This place makes my favorite sandwich. The Egg Salad sandwich... PLAIN! and the best part is that they serve it on a french baguette and toast it on both sides. MMMMM They're located in a lot they used to share with Blockbuster video before they closed down, and now they're sharing with some douche-bag company that steals all the spaces. WTF?? but there's ample parking on the street. they used to be $2 sammies a few years ago, but i guess times have changed and the economy has been rough, so now their sandwiches are $3.99, which are still really cheap compared to how big and tasty they still are. I love this shop! Not just the coffee, their sandwiches are so yuuuuummy!!!! The only sucky thing is that they take cash only... I mean come on we're in 2012... And no CC machine? Or... A go to mom-and-pop shop for sandwiches. The hot pastrami is the best choice and a staple. Best part of all is the fresh baked bread it's made on. Always toasted to crisp perfection and served warm. Drooling just thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and grab some jalapeños to top it off for an extra kick. Most people know better and order sandwiches from this small cafe (while few can vouch for coffee or donuts here). I'm gonna bet my life the croissants must be good too considering (will try to find out soon). The boba are nice and chewy pearls of yumminess, but be forewarned the drinks can end up quite a bit on the sweet side. During my HS days, the sandwiches here were around $1.50. I went here today to pick up a sandwich before my hike. I can say that the food has stayed consistently the same. However, the price has spiked up to $3.85. That isn't too expensive. But this place was well worth it because before the I guess the sandwiches didn't hit the price equilibrium. Now it has... Might not look like much inside, but the boba is amazing! I got a small Mocha Boba. It was very tasty and I enjoyed it thoroughly. They have a selection od different bobas and they also make sandwiches. The staff here are very friendly and I'd definitely come back. Update 1/22/16: Went back this morning to try one of their breakfast sandwiches. I got a #17 a Bacon, Egg, Cheese Croissant breakfast sandwich and an Iced Coffee. I only had a $50 and 3 $1s at the time. This is when I learned that they don't take credit/debit cards. Cash only. That was a bit of a bummer since they almost didn't take my $50 for my $7.00 total. I have been going here for quite some time already. This place consistently has pretty good food for the price. Very few places can serve you this good food for this cheap. The shop is small, but that is because they crammed as many options for you in the store as possible. The hot pastrami is a good bet, but so far my favorite is #34 Combination. This one is sort of a Vietnamese sandwich and has all kinds of things in it. Take a look at my posted image. It has like a salad in it with jimicia and the meat! It all goes good together. I also appreciate the good size of the sandwich- not too big not to small. It's somewhere between the 6" and foot long. As for the location, the parking is great, just be careful leaving onto the high traffic street. read more

This review is for their boba. Their smoothies are not made with fresh fruit. It's made with juice. They overfill their cups , so half the time your hands get sticky from holding the cup. Drinks were way too sweet. Didn't finish it. Waste of money! My "milk tea" tasted like a mocha coffee. Hopefully, they didn't mix it up (and after my experience, I wouldn't be surprised). Also, horrible customer service. For our second drink, they gave me boba and a blended drink when I asked for no boba and over ice. Not a big deal. When I politely told the owner.. she aggressively said I gave her the wrong order. Im 100-percent sure I did not because we don't like boba so why would I order something we don't like??? I have visited two more times after my last review. I have tried the taro boba which is great and the pastrami sandwich which (as everyone claims) is delicious! The thing is, I'm a stickler for presentation. I believe that they have updated their menu poster (it looked new last time I went), but I can't be sure. Other than that, they have kept the place in the same condition. I know some people don't care too much about how a place looks, but more about the food. So for food/drinks that I have tried, it is a solid 4.5. For establishment presentation, I give it 2 stars. In total, I think it gets an iffy 4 stars, but solid 3.5 stars. read more

Although the bread was great, everything inside was ruined by giant globs of mayo and mustard. The meat was also not of good quality...the turkey tasted like it came out of a can and the mortadella was all wrong. As someone who enjoys quality deli meat, I was not impressed by what I ate here. In addition there was a steady stream of folks in and out of this place. For a Saturday, it seemed like they were doing pretty good compared to your average coffee/boba joint off the beaten path. They have really good thai tea boba here. The only downside is that they only take cash only. So please bring cash. They have fresh hot coffee as well. #188 I've been trying to find good lunch food near my workplace in Glendale. I have a friend who grew up in the area and has been taking me to some of the local joints. The first one was Tiffany's. Despite being named Tiffany's Coffee, they also serve food - specifically, sandwiches. I've tried three of them: - Hot Pastrami: While I cannot say it is as good as my favorite pastrami (Johnny's in Culver City), it is certainly solid. The pastrami hasn't been dried out and there isn't a lot of gristle. It's probably my favorite sandwich they serve. - Crab Salad: I admit that I used to be a huge fan of the seafood & crab sandwich that Subway used to serve. Yes, I know it's not real crab but I liked it. I can't say I prefer this over what Subway served, but it is also a solid option if you like this type of sandwich. - Meatball: Given the choice between Tiffany's and Subway's, I would opt Subway because of the veggies you can add. I probably wouldn't order this again. The best thing about Tiffany's sandwiches is the value. IIRC, most are $4.19 out the door! Even though the sandwich length is less than one foot long, I generally feel just as full as if I had eaten Subway.
