelet. I walked into the store and kind of got a half-hearted greeting that became a full-fledged smile once i walked in. I had never been inside the Tiffany store and didn't receive any guidance as I walked through the store. Truthfully, I was a bit intimidated but walked around and got confused as to what I wanted. Still, I knew I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I wandered through to the other side of the store and walked around. I saw someone looking around and once the associate was done with him, I caught the associate's attention. I asked where the bracelets were and he showed them to me and I proceeded to try on the two styles I liked. I saw one that was less expensive, under $300, but didn't find it appealing. Then I tried on the other one and fell in love. I didn't feel pressured in getting the bracelet either, which made me feel more at ease. I really struggled to deal with the price but finally gave in and bought it. Elias, the sales associate, helped me look around some more through the store and was very accommodating in helping me try on the necklace as well. Overall, the service was good, once I actually got someone to help me. I think they need to work on their greeting customers but they were very helpful on my way out. The Galleria only makes my heart grow fonder...for Tiffany's! As a frequent flyer, I am impressed with their service every single time. First, there's engagement ring resizing... and resizing again. The customer service department is very fast. Each time I've had to get my ring resized, they've attended to me right away. My fiance and I also purchased our wedding bands here, and were happy with how attentive the staff were. We ended up here yesterday before the cutie heads to another business trip. You know things are getting serious (and expensive) when you see the little blue boxes lol. Everyone in the store is super nice, I'm assuming they must know they're kinda ripping us off and they're doing it the nice way. I suggest browsing the website and know what you like/want before you come into the store. Knowing which style you like and what your budget can get you here will be really helpful. And the expert/sales here also did a great job. During the whole process we feel really welcomed and they truly care for us. The gentleman who's helping us congrats us a few times and was really nice and patient with us. Since we have already decided what we want and our budget, the visit took us only less than an hour. I was so happy that we did our research before we came in, since with all those huge diamonds bling-ing at the same time it's just so hard to make a sane decision. The resizing of engagement rings usually take around 10 days, and if they need to order the wedding band or other rings of your size, it'll take 4-5 days. Diamond is a girl's best friend! The turquoise blue box makes Tiffany & Co. one of the most recognizable brand in the jewelry industry. Everytime I come in here I get excellent service. Just avoid the weekend there are way too many customers to get a sales associate to help. Mr. Rodriguez went beyond any sales person to answer all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was a open book. He was not hiding anything to all the information I needed. He made me feel comfortable. Mr. Rodriguez has taught me things beyond the 4Cs. I learned the difference between a bruted and polished girdle. He also told me that Tiffany has their own grading certificates instead of getting their diamonds graded at neutral 3rd party gemological labs like GIA or AGS.  It's very expensive but they only have the best qualities. So be prepared and come with your wallets full. read more

Received a nice gift in the mail from another Tiffany's, quality control must not have caught the broken clasp, was directed to customer service who wanted to get someone to fix it, but I declined, the necklace was new and I wanted a replacement of like kind. Normally they can polish items you have purchased there in the past but today it was a 2 hour wait, I declined. Asked the sales person to not put my information in their system, she had the return receipt and said that neither the sender nor myself were in their system. Told her we wanted to keep it that way, she got huffy and instead of me looking at other items, I put my new necklace in my purse and headed for the exit.
