Let me start by saying Shannon was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She anticipated my needs and brought me things without me having to ask. She had a Sunday rush with tons of tables and managed to not skip a beat. I got the grandma breakfast and it was delicious. The pancakes were cooked to perfect and the bacon was just crispy enough. The tea was as sweet as I wanted I thoroughly enjoyed this breakfast.

Put our name on the list before arriving so once we got there we were promptly sat at a table. The server came out quickly and took our drink orders. The food was all what I would expect from a cracker barrel. The only thing is the eggs we orders over medium came out more over easy than medium but everything else was good. They also had pokemon cards at this location.

My mom and I come here a lot. This is probably one of our favorite brunch/dinner spots. We always get good food, good service, and at a reasonable price! I always come in and get lost in the store. There's so many trinkets and items to shop through.

It's always about the pancakes for me here. So delicious. Crispy edges, and cooked golden brown. Guilty pleasure alert: I have fried apples and biscuits with butter and jelly also. Everything is good, great comfort, food, including chicken and dumplings, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, ribs, and more. If you come on a Sunday morning, ask for Dawn. She is amazing. And, of course, don't forget to check out the country store before you leave. Tons of retro candy, and all kinds of cool gifts for kids and adults. A really cool vibe and very interesting artwork all over.

I've always been a fan of Cracker Barrel so I was happy when we decided to stop in for breakfast before a road trip. I joined the wait list online which definitely saved us some time. Just like every other time I've been to Cracker Barrel, it was very busy. That being said, our server was very quick and friendly. We got our orders in pretty quickly and the food came out pretty quick. All of our food was good and the portions were big. My cousin ordered his eggs over medium and they were definitely over easy but otherwise it was good. The line to pay was wrapped through the store and everyone was bumping into everyone and that was a little frustrating. I wish there was a better way to organize that. Overall it was good!

Listen if I could just come for thr hashbrown casserole I would but I can't because the food menu is so big good all at the same time. Lol. The service is truly unmatched. There hasn't been a single time I've been here and left feeling like the service with poor; not a once. Lol. The products in the front even after you walk past the rocking chairs on the patio reminds me of an ole time country town ambiance. I gotta come more. I really do. Lol

I arrived into Atlanta for the holiday weekend and my best friend from high school and his husband picked me up from the airport and decided to go to Cracker Barrel for an early dinner at the spur of the moment. Cracker Barrel has always been my favorite place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever I am on the road or just want to come over for a great meal. This dinner experience was just as wonderful. Our server was fantastic and took very good care of us. She was on top of everything as far as refills are concerned on beverages, and she always had a pleasant smile on her face at all times. That is what customer service should be at a restaurant. Cracker Barrel explemifies customer service and they have a wonderful ambiance that makes you feel like you are right at home. The old country store is always a plus because they have unique nicnacks and items that are good for gifts or for the home. The vintage candy selection is always nice if you want to get something that you grew up with from your childhood. Cracker Barrel is a family restaurant and always has been for years, so that is what makes it so popular and enjoyable for kids and adults. I ordered the Maple bacon grilled chicken with steamed broccoli and fried apples for dinner. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the broccoli and fried apples were amazing. Cracker Barrel is #1 in my book and will always be my favorite place while traveling on the road. It is wonderful!

Considering it was a Saturday around 11 AM and the restaurant was already packed, the wait was understandable. We didn't get a chance to try any drinks this visit since we were hitting the road afterward, but the drink menu looked great and we'll definitely be back to check it out. For brunch, we ordered the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich, and it absolutely hit the spot! Adding jelly took it to another level. It was so good that I wanted to keep eating, but I had to stop at half because I didn't want to be too full for the drive. It was truly sensational. Despite the busy brunch crowd, the atmosphere and service was great, and we had no trouble finding street parking nearby. Overall, a delicious brunch experience, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

My friend and I both ordered the shrimp and grits and they were overly good. I've never had shrimp and grits with an Alfredo-style sauce, but now I get it... I don't want it any other way. The service was just as good as the food. Our waitresses were super kind and friendly. We were seated outside on such a beautiful day but they didn't forget us. They stayed attentive and that made the whole experience even better. My only gripe was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The flavor was there, but having actual cereal in the drink wasn't my favorite once it got soggy. The texture through the straw was a little off. I think a cinnamon sugar version would've been perfect instead. But honestly, that's minor. I would definitely go back again and again and again. Such a gem!

I counted three servers, a bartender and a host and the inside was full. I could see guests at tables waiting for food as we were waiting to be greeted. It took a while before a waitress came over to greet us and take drink orders. When she did, she mentioned that our assigned server was a bit overwhelmed and that she would be taking the table for us. We opted to just have water and put in our food order in. We ordered the whole chicken wings with a red velvet waffle with the icing on the side, a side of grits, a side of whole wings, biscuits and turkey gravy and a cinnamon roll pancake (per the server's recommendation). Note that the side of grits and biscuits & gravy were not on the paper menu, but an option to order. Around noon, a djay began to set up and play r&b music, prior to that there was gospel playing. Twenty five minutes or so later, I overheard another server state that there were only two chefs cooking, and some guests were upset because of timing. This made me nervous and I asked our waitress if our food had been started because we could cancel and return when they were less busy. However, she assured me that the cooks started our food and it ended up coming out less than ten minutes later. This is when an okay visit turned into a good one. The food did not miss. There was not really anything that I disliked. The cinnamon roll pancake was the star & I would recommend it and get it next time. The chicken wings were seasoned well and crispy. The turkey gravy on the biscuit was unlike any I've tried but delicious. The red velvet waffle was good with and without the icing. The grits were good once I added a little salt. Overall the meal was great, the portions were big and we had enough to bring home for the next day. I would return for brunch again on a less busy day.

We were asked to switch tables after we were seated to allow them to accommodate a large party that came in. I had no real problem with that, especially since we didn't have food yet. I will say this is more a club atmosphere, the music was very loud, it was good music, just loud. If you were going to talk to more than the person next to you it would be hard. The food was great! My wife had the Caesar Wrap and it was really good. The fries in our opinion were undercooked. I had the French Toast Chicken sandwich and it was huge! The breakfast potatoes had a bit of an odd spice palette but not bad, also slightly undercooked. I just prefer a crunchier potato. I have to say they have an abundance of staff and they are ALL super friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was they added a 20% gratuity even though it was just two of us. I know everyone doesn't tip well, but I usually do and adding it automatically is a bit of an insult. The food is already priced at Atlanta prices, though we're in Douglasville, and then they 20% is added on top. To me gratuity is based on service, if you are going to add it automatically just raise your prices
