Absolutely delicious! Took a stroll near West 7th to Chuys and happened upon Tiffs Treats on my way there. So, of course I had to walk in and get a cookie or two. Definitely been wanting to try this tasty bakery for the longest time and I was so happy I was able to on St. Pattys Day! I had a peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie and they both were delectable. My boyfriend had the chocolate brownie and it was pretty good. This won't be my last time at Tiffs Treats and I'll probably take advantage of the delivery service some time soon. There is apparently a flavor of the week cookie which is pretty unique and you can have cookies delivered for just about any occasion which is awesome. read more

I ordered 2 dozen cookies, the staff was unpleasant as usual. I went to pay for my overpriced yet delicious cookies and was told it was almost $40 dollars. Again over priced but a nice treat for my family. I was told they do not accept cash. In what world is cash not accepted. Please please give your business to a company that understands without cash we all will suffer. They have lost a customer for life. The cookies were good but here's my beef. I bought 2 dozen cookies at $26 at the Ft.Worth location. I got an email from my bank a while later stating my account was almost empty??? I checked my statement to see that Tiff's Treats had charged me $273!! I called and was told it would be taken care of and the charge would be changed to $26. Everything happened on Sunday and per my bank, I have to wait until Tuesday for everything to be corrected. I understand mistakes happen, but I am out of money for three days because of it. You would think they would nix the $26 charge for the inconvenience or at least offer a free cookie. But no dice. UPDATE: Still not stoked I got charged that much money, but they ended up not charging me for the cookies either, which I appreciate. I would recommend this place because they have really tasty cookies, but maybe pay with cash instead. read more

Thank you for great service. After Sweet Sammies canceled our order for my teachers' first week of school treat hours before delivery the team at TIFF's Treats helped us tremendously. They were able to complete our order for cookies and ice cream for 90 people in a matter of hours. They also shared that in the future they can come and serve on site. I'm SO disappointed. My fiancé has raved about this place since it opened. I got the 2 dozen cookies and milk for a gift. I picked it up myself. First of all they seemed put out that I was even there. I asked a question and they didn't know and then they didn't offer to find out. When I deliver the cookies which were in a box and the majority of the cookies were broken and I was VERY CARE-FULL with them I think it was the way that they package them but once again that cannot be proven because I took the cookies out of the store myself they seemed hard. Like they were old and reheated. I was really embarrassed to bring them to some ladies that had worked hard and it was a surprise. I will not be back. It's such a disappointment. read more

O.M.G. I have literally no words to compare this place. Isn't the most unique clean and gorgeous cookie place I have ever been. Me and my girlfriend we're walking by the sidewalk on our way to our destination when we encounter with this place. She couldn't resist it so we went in. To my surprise it wasn't just normal cookies. They have a great selection of amazing flavors. My girlfriend order peanut butter cookies and some regular chocolate chip cookies. As me, I got a piece of brownie which I must say was quite good. But I must admit my favorite is the peanut butter cookies. The service at this place is absolutely amazing and very friendly. We randomly stumbled across this place at 9:15pm on a Monday night on the way back to our hotel. We didn't place an order in advance or know what we wanted but the woman working the desk was SO friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations and pretty much sold every type of cookie to us. We couldn't decide so she gave us a sample of all of them! She heated them right on the spot for us in just a few minutes and beautifully packaged the rest of our treats to-go. I wish I would've gotten her name because she's the kind of employee every owner wants representing their establishment. Fantastic customer service. I was accidentally double charged for the order before me as well as my own order due to a technology error. Brittany, the store manager stepped in and showed incredible patience and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She wound up fully refunding everything free of charge. After asking if I could still pay for mine she insisted that it was an error on their part and I shouldn't have to pay. If you make it to this location buy an extra half dozen to make up for the loss, Brittany is a true professional, fantastic staff. Decided to surprise my wife with some goodies, so I ordered her a dozen cookies with 2 ice cream cups. She's loves snickerdoodle cookies and chocolate chip so I split the dozen into those two flavors 50/50. When I got the email, I realized I chose the wrong flavor cookie, and sent them an email asking if I can quickly adjust my order, not thinking I can as it was so last minute. Within ten minutes, i received an email stating my order was changed and cookies and ice cream will be delivered. Rest assured, they delivered on time to Cook Children's hospital and gave my wife her cookies. She was nice enough to leave me 2 chocolate chip cookies and some ice cream to enjoy together. If there's a place for a sweet tooth and not have to leave your house, this is the place! Warm cookies and milk at your door waiting to be eaten. The chocolate chip is my favorite by far but snickerdoodle is a close second. If you have milk get a glass and dunk those bad boys in some milk but if you don't, get a bottle of it with your order! I have placed a couple of large orders so far (boxed assortment by the dozen) to give away as client gifts- not only are the cookies tasty, and well received - the weekday morning staff at the Fort Worth location is extremely courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure the orders are perfect every time. They even customize the colour of the ribbon that ties the boxes to coordinate with my company logo! Horrible service! I frequently order cookies for my work place there is always delivery issues, always more than an hour late, rude delivery drivers we actually stopped ordering for our clients because we got tired of calling and complaining. Today I had a delivery scheduled for my mothers birthday and again I called after the ETA time elapsed and was constantly reminded by customer service that it was pretty much my fault for not checking off the do not call button. Thats why the cookies hadnt been made my mother did not respond back to a text supposedly and so it was going to be an hour or so before she received it. No effort was made to at least give my order to my mother for free I asked for a refund and again the rep was trying to have a long conversation with me about the do not call option! Can I just say that a bakery that delivers is already the best thing ever. We got a crazy sweet tooth late one night and it was already pretty close to their closing time but they still baked our cookies fresh and brought them over. They were warm and gooey and deeeeelish. Called and ordered a half dozen peanut butter and a half dozen chocolate chip cookies and a pint of blue bunny vanilla ice cream about a half an hour before close. The very nice driver arrived and I signed for the package and took my late night bounty into the house. My girlfriend is exceedingly picky about her peanut butter cookies but she picked one up and oohed at the soft, warm bundle of peanut butter joy. She popped it in her mouth and mmmmmmed. The ice cream was perfectly tempered and we both sat making little happy cookie munching sounds and clinked our ice cream bowls with gleeful abandoned. Ordered an ice cream sandwich and walked out of the store. Took one bite and 1/2 of the ice cream came out because it was too soft and runny. The ice cream ran all over my hands and I had to throw it away. Called the store and the employee said it was because the cookies were warm. They did not offer any way to fix the situation. I ordered a dozen cookies from out of town to be delivered to a friend in Fort Worth. The delivery was on time (you can choose your 30 minute delivery window) and the cookies were delivered warm. I bought a Tiff's mix box of a dozen cookies that came out to be $19 with delivery. Great price for warm, timely delivery. The service was kind and took my order over the phone. I am a huge fan off tiffs treats and have been for 10 years. This store is unhelpful and the call cent I was transferred to hung up on and refused to answer and simple question about the travel time be be with in there delivery zone! Being with in a 10mile radius of the store I did not think twice about it and tried to set up a delivery for my sons birthday (the venue was with in 20 min of the store with the worst traffic). It would of been one thing if they where able to give me a real answer or tried to help me find a solution to the fact that I was "to far from the store".
