They were two days ahead of schedule which was awesome, but bad location with the parking situation and maybe a little expensive.

Great work; reasonable price. Tiffany is the only tailor that I visit in town.

I called around to get prices for dry cleaning 3 dresses and 1 sweater and Tiffany's was the cheapest place by far.

Her pricing is fantastic and she's so open with the process! Thank you!

Only spent a mere 3 minutes in this place and the woman was SO rude!!! I came here based on the…read morereviews of complex alterations as I was needing a very nice, expensive dress fixed due to a hole. First, she even didn't greet me when I walked in and rather seemed annoyed and disturbed when I politely asked if she could help me with my dress, as if i'm impeding on her space. Then when I went to lay down my dress to show her; immediately said "this is a $1000 dress i'm working on, don't put your dress here!". Taken aback by her response, I showed her on a separate table and proceeded to show her the hole and then again immediately barked at me saying the only way is to take the dress up. She barely looked at the dress, did not hear me out as to what I was wanting for the dress, just plain rude and barked at me with some generic response as if that is THE only solution. Bad business and terrible mannerism. This short interaction was honestly appalling and would not recommend this place to anyone. Take your clothing to someone else who actually cares, wants to listen and welcomes potential business walking through her doors.

I have worn them many times and the heal cap still looks new, so the quality for the price is well worth it! I highly recommend this business and am grateful to have it in the community!

When I dropped off my Chelsea Doc Marten boots, he mentioned there would likely be glue residue because of the type of boot, which I understood and was okay with. I figured some messiness comes with repair work. A few days later I picked them up and was honestly surprised at the cost for a fairly simple glue repair. For the price, I expected at least a little care in presentation -- not a full polish, but maybe a quick clean or some attention to detail. Instead, the boots looked almost exactly the same as when I dropped them off, and there really wasn't any visible repair work besides being told they were fixed. About a month later, I wore them for the first time since repaired and by the time I got from my house to my office, the entire sole had already come off again. After paying around $50 and not loving the overall experience, I didn't feel confident going back for another repair. I ended up buying shoe glue on Amazon, fixing them myself, and haven't had a single issue since. This was my first experience getting shoes repaired, so maybe my expectations were off, but for the cost and overall experience, it just wasn't worth it for me.
