This Tiff's Treats location is pretty sweet! I've been coming here for a few years now for pick up orders and it has been good. The parking lot is shared amongst many retailers and can get really crowded at times, but I've managed to park, get in and out within five to ten minutes on most visits. The cookies and brownies have been very consistent in taste and texture. The staff are nice and try to get you your order as soon as they can if you're doing it curbside to go or picking sweet treats up inside. The Tiffwich treat is only available in stores, so be sure to check it out if you haven't had it...basically a glorified ice cream sandwich with any two cookies of your choice and a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream in between all the warm, gooey goodness! I also love their Cookie Truffles (tastes like cake pops imo), Tiff Blitz (a icy cookie treat in a tub), and sometimes even their Kendra Scott collabs or Baked by Melissa mini cupcakes. There has been a time or two when I asked for a curbside delivery but didn't get my order for roughly 15 mins without any text notification. During that time it would've been nice to receive an update on the status after the initial confirmation that I received. Only after about ten mins I ended up getting a text saying that they were not able to come out and I would need to go in to pick it up myself. If it was that easy for me to just hop off the car and get it myself I would've done so in the first place, but under the circumstance I was in, it was not ideal for me to do so. But I didn't let that one mishap bar me from future Tiff's experiences! Overall one of the best Tiff's Treats locations I've visited in the Houston area. I ordered via Uber Eats and I got a really great deal! This was my 1st time trying this place after someone recommended them. I got Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Chip and a pint of vanilla ice cream. I'm not a fan of chocolate chip but they were really good, the oatmeal raisin were just ok and the ice cream was good. The cookies arrived hot and fresh! The packaging was exceptionally nice!! Oh man the cookies. Cookies!! So I got a thing for oatmeal raisin cookies. These are the best I've ever eaten. I only get 2-3 at a time and savor every bite. Its been awhile since I have been in Houston due to Covid but service remains fast and friendly. If you don't see your fav in the shelves up front they probably have some in the back. Oatmeal raisin and peanut butter are my favs but I have had all and they are delicious. Star taken away because they have sign on the door says one group at a time. I was the next outside the door. Group of maybe 4 in there so I waited outside. The joker behind me decided he was coming in there with me. As this is a very small space it made me uncomfortable. Was excited to try Tiff's after it receiving raving reviews. They are very small and have limited things insid. There is 1 display unit, 2 registers and a back space for cooking. This is cashless establishment. They are quick, and the prices are a little higher than I anticipated for the size of cookie. I recommend ordering through app and using discount code. That peanut butter chocolate bar--warmed up--was absolutely divine. The brownie was also very good but perhaps a little forgettable. The cookies seemed a little small but a dozen for $20 seems like a pretty good deal. Honestly, the gentleman providing the service is ultimately what makes it a five star experience for me. The first time I had these treats was when my local friend sent a gift of bake-at-home cookie dough and truffles that were also so delicious that I almost ordered them again. I went here for the first time since I heard great things about it. I ordered one Chocolate Chip Cookie and one Chocolate Chip PB Cookie for around 3 bucks. They were both fantastic and warm, melt in your mouth, handmade cookies. I had heard of people raving about Tiff's Treats before, but have never had the chance to try them. I needed a gift for coworkers, so I decided to see if these were worth the hype. The store is apparently always stocked with cookies of all types, so you don't need to worry about them running out. The cookies are $17/dozen if I remember correctly. They come in a nice box tied with a blue ribbon, so the presentation is nice if you need a gift! Taste wise, I was not impressed. I wonder endlessly how Tiff managed to craft the perfect cookie over and over and over. It's not even the quality of the cookie that amazes me at this point. It's the consistency. A perfect cookie every time, you wonder if they ever get tired. Being so perfect must take a lot out of a company and its employees. I first had a taste when they were delivered to the hospital. They were warm cookies and they tasted absolutely amazing. I couldn't stop eating them, but once they've cooled down they get harder, but the flavor is still there. I prefer them warm, but if I can't get that than cool is fine too. Cookies are always hot and freshly baked. They have a variety of flavors and limited ones for their flavor of the week. The staff is very nice here. If there's a lot of people and you're waiting in the lobby, they'll make sure to ask if you've been helped. $16/dozen. You can order half a dozen of each flavor at a time. Sign up for their email newsletter as they always have deals or discount codes (common ones I see are 10% off your order but it can go up to 50%, BOGO dozen, special holiday deals, etc.) I definitely recommend ordering ahead and picking them up. Or you can come in for their 'Baked to Take' cookies which are already baked cookies in their display case that are $1.50/each. They'll heat them up for you too! Tiff's Treats was cool. I like the fact that they deliver. And it's in the medical center. So if you have a friend or family member in the hospital, you can send them some cookies or something. Can people in the hospital eat cookies? I don't know. But either way you can send them cookies. So since this was my first time I got different ones so I can taste them all. The chocolate chip cookie was good, but not the