I have been struggling for nearly two years to find someone that can provide a quality Brazilian. I found that with Tiffany. It was my first time sugaring, she was up beat and very knowledgeable about the sugaring process. I made my appointment last minute and I appreciated her squeezing me into her schedule. I hadn't had a Brazilian in two months, so it was very painful. More than waxing, but it is because sugaring pulls every strand from the root. Even so, I like the all natural ingredients of sugaring, the ball of sugar is not hot, so it won't burn your skin, and if you do it enough times it promotes permanent hair removal!! Tiffany even went back with a tweezer, just to make sure she didn't miss a spot. Her attention to detail made it count! She provides great packages so be sure to learn them. Her Brazilian treatment will cost more than a hole in the wall brow spot, but she's clean, friendly, provides excellent customer service, and does a bang up job. You won't be disappointed. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately there's no such option. I got a groupon for Brazilian sugar....it took me 2 (!!!) MONTHS to schedule an appointment...I called, left messages, sent texts....no luck for 2 months. I've been a client of Tiffany's for almost two years now and I've followed her from location to location. I'm so happy she has her own place now, because she deserves it. There are very few places that do true sugaring in NYC (as opposed to just a sugar wax) with proper technique and licenced aestheticians, but Tiffany is the real deal. Tiffany really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect so keep that in mind when making appointments and schedule with enough time if the appointment goes over. 09/2018 Update: I understand and am empathetic when someone has an emergency and it's pretty serious. Just to recap, I had an appointment with Tiffany for sugar waxing on August 6th. She texted me a few days before (on the 3rd or so) asking if I could reschedule to August 11th, I informed her I could not as I was leaving on August 8th. She said it was fine, which meant we were still on for Monday. Then on August 6th, I woke up feeling pretty queasy but still made my way from Jersey City to Tiffany's place. I arrived early and waited...until it was 15 minutes past our 11 AM appointment. I waited another 5 minutes and then decided to leave because I still had packing and such to do. As I walked away extremely disappointed and stressed out, I received a text stating, "Please contact Tiffany to reschedule. This news may be a source of major irritation after everything that has happened with the constant rescheduling, very much unlike me, however I have had something else unexpected that has occurred. I really need time to get to a place of stability to provide you all with the best service experience possible, and am also hiring and training. This year has been intense. Therefore, I will have to close down again until September 16th. I will see you all this fall, please make your appointment preferences accordingly." She told me she has sent this message to everyone yesterday and asked if I had not received it? I clearly had not. She asked if I was there now. I informed her I had just left. She then told me she could not make her appointments as two of her family members had heart attacks within a day of each other and her entire family was in a mess. Of course, I understood and sympathized. My thoughts and prayers were with them all. However, truthfully, I was somewhat skeptical of her excuses. In that moment my mind raced with questions like: why did she ask a few days before my appointment if I could reschedule? Maybe she couldn't make it to begin with, but then why didn't she just tell me? Did she really send that text yesterday to everyone as she claimed? I like to believe she was telling the truth, only because I don't like to think people would fake their relatives getting such serious health issues. However, I cannot help feel like my time and money (as a Californian, I find NY/NJ transportation pretty expensive) had been wasted, all because a business woman didn't invest in a service that sends out messages for her (because let's face it, texting every single one of your clients is not exactly reliable). As I said, I understand and empathize when people have issues in their lives, however, when it starts to impact others time and money, then it's time to reassess your business. I'm not the only one impacted negatively and I probably won't be the last. However, I can only imagine how many customers would not return to the disruption and inconsistency. Sugaring is something that everyone needs on a monthly basis and most people will go to a place that can supply that routinely. It's unfortunate for Tiffany but it is the truth. I have long left NY/NJ, but even if I return, I would never even attempt to return to this place in fear of getting stood up. read more

I can't rave about Tiffany enough! She's very transparent, professional, and informative as well as extremely personable. She was also super accommodating with all the rescheduling that I had to do and has provided a lot of after care instructions that I hadn't gotten before! I've gotten sugaring done in the past, and it's super painful and after, often times there is irritation. I experienced none of that since my wax with Tiffany, at all. DO NOT TRY TO GO HERE! She is not reliable. I set an appointment here (confirmed as well) and she never showed up! She claimed she had a personal matter and texted me. I never received her text and she never followed up to make sure I even received it. She had my email, phone number she could have called/left a voicemail or sent an email. It does not bother me that she cancelled last minute for a personal issue it is the fact that I took time out of my workday to head down there, sit in the waiting room only to be stood up. When I asked someone else in the office area if she was coming in the lady responded with "well she is usually always late for her appointments". This is the city we all usually are on a time crunch and I definitely did not have time to waste that week, I would NOT recommend anyone going here. So...for those who are having trouble reaching Tiffany or getting your money back, you can call your bank and let them know about the fraud that she has been doing. They will return your money right away and will then investigate. Tiffany does a GREAT job at waxing but she is so inconsistent and changes locations at least every other month (if she works that month). My last appointment with her, I made hours before my flight. The day of, she asked if I could push the time back because she "lost her phone in a cab." I got off work early, went to her new location and waited for her with all of my luggage. She stopped texting me back and after 2 hours I left to go to a wax place next door (European Wax Center) and was told they had taken a few of her clients over the past few days and they all stated that she stood them up. I ended up paying $70 for a wax when I already paid over $100 for a package with her. She also continues to put out deals and collect money from groupon knowing that she doesn't have a current location nor doing waxes at the moment.
