My friends and I went to Tiff's for lunch this afternoon. It was so delicious! Our waiter was super kind and helpful. We each ordered a burger and they came out great. I ordered the Cherry Bomb Burger. It was Cooke perfectly and the cherry peppers add a great flavor profile. Also, the fries were phenomenal. My friends ordered a Black Bean Burger and a Jersey Burger. They both enjoyed them as well. When we got there, I had seen another table order dessert. I decided to try some. We met up with some friends at this bar/restaurant. They had a parking lot which was convenient. They seemed to have a comedy show upstairs but we hung out at a high top by the bar for dinner to watch the games. They had iPad-type menu/s to view the food and drinks with a lot to choose from. We recently hosted a baby shower at Tiff's Tavern for my son and daughter-in-law, who are expecting a baby boy, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When I first reached out by email, Alex responded within about 10 minutes. From that moment on he was incredibly helpful, organized, and easy to work with. He walked us through all of the options and helped us create a plan that worked perfectly for our event. One of our biggest priorities was having the food served buffet-style instead of a sit-down lunch, and Alex made sure that was arranged exactly the way we wanted. The food was excellent and everything ran smoothly during the event. Originally I planned to do the decorations myself, but Alex told me they offer decoration packages. My daughter-in-law wanted a jungle theme, which they had available. Alex even shared photos from a similar event he had done in the same room, which helped us picture how everything would look. When we arrived, the decorations were absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. We had family and friends traveling from all over New Jersey as well as Boston, and Morristown turned out to be the perfect central location for everyone. Alex also made sure the children attending had their own menu and even provided coloring sheets and crayons, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about the day was seamless, beautiful, and exactly what we hoped for. Alex truly made the entire planning process stress-free, and the event itself was perfect. My significant other and I recently attended a comedy show at Tiff's, and while we had a great time overall, there were a few hiccups. We arrived during the scheduled door time, but it ended up being another 45 minutes before people could actually line up to go upstairs where the show takes place. During the wait, we were told we could grab a table or hang at the bar. We snagged a table in the large bar area, and one of the bartenders provided us with tablets to browse the menu. I ordered a cocktail while we waited, and it was quite good--I was very happy with the service from the staff. The price for my drink was reasonable as well. When it was finally time to line up for the show, there was some confusion and disorganization, with people trying to cut the established line. The venue could improve in corralling people and keeping things orderly. Despite this, we were able to check in fairly quickly and be seated. We had a nice view of the stage, and the sound quality for the show was excellent. We ordered a bucket of Surfsides, which came with too little ice when the drinks weren't that cold to begin with. Overall, we had a fun night and would definitely return to Tiff's for another night out. read more

We sat the bar area, the service was good considering she was the only one managing all the tables and the bar! She still served as fast as she could with a smile! Tiff's constantly proves itself to be a really reliable place to grab some fast and tasty eats. Even though it's a sports bar the menu is pretty large and has lots of different entrees that go beyond burgers and wings. The burgers and wings are pretty stellar though. The burger is so juicy and is definitely one of the best that I've had in the area. I'm also a big fan of the quesadilla that comes stuffed with chicken, veggies and chipotle sauce. Other favorites are the golden fried mozzarella triangles, pierogies that come smothered with caramelized onions and bacon and the truffalo chicken sandwich (truffle buffalo, yess). There is a large beer menu with rotating taps, service is always speedy and friendly and it's a got a cheery ambiance. Always a 10/10 and a place I'm glad to live around the corner from. read more

I have been here a few times now. Once for trivia night, once for a comedy show , and once for dinner. The food is delicious, prices are fair and service is top notch. While at the bar, I ordered a chocolates martini. It was good but just didn't sit well with my stomach, I told the bartender not expecting her to do anything about it. She took it off my tab. They have a great craft beer, ipa, wine and cocktail menu if you are just coming to drink. They also have a very diverse food menu. There should be something for everyone to enjoy. The ambiance is loud for trivia night and at the bar but perfect for eating dinner with a friend. They do a lot of free comedy shows where you just have to order a drink or food. For the most part (with maybe one annoying exception) the comedians were hilarious and top tier performers. Tiffs has a lot to offer and a lot going for it. Highly recommend. read more

