I am beyond mad !! The next level of madnesses! I had been letting my nails grow for about 2 weeks , since I like them long and I don't like acrylic nails . I like having my own natural long nails. And I come get them done . They have me waiting for over an hour , because they are "to busy" which it was not busy at all !! So they finally put me on a chair and for this new person working here to just cut off my nails supper short and he said "it's ok no big deal " and I told him no it is a big deal to me ! And when I show them the color I wanted , since it's Easter I wanted 5 different colors , which if I am paying for my nails I assume I can chose any colors i want ! If you are going to run a nail shop, have multiple techs working instead of 2. I parked in front of the place, unloaded my babies into their stroller and got them all set up so I can get a pedicure all for me to walk in while the owner watched me do all this for him to tell me it's a half an hour with an attitude and a stair down. I don't know if it's because I came in with my kids (mind you they are so good & calm) but he felt the need to be unpleasantly welcoming. Little do they know I'm a 40% tipper on top of getting all the works done. Way to go about running a business. Glad I didn't give them my money. Entitlement people. I went to a few other places for about 6 months, out of convenience, and always left feeling unsatisfied with my nails- and the prices! I did have to cut and file them down myself after a week and a half but only because my job requires typing and I couldn't type comfortably with longer nails at that point. I haven't been here in years. Decided to go back for a full and within 3 days my nails turned yellow. The product is bad. Nice people, very friendly but they use inferior product. After research I found it was either the clear polish that was old and did not have UV protection or the acrylic is old and gone bad. They politely told me come back in a half an hour, the shop was very busy, I walked down the strip mall, looked around at Goodwill, came back & received great attention. My two previous experiences here were positive which is why I returned for a third time. I called several hours in advance and scheduled an appointment for two pedicures, one for my husband and one for me. We arrived exactly on time. We were put in two spa chairs, side by side, and then left alone for well over 30 minutes before a technician started my pedicure, leaving my husband still waiting. Finally, after almost an hour of being there, my pedicure was half done and my husband's not even begun. I told the technician to stop what he was doing because we were leaving, (for all the reasons just stated). I also said that we had no plan to return. I had to ask the technician to stop the pedicure three times before he reluctantly rinsed off and towel dried my feet. He kept looking for someone else to help him with the situation but the two other staff people walking around couldn't be bothered. Worst customer service ever. Absolutely would not recommend this business and if I could give "no" star I would. read more

Ann is very detail oriented and did a great job with my nails! I've been to many other nail places and Ann is one of the only manicurists to take the time to make sure the whole nail (the area near the cuticle included) is painted completely! She also touched up the sides and tops of my nails really well! My little sister accidentally smudged her nail on the way out and Ann was more than happy to fix it quickly and touch up her nails as well. it was actual trash going there, the lady who did my nails didn't let them dry and they peeled off. there were 4 workers and 2 costumers but i had to wait 30 minutes. when i first got there i went up to the desk for 5 minutes and no one greeted me. i had to raise my voice to get the attention of someone (politely of course) because i asked if i could get my nails done. keep in mind no one was talking they were just on there phones. i would never go here again! read more
