There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself. Both light and not too heavy and delicious. On the side, it came with a nicely portioned side mixed green salad and a very tasty tangy vinaigrette. It was not a long wait at all after we ordered and it was a nice and quiet lunch. The music was not too loud, so we were able to enjoy having a conversation.
