I have visited two more times after my last review. I have tried the taro boba which is great and the pastrami sandwich which (as everyone claims) is delicious! The thing is, I'm a stickler for presentation. I believe that they have updated their menu poster (it looked new last time I went), but I can't be sure. Other than that, they have kept the place in the same condition. I know some people don't care too much about how a place looks, but more about the food. So for food/drinks that I have tried, it is a solid 4.5. For establishment presentation, I give it 2 stars. In total, I think it gets an iffy 4 stars, but solid 3.5 stars. read more

I remember liking a sandwich I had eaten from here a few years ago so I decided to try it again. This was not the same sandwich. Although the bread was great, everything inside was ruined by giant globs of mayo and mustard. The meat was also not of good quality...the turkey tasted like it came out of a can and the mortadella was all wrong. As someone who enjoys quality deli meat, I was not impressed by what I ate here. Hidden Gem in Glendale. The mini mall has them tucked away in the corner covered by trees but I noticed they doing some remodeling/expansions. Had a Roast Beef Sandwich for Take Out. For about $4.00, what a killer deal and it was good too. It owner by Vietnamese family so the sandwiches have the Vietnamese toasted bread but modern American style sandwiches. The place looked clean and presentable. Not many tables inside but I don't go there because of tables. They have the most affordable menu in Glendale and way better than Subway across the street. So I had seen the coffee shop for years, even when that pre-OnDemand-Netfix-Itunes-AmazonStream-era Blockbuster was around. I had never tried it... BUT lately, the past few weeks, we had been ordering sandwiches to go, and... yes, they are exceptionally good for the price! All the sandwiches are filled with lots of deli-meat, club sandwich is really really good. I love that they are quite fast when you call in your order. I like that now they have plenty of parking, it used to be limited due to others occupying space (no idea?). I would recommend this place, and the only thing you need to remember that they take only cash. Try it, you will like far better than the other deli-sandwich places. Remember, Cash Only. Anyway, this place next to Blockbuster on Pacific is on many a students walk home from school. Their sandwiches are great. Pastrami their specialty but all are good. Priced low so you can't complain about size or quality. The place is tiny and not somewhere I suggest visiting immediately after school is out. The pastrami is probably best in town. It's perfectly toasted and the side dressings are great. I normally get extra picked jalapenos on the side. As for the rest of the menu items I've had some bad sandwiches from here. I say just stick to the pastrami and you'll be fine. First time I ever came here, I was craving a smoothie so I got one. It was OK, not the best I've ever had and not anything memorable. I remember seeing everyone there eating sandwiches. I figured I'd have to come back and try one. Fast forward to about 2 years later, I venture in to try a sandwich. After checking it out on Yelp, I went ahead and ordered a hot pastrami sandwich as part of the daily combo ($5.95). (Sandwiches with no combo are $3.65 each). The combo includes a sandwich, medium drink, and choice of chips, potato salad, macaroni salad, or egg salad. Some of the more special sandwiches are supposed to be $0.25 extra (like pastrami) but the guy didn't charge me (not that I'd complain about that). He didn't even ask what side I wanted; he seemed a little out of it. I had to tell the girl handing me my sandwich what I wanted. I got a potato salad. It was decent. Not homemade though - she just scooped it out of a large carton, like what you'd see in the market. So how was the sandwich? It was worth it. The bread was crispy and the right texture, the pastrami was yummy and they did not drown the sandwich in mustard like other places tend to do. They also serve breakfast, along with coffee, smoothies, and boba tea. You can also substitute the bread in your sandwich for a croissant if you wish. As others said, cash only for this place. Let me just say I am not a huge fan of this place. I was craving boba one evening so the fiance yelped something around Glendale and we fond Tiffany's Coffee. It's located in a tiny strip mall with weird parking and sidewalks. Anyway walking in...it's like a neighborhood deli type place that also serves drinks and snacks. After looking at the menu, I ordered the honeydew melon blended drink with boba and the fiance ordered the coconut blended drink with boba. Maybe it was the items we ordered but everything is made from powder and tastes super fake. The boba wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. All in all I think in the future I will stay away. There are so many other places to try...so meh...pass. read more

They also make a mean cup of coffee that is sure to wake you up. I really used to love this place. I would go out of my way to come here for their smoothies until last weekend. I brought my family from out of town to visit Tiffany's and was raving about how amazing it was! Customer Service: Upon arrival (day shift), the workers did not say hi. We got to the cashier to order about 4 smoothies. There were two workers. There was an older Asian woman who helped us at the time. I had a couple questions regarding the menu, and she replied with no interest to help me at all. She was not very welcoming, in fact, she seemed very unhappy with herself that she was being a grumpy person to everyone else. After I placed my orders, every single smoothie was mostly melted. If I wanted juice, I would've gone to a 7/11. What carelessness she showed. It was so unsatisfactory that I asked if she could at least, remake one of them because 75% of the smoothie was literally liquid. She said she makes them all at once and that she won't remake it. Not to mention, she wasn't slammed. She only had a couple other people after me (I would be more understanding if she was super busy). Something SO SIMPLE and she refused. This was very inconsiderate. This 1 Star is solely due to the fact that the customer service was extremely poor. If I had to rate the smoothies and it had been someone else with a more pleasant attitude, I would've given Tiffany's a 4 Star. What a disappointment. I don't think I will be back again. read more