best I've ever tasted in my life or anything. The peanut butter I wasn't a fan of, but I think my mom cursed me with her peanut butter cookies, and I'm so used to eating hers. Like I said the place was cool.. I was in that O.S.T. traffic, searching for gas that was under $2.20, and finally - after passing it so many times - I just had to pop into this little place and try it out. I LOVE chocolate chip cookies! They are the Achilles heal to my workout regimen (as well as Mexican food, fried chicken, and....you get the drift). There was only one lady ahead of me, yesterday, and I was delighted. I was going to get these dream wheels and dash out before anyone could see me. Nothin' doin'! The lady in front of me had a hefty little order, but that wasn't the issue...she messed around and added a soda and one other thing to the order (that she'd apparently pre-ordered) and that tore a huge hole in the cashier's brain. He searched the ONE CASH REGISTER screen, over and over, for some way to add these two things and check this lady out. It went on for ten slow, creeping minutes. He then got the courage to ask the much younger guy in the back to assist him. We were off to the races after that. Sheesh. My enthusiasm had bottomed out, but I was still desirous of my fare. I got 4 chocolate chip and 2 oatmeal raisin cookies and payed exactly $7.50. Not bad. Which brings me to a point. One of the thing that Tiff's touts (see what I did there?) is that they deliver. Well, I live about 7 miles from this place. I was curious as to how much it would cost to have a dozen cookies delivered to my house. It was $14.00 for the cookies and (since I'm somehow out of the ideal delivery spectrum) and an additional $14.00 for the delivery. Ummm.,.. "Can I place an order for pickup? Yep, I'll hold." But I digress....I hoped in my vehicle, found gas ($2.19..ugh), and tried out the cookies. I could tell that they were soft, as I held the little bags between my phalanges. The oatmeal raisin cookie was moist, chewy and had a nice taste. The chocolate chip cookie was most, chewy, and had a buttery taste. It reminded me of a soft version of the butter coolies that my grandmother used to get, around the holidays, that came in the round tin can...but only bigger. I'm a UT gal and I have fond fond memories of the delight and surprise I would receive when my friends, family, or boyfriend would send me a Tiff Treats delivery for a special occasion....be it acing a tough test, or having a birthday or anniversary. So when I was having a rough rough week at work, and these cookies showed up to my office, I was SO surprised and had a lovely nostalgic moment. My oh so sweet boyfriend knew I was having a horrible week and sent these delicious treats to me on a Friday morning. Needless to say, they made my day! So the delivery guy came around 10:30ish (cookies at 10:30 in the morning, why the heck not?) and knocked on our office door. I just happened to be alone in the office and was on the phone with a Board member (you never wanna leave a call with a Board member....), so I chose to ignore the knock, thinking it was one of our pesky neighbors asking for a fork or something anyway. The delivery man was very persistent and decided to go to the office next to ours to find me! The people in the office next to ours just happens to be our sister company and had the keys to our office too. The lady who works there opened the door to hunt me down (they really wanted to get these warm cookies to me!). The delivery guy didn't seem mad or frustrated at all, and had me sign a paper confirming I received the delivery. I was SO surprised. I didn't even know there was a Tifffs Treats near my office (I work in the museum district). My boyfriend had gotten me a dozen cookies (half oatmeal raisin and half chocolate chip) and a pint of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Can we say happy friday? :) The cookies were nice and still warm (despite the 10-15 mins the delivery guy probably spent trying to hunt me down). The ice cream was also fine, and not melted at all. Everything was very yummy, however, I'm sad to say it is not as good as Austin's Tiff's Treats. I'm sorry, Tiffs Treats on OST, I know you tried, but sadly, you can not beat out the original. First off, let me start by saying that the reason I went to this place was because I was looking for a good ice cream cookie sandwich. There's a place in California called CREAM that my gf took me to and it was AWESOME. That place had the best ice cream cookie sandwiches ever so i yelped one in the Htown that would satisfy my cravings and Yelp led me to Tiff's Treats. So the basics: They have a good variety of cookies. They are fresh and warm. No doubt they are delicious. I think another cool thing about this place is that they deliver and they deliver your cookie warm. Now for what I wanted: the ice cream cookie sandwich was a 3/5. Although you can mix and match your cookies, they only have vanilla ice cream. It would have been awesome if they had more ice cream varieties. The ice cream is blue bell though, but still!! Overall it's a solid cookie place. And that's all this place really is. Hopefully they'll add more ice cream variety soon. read more

I always go to tiff's treats if I've had a rough day or want a pick me up after work. I know, people go for drinks, I go for cookies. It's nice because while many people order it online and have it delivered, they do have rest made cookies in their storefront that you can buy and eat there. They have all the flavors available, and you don't feel guilty if you just want to buy 1 or 2 cookies, instead of a whole dozen. They also give you the option of heating it up, which I recommend you should always take. Price: when you think about it, buying a single cookie is a bit pricey because it's $1 for 1 cookie, but sometimes that goes out the window when you just want a warm gooey cookie, so it's totally worth it at any cost. The service was nice, but when I walked in, I think the worker was busy, so there wasn't anyone in the front to greet me, but it's ok, she came out later and was very cordial.
