I will not be returning to this unprofessional establishment. The food is decent most of the time but could work on consistency. The customer service could definitely use some improvements. This morning I entered the dinning counter and asked to place a To Go Order and the "server" in formed me they are not taking any To Go orders. I waited a few seconds for an explanation but was just looked at like what else do you need? So I then asked why are you not taking any To Go orders and then reluctantly she informed me because the kitchen is backed up. So I guess it doesn't matter that I have been a faithful customer the last few months visiting at least 3 times a week they are just to busy or short of staff to accommodate their loyal customers. Didn't even ask if I would not mind waiting a little longer or anything. Just we can't serve you is all I got! So I'm off to find another regular place that can serve me and my family. To me servicing a customer is servicing a customer so it shouldn't matter if it's to be eating at the restaurant or taken home for my family of 4 which I was trying to do. And please explain the difference it makes to the cook if I eat there or take it with me? Does it cook faster when I eat it there. To me having less people having to be waited on by your short staff it would better for you and take up less time so your dinning area is less busy. As I said I have been going there 2 to 3 times a week the last 3 months and I eat there sometimes and sometimes I take it with me or call in to take home. So I don't know how that makes sense and no one took the time to explain it. That's the customer service issue that I have. Most placing are short staffed at this time and that is always understood and tolerated but not having good customer service with a customer should still be available even when short staffed. read more

We ate at IHOP the morning before, which was satisfactory, but I left Tiffany's Kitchen wishing I'd discovered this gem on my first morning so I could've gone back a 2nd time. I usually come to this restaurant at night and there are very little people dinning in. You can sit wherever you want, there is breakfast all day and a good range of food on the menu! The servers are great and the food is yummy! Everything here is so simple, comfortable and they keep consistency in their food and overall experience. I have eaten here many times as it is 7 miles from my home. Always good food and excellent service. Recently everything has started to decline and today was it. party of five,sat ourself as there was only two tables sat at the time. A larger party came in behind us and sat beside us and were waited on and given drinks and we were ignored. a second large party came in and sat and was waited on and we were still ignored. we said something to them and the lady wh said she was the owner(not who I know to be Tiffany) came over and read us the riot act. This is the place they film Stranger Things. Have been here many times Stranger Things do happen because this place has absolutely gone to crap. Service has become horrible and food has really gone downhill. Not worth the gas to drive there. Go to Carzell's in Powder Springs. Food and service are both so much better. During this time I feel like it is so important to be friendly to the customers. These girls are always friendly and nice. The owner is regularly there and willingly to answer anything you'd like to know about stranger things! My son loves the curly fries and the Mac and Cheese. This place is local, country cooking. They have daily specials with vegetables. And I'll be honest, I'm there for the vegetables. Few and far between restaurants serve a ton of veggie options. I'd feel confident taking a vegetarian to this place to eat because they always have good veggies, just get there before they run out. This place isn't too far from where I live so I can't believe it took a friend who lives in town telling me to go here. The fried catfish is delicious. You may also recognize it from Stranger Things, as it was used as a filming location. If you're in the area, or even visiting Sweetwater Creek State Park, and want to grab a good, quick meal, give Tiffany's a try. They post their daily specials on Facebook every day. read more

They serve Breakfast and Dinner ALL DAY! The 12 oz T-bone Steak and Eggs meal is $19. My steak was just okay. It was Well done not Medium Well as I asked. The cheese and Eggs were perfect and so were the Hash browns. I also had Raisin Toast. My BF's sons pancake was shaped like a bear. Very CUTE! And my new Boo did not complain at all about his Steak. I think he had mine (Medium Well) and I had his (Well). This is a small stand alone building. It is decorated really cute. Kind of has an at home on the porch country. I walked in and after a couple of minutes someone greeted me. I placed our orders by phone to go. It took a little longer than they said over the phone but it was okay because that gave me a chance to look around. The cashier was nice and friendly, but said she thought I was going to be angry at the $50 breakfast. I asked her why and she explained that most people don't realize the 12 oz T-Bone Steak breakfast is $19. All I could think was, maybe they should say "The 12 oz steak is $19. Honest southern breakfast. No frills, nothing off the wall amazing or weird trendy stuff. Just a really solid option for breakfast. I would imagine though that lunch would be just as good. So if you're not trying to take any risks and want a great breakfast, look no further. I was going to give them 3 stars but I started thinking of the staff. What a great group of cordial and caring people, they are worth an extra star. They all worked together and the service was great. Meh. We went there as we were hitting Stranger Things filming locations and decided to have lunch. The décor couldn't seem to decide if it was an homage to Breakfast at Tiffany's/Classic movies or a Cracker Barrel. The tables were filthy, the server was apathetic at best, and the food was extremely mediocre. We had grisly burgers which were lacking in flavor. It was the kind of burger you could get at any school cafeteria. It was worth a try since it was a filming location but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. read more