OMG Tiffany's is a almost everyDAY thing for me, I recommend The Hot Pastrami Sandwich. It's just the best, in all of Glendale maybe the Best in the valley (not that all of Glendale is in the valley but compared). The workers are nice, They now accept Apple Pay. but back to the sandwich it's spot on with the pastrami being rich and tasty, I would use Their Hot sauce and not the jalapeños no reason just Tastes better. I always get a side of hot Cheetos and mint Tan yogurt drink when I'm there and make it a combo meal. I'm always on the hunt for good boba, but this place certainly does NOT have it. Stopped by after a trip to the Americana because it wasn't that far away and plus I was partial to the name lol. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that says "cash only" which was a bummer because I didn't have much cash on me but luckily there is an atm inside. My friend ordered the watermelon slush boba and I ordered a thai ice tea boba (on ice). It was semi-busy so I wasn't upset that it took a while for our drinks to be made. The best way to describe my friend's Watermelon boba was a sugary- watermelon jolly rancher slush. He seemed to like it and actually was able to finish it. My drink was another story. I tried to take my first sip and the boba immediately got stuck in the straw. I struggled for a while and finally was able to suck the lodged boba up the straw and my cup nearly exploded in my car from the pressure. It was a mess, I was not happy. Drinking it was nearly impossible; The boba was clearly too big for the straw for whatever reason and what little boba I was able to get to was not fresh. I was so frustrated that I just threw it all away. Very disappointed. No one should ever have to throw away a nearly full drink :( read more

I came here with my wife on a weekend because my wife was so exictied to eat here because she use to come here after school severeal years ago. Well we walked in and I went to the cashier to place my order, but we had some difficulties because her english was not so good. She looked at me as if I was speaking some weird gibberish and did not know what to do. So my wife (who is Asian) tried to order the food but could not understand her either. We were like, " W-E W-A-N-T T-O O-R-D-E-R # 17 C-O-M-B-O. Finally another cashier stepped up and took our order. My food is the main reason why I am giving this place two stars. I ordered a meatball sandwich. The meatball was hot and the sauce was ice cold. Overall it did not taste good. To add while I was eating I saw the cashier picking her nose and lost my appetite. My review is based solely on their boba drinks. They're terrible. They use artificial flavoring for their fruit drinks. By artificial I mean I saw the girl making my smoothie pull out the same jug of syrup used for snow cones. They also make sub sandwiches and there were quite a few customers coming in and out while I was waiting for my fake coconut smoothie. I guess I just feel duped. ***This review is for the the location/ambiance and service only (I bought the food for a friend)*** I was driving to my sick friend's house and wanted to bring her a latte and instead of stopping at a Starbucks, found Tiffany's on Yelp. 4 stars with a handful of reviews - I had high hopes. From the name I expected a cute little cafe. In reality it is a sandwich shop mixed with a convenience store which happens to have an espresso machine. It is cramped with every kind of refrigerated drink known to man plus an ATM and a lottery machine. Oy vey. The only signs I could read were of the numerous (20+?) different kinds of sandwiches they offered. I quickly got the vibe that they don't specialize in anything (convenience store snacks, donuts, sandwiches, lattes, bottled teas...) and unfortunately in my experience that doesn't bode well. There were two guys in front of me plus someone else sitting down that apparently had ordered ahead of them. There were at least 3 people working that I could see (there could have been someone else in the back as well). I waited over 5 minutes for everyone else to have their order completed to even be acknowledged. It's called an assembly line - you greet a customer, take their order, and pass it along. The entire staff doesn't need to work on each order until it's complete before moving onto the next one. It got worse once I ordered. I asked if they make chai tea lattes and instead of actually getting a response to my face, the cashier and the older woman started having a conversation about it (I gathered he was getting instructions on how to make it). I assumed from the lack of "no" that they did and asked for 2 smalls. 2. 2 drinks. I also ordered a cup of soup to go. I waited at least another 5 minutes (steaming milk takes less than 2 - that was my 2nd job in high school) and got 1 tiny drink and the soup to go. 1 drink. I thought back to the amount I paid to make sure I wasn't charged for the second drink and got out of there. I couldn't waste another 10 minutes for them to make my drink. Cup of soup (low chance that was homemade based on the other reviews) plus a chai latte (supposed to have soy milk - who knows if it did) for $7.50.
