Get your blues dry cleaned here but DON'T YOU EVER bring your DRESS WHITES in here. 0/10. Spent the night before the inspection spot cleaning what should've been gtg. We got 2 sets of navy dress whites done, some of the creases were overlapping each other. And oh my the STAINS THEY PUT ON THESE WHITES!! These stains were not there when we turned our uniforms in. This place has good prices compared to competitors in the area but is it worth it? I came in with 11 wool/cashmere sweaters to be dry cleaned, cleaning took a week and they all came back cleaned BUT all of the sweaters were stretched twice as long as they normally are!!! Best guess is they let the sweaters hang to dry which you should NOT do for wool and cashmere. I had to soak and block all 11 sweaters myself to make them go back to their regular size and even then they're not quite the same size as when I brought them in :/ At that point I would've just hand washed them myself in the first place. read more

I dropped off some tuxedo pants that needed to be altered. the job was completed within 3 days and was less than 20 bucks to hem the waist and and length. Wasn't too crowded, quick drop off and pick up, easy parking, no hassle. They also dry cleaned the pants for me. They handle a lot of military uniforms so I figured the quality must be good. but when I picked up my pants, I tried them on the right in the cleaners because they have a dressing room inside. Most expensive, longest turn around cleaners in SD. Tried to charge me $45 for 17lbs of wash and fold. Quoted $1.70/LB AND there should have been a 20% discount for Wednesday service. Ended up paying $2lb. Go to Point Loma or Wash and Go. read more

Reading the reviews I was a bit shocked. We have been using their service for over a year and they do a good job. The lady (wish I knew her name) is always so kind and smiling. They do offer 20% off on Wednesdays so that is our routine to drop off. They charge you when you pick up your clothes so the guy that said he paid double must have thought he paid on drop off. Their computer system is organized and you just give your phone number for pick up. I had them press my jean so hard once probably due to the military business they do receive but in my view with my years of experience they do a great job on dry-cleaning as I have had some pretty bad ones. I do however use another place for fluff n fold as it cost less and we have been going their for years. read more

By far the worst cleaners I've ever been to; my clothes look exactly how I turn them in, wrinkles everywhere, and double tracks on my pants. They even had ink stains that were not there when I dropped them off. Very very crappy customer service too. I guess the only good thing is the price, but I definitely got what I paid for. Fairly inexpensive with good customer service, I just took a shirt in to get tailored cleaned and pressed. The fit after I picked up the shirt was a perfect fit and it was obviously clean and very well pressed. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this establishment and I'll be coming again myself. read more

Destroyed one of my shirts beyond serviceability and said "it was like that" when it was BRAND NEW out of the package. Then tailored one shirt too small so now I can't fit it anymore and they said "that's how you wanted it". (Why would I ask for that?) They didn't tailor a long sleeve shirt right and it was still way too big in the waist and said "that's what you asked for", lastly my pants were still an inch too long. These were all dropped off within 2 days of each other, when picked up and brought back they took no responsibility for any of the items. I'd recommend if you have time (which most don't) try it on before you leave or triple check all their work before you walk out and call them out on the spot. I usually don't have a lot of issues with cleaners so I didn't think they'd be this bad but they were. I'd advise taking your money and service elsewhere read more

This place is hit or miss. I've dropped off military uniforms here before and their quality is inconsistent. The first mess up was when they were supposed to remove a rocker from dress whites and put a new rocker on. They took the old rocker off of the correct sleeve, then sewed the new rocker to the opposite sleeve above the insignia patch. This last visit they removed all the stains from the uniform that were present when it was dropped of, but now there are new stains. They insisted the stains were there before I dropped them off. Oh really? Because they were supposed to clean the uniform, so even if they were there before, why are they still there now? Not to mention that the woman who took my order was meticulous in using tape to mark the stains that needed extra attention...and that stain was not there before. I will no longer be using this dry cleaners. It's convenient in that it's close. It's inconvenient in that this is the 2nd time I've had to take my items to another cleaners to fix their mistakes. Never again. Unprofessional, and terrible work. read more

I needed 2 pairs of trousers shortening on a same day service. I dropped them off before 8am. I needed them for an out of town trip the next morning. I received a call just before 1pm saying they couldn't be done and I'd have to wait 2 days. Why did it take 5 hours before I was contacted about this issue. I was in recruiters school and needed to get some uniforms tailored. Taken in on the sides, sleeves shortened and tighter, I also did it with a couple civilian shirts. Worst experience ever. Long story short I have to go to another location to redo my uniforms. One of them (they were all brand new) came back with what looked like a little bit of gum on it (one lady tried to say it was already there, while the shirts still had the tags on them, go figure) the civilian shirt (also never worn because it was too big) had what looked like a couple dots of blood on it. I thought taking advantage of the 20% off on Wednesdays would save me money when in reality I wasted money. Epic fail for sure. I will never, I mean never come back here. Luckily I'm making a trip to Beaufort, SC where I know there is a good tailor. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a Cleaners. If I could give them zero stars I would! I dropped off my husbands patches 2 weeks earlier paid extra for them to be done on time, and when I went to pick them up I was told they didn't know where they were. So after a couple of minutes of arguing with the lady at the front desk she finally decided to call her other co-workers to locate where my husbands patches were. She told me they took it to the other store on a mix up and they would be here in 30 minutes and for me to please wait. I was livid, but decided to wait I checked in at 30 minutes she told me they still weren't there and after an HOUR I notice the lady about to leave the store and lock up with her purse, and I had to chase her down and ask where the hell were my husbands patches. She finally gave them to me and they were completely wrong and not what we ordered, but the store was closed for the day and I was told to bring them back tomorrow to have them fixed and my husband needed them the next day! I'm shocked this place is even still open. Horrible customer service, Horrible quality. Save your money and stay far away from this place. read more