We arrived at 12:00, all empty tables were dirty and staff was standing around. We finally were able to get a clean table, a server brought us our beverages then said she would be right back.  She never came back and after a while another server came to take our order.     We waited, and waited and waited... and at 12:48 I asked a server how much longer our food would be, mentioning that we had been waiting since 12:00, and I showed her the current time on my phone.     Her response was "Well, you ordered your food at 12:20." I told her we had been here since 12:00 and waited a long time before someone took our order.  She then made the excuse that they were short handed. She never  apologized,  but only made excuses. We finally got our appetizer at 12:50 and our entrees at 12:55.     The floor was dirty and the booth seats had duct tape on them and not very comfortable.    We were starving and unfamiliar with the area or we would have went elsewhere. The food was decent but not worth a 55 minute wait. This is probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. read more

Food is mediocre, so is the service. No sense of urgency to serve customers by wait staff or kitchen. Wait staff is very slow, many look very sloppy, but they are friendly. Nothing is properly seasoned. It's like cafeteria food. Just nothing to write home about. All around mediocre. read more

Took a couple stars unfortunately. We went because I'm from CA and my son is a big Stranger Things fan. I promised to stop in for photos. We get there and seat ourselves per sign. A few minutes later an older couple sits in the booth behind us. They're immediately greeted and before us. Fine, no big deal since she came to us right after. Waitress was friendly and could tell she was busy and a little overwhelmed. We put our orders in and I realized I wasn't asked how I want my eggs. They came out scrambled, not what I had intentions of getting, but no big deal again. Then we ended up with another waitress, an older lady who wasn't the friendliest. Note- you pay at counter and won't be given a check. I asked about where we pay and the cranky lady said the counter. We waited a bit for the check so we can go pay, and nothing so we ask again. She rudely said pay at the counter to which we replied, do we get a check first? And she walked away. We just went up and the first waitress we had typed up our ticket for us to pay. read more

Great spot for your drive between Birmingham and Atlanta. Plenty of options and such a good price! For two people we got salads, drinks, and entrees for under $25. The food was your typical diner food - good but nothing to write home about. I had a burger that hit the spot and they had curly fries so of course those were great. If you haven't been before - know that when you're ready to leave just head to the counter for your check. This is awesome if you like bland country cooking with some old school rednecks. I ordered pot roast, navy beans, and can't even remember the other sides because I hardly ate any of it. So another day a co workers drags me in for breakfast. I think I ordered country or Salisbury steak with some unknown sides again as everything was mediocre to inedible for my southern taste buds. We visited Tiffany's dining room on the first day that it was opened after the Covid. The restaurant is a typical country restaurant. It is a little rundown, but not anything that turns me away. I took one star away because of the tears in the cushions. The restaurant was spotless and the waitress wore her mask. The food was excellent. We had the special- country fried steak fingers with 2 sides and bread. $5.99. It was the perfect amount for my husband. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. I drive by Tiffany's Kitchen every Sunday on my way to church. They are an established part of the community. For three people it cost $14, that included all the way hash-browns, three cups of coffee, two scrambled eggs, and a biscuit with gravy. The food tasted like breakfast food for old people, a little bland, but not terrible, just in need some TLC, (hot sauce, ketchup, etc.). The two negatives to our brief visit was the bathroom which looked, well let's just say, a little rough, and the card machine that went out when we were trying to pay. This would not be my first place for breakfast, but it would not be my last. Overall it felt more like a truck stop type of restaurant instead of a we welcome all, type of restaurant. read more

My wife and I have driven by this place for the past several years, and the other morning as we were leaving for the monthly grocery trip she decided that we should go for it. I agreed. We were impressed first of all by the menu prices. Wow, talk about economical! But me and my "well, you get what you pay for" mentality were not convinced that such low prices would yield good food. I was WRONG. I had the ham and cheese omelet with grits and biscuits (sans gravy). It was all very good. Perfectly cooked omelet, and lumpless (is that a word?) grits. I love the way the biscuits are baked, split and then tossed on the grill to carmelize a bit. I'd never seen that, and it certainly added something. I'm guessing this is a trick to keep the gravy from soaking in as much, so I will have to get over my hatred of soggy bread (don't judge) and try some biscuits and gravy one day. :) The ambiance is very mom-n-pop-diner-ish, and all of the Audrey Hepburn pictures throughout the dining room clued me in on the origin of the restaurant's name. Now I can say I very literally had breakfast at Tiffany's. I scouted around the rest of the menu, and I took a long look at the various specials scrawled on chalkboards on the walls. Since then, sadly, hasn't been good at all, there was different cook, never seen a manager or owner, and what was previously fresh went to canned or frozen. After going back at leat 4 times, to give them the benefit of the doubt, they never made up for it. I hope they turn things around. Breakfast? Sure it is good breakfast, but ....
