I looked down, and my tie was still sitting in the exact same spot where I'd left it, untouched, on top of a pile of other clothes. I wasn't upset about the delay. Things happen. He started giving me his phone number so I could call him later, but I told him I already had it. Then I tried to hand him another tie that I simply wanted made skinnier. I couldn't even finish explaining what I wanted because he kept cutting me off and assuming it had the same repair issue as the first tie.