Their food travels extremely well for delivery. 90% of my orders are delivered because it takes about 15-20 minutes and like i said the food travels extremely well. But if you actually sit down and eat its also a fantastic experience. Food comes out very quick (eta 15 minutes). I don't know what's considered normal or fast or slow but to me it seems quick and NOT in a bad way. Food is very consistent as a long time customer. I've been hearing about this place for years. We finally got here for dinner before a comedy show and it was great. Their outdoor area is super cute. The service was great and so was the food. I wish I had taken a pic of the wings - we had tried the new Truffalo flavor which was divine. I had the pear salad and my fiancé had a burger. Great ambiance and a perfect date night out for dinner and a show! Will definitely go here again. Just to note the $1 for bleu cheese and celery is a little ridiculous when they just give you 3 pieces of celery. My review on Tiff's with regard to the normal review standards (Food-3, Service-2, Ambiance-2) are secondary to an incident my wife and I observed during our first (and definitely LAST) visit since it converted from Tiffany's. The food (plain flatbread, a Plain Hamburger and a Bacon Cheeseburger) were fine but unremarkable. The service was less than fine, since our server spilled a good deal of my beer, apologized but didn't take it back to refill OR completely wipe up what spilled. Ambiance leaves a lot to be desired when you are seated around the corner from the restroom when there were other tables available (and offered to other parties of 2). The incident occurred after we received the check and with at least six occupied tables when my wife noticed almost 10 employees working their way around the inside of the restaurant (she commented that someone must be celebrating a birthday and they were going to sing "Happy Birthday!) But they all went to the outside of the restaurant and stood there, arms folded and watching something that was blocked from my view. This continued for at least 10 minutes, then they all filed back in and our waiter came over to pick up the check. I asked him what was going on and he said the manager had to hold a meeting. As we left, I asked the hostess who was in charge; she looked at 2 or 3 other employees that were present and said, "I guess Steve...." So I assume it was "Steve" that felt it necessary to hold a meeting with all employees (with the exception of the kitchen staff) at 6:45PM on a Thursday during service. Pretty much a " %&#@@ the public, I need to get something off my chest " attitude that WAY TOO MANY companies extoll these days. read more

I just tried to order a takeout meal from Tiff's and was extremely disappointed in their customer service. I was ordering a full rack of ribs but wanted to substitute mac and cheese for the sides they had on their menu. The girl on the phone first told me that they did not have mac and cheese as a side. I noted that they do have mac and cheese on the menu as a kids meal and that I would take whatever was the equivalent of the sides available with the ribs. She checked with the manager and came back to tell me that I could make the substitution but it would cost me $8.00 which was the price of the kids meal. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I would be fine paying an upcharge to substitute mac and cheese but that it did not seem right that I would not be getting the included side with the ribs and I would be paying for french fries that I did not want with the kids meal. Apparently this was too much for her to handle, and she very rudely told me that there was nothing else she could do. It is utterly ridiculous to turn a customer away over a couple of tablespoons of macaroni and cheese! Perhaps this lack of customer service explains why their other restaurant is now closed. I am now enjoying a delicious rack of ribs from the local diner, paid a $2.00 upcharge for a side of macaroni and cheese AND saved $15.00 over what I would have paid at Tiff's! I'm a huge fan of the Tiff's burgers. I've been to the one in Rockaway (now closed) and the one in Union. This is my first time to the one in Morris Plains. I got the Plain + Simple for $10.50 and split the half rack of baby back ribs with my friend for $15. I chose chips for my burger side and onion rings for the half rack side. The burger, as expected, was great. I love the meat mixture and they always butter and toast their buns. Though this time my bun felt less toasted. The chips are my absolute favorite, they're freshly fried and are so crispy! I even got a side of it to go ($6!!!). The ribs felt over priced, they tasted yummy but there just wasn't much meat for the price. The ambience felt more family friendly then date night friendly.
