The scheduler said(according to the driver) that I was crying to her about him not being there when I was actually just asking for an ETA and being polite. The driver scolded me upon arrival asking me if I "learned my lesson" I used the use my location feature on the usaa app and it took him to the wrong address (just down the street). NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They damaged my BMW during a tow, and when I went to court I couldn't prove it because (like most people) I didn't have photos of the undercarriage beforehand. My car only had a flat tire before the tow -- no other issues. Unfortunately, they got away with it because I'm not a mechanic and couldn't defend myself without technical evidence. My advice to anyone using this company (or any towing service): * Document everything. Take photos and videos before, during, and after the tow -- including underneath the car. * Don't agree if the driver refuses to let you ride in the car during the tow. Learn from my experience so you don't end up in the same situation. I'm now considering filing a lawsuit with a lawyer, because I'm sick of companies getting away with damage without taking responsibility. To make things worse, the owner literally jumped up and down after court -- honestly, if I were guilty and just got away with it, I might react the same way. My truck died on the side of the road. Called Progressive to get roadside assistance. They had this company "Tiger's Towing" assigned to come and tow me. I wait the two hour estimated time. I call them after the 2 hours and they say the driver will call me. I wait another 30 min. I call them back. They said that my insurance canceled the tow. I call Progressive. Progressive tells me that they had to cancel because the driver/company would not pick up and that Tigers Towing was way over the ETA and so they sent me another tow truck. So, State Farm contracts with Tiger's Towing. I popped my tire hitting a curb and they came. It took over an hour since the tow truck was parked in Kahaluu (I was in the Ward area) and so I waited, patiently. The guy who came was nice, which is why I'm not giving the company one star but what was baffling was the repair shop where I had my car towed called me saying the car was left on the side of the road, window opened (I was asked to leave it open,) and then the key left in the cup holder. The repair shop said they're supposed to check in with them and do the hand off but clearly that didn't happen! This is not a reliable company at all. They were assigned to me via my car insurance with Geico for Roadway Emergency Assistance. Their ETA was within 1.5 hour of them accepting the service from GEICO. 2.5 hours later they were still MIA. They never responded to my texts or any calls from GEICO. Their voicemail was full. And texts were ignored. Towing companies should not be accepting calls/jobs if they are oversuscribed and/or can't deliver within a reasonable time. There are many people out there looking for business. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Service requested at 7:30 in the morning through my insurance got a notification saying that tiger's towing would be there within 135 minutes from 7:46 AM. 1011 rolls around 1020 rolls around. I call all three numbers for tigers towing that were given to me from not only liberty mutual but tigers towing as well and no one answers the phone. No communication about being late no communication about an extended ETA nothing liberty mutual gets in touch with me and asked me if the towing company has arrived. I said no they try to reach out to Tiger's towing. No one answers the calls for them as well. I end up canceling tigers towing now that it's 11 AM and initiate help from another provider through liberty mutual.. 1015 rolls around I finally get a call back from Tigers towing saying "I'm sorry I missed a call".... And yes, I let them have it because they don't have their shit together over there. No wonder the bad reviews poorly run business..... I tried to explain to them that they never came. They never called and they tried to say that the insurance company canceled their service to me. The insurance company only canceled the service to me because they no called no showed. Welp....I was told 2 hours at 900 am from USAA to tow my old Honda from my driveway to the Dealer for repairs. The USAA transfer to 'roadside assist' was all computer voiced idiocy and nothing 'translated' as in Hawaiian street names etc. So the address was 100% Wrong. I called the company (Tiger's) directly suspecting this to confirm my address and found the error and corrected it. But the driver was never informed, so when he called 30 min out I had to give it to him too. So there is a disconnect there from the office to the driver that should be corrected as ...what if I'd been on the side of the road or my cell went out? Luckily I was home and safe...they are friendly and the tow (large flatbed tow!) went w/o a hitch otherwise. Took 3 hours so the timing is a bit off (dunno who's to blame here) but he called to LMK when he'd be here too so that was good. I had to leave a note on the steering wheel as I could not follow the truck to the Honda Dealer for the repairs...hope it gets repaired OK! UNRELIABLE AND YHEY LIE! I called at 10 am through my insurance company to have my car towed to a garage. I was told they would come between 120 to 135 minutes. I called and told the insurance company I hadn't heard from them. I didn't get a phone call from Tiger's until 2:50 p.m, with the BS excuse that I must have been in an area where I couldn't receive calls because they had tried to call me a couple of times. I am in town where I received calls all day with no problem. I had no missed calls. I had even left an additional, different phone number for them to call and that phone hadn't received any calls either. Now I will have to wait to tow the car tomorrow! If you call your insurance company and they say they're sending Tiger's towing service, tell them you want to go with someone else!! read more

Regardless of COVID and the setbacks or impacts and delays it has placed on businesses and families, Tiger's Towing responded to our roadside assistance in less than 30 minutes compared to most roadside assistance calls having to wait an hour or sometimes more. One of our vehicles pictured below (Chevrolet s10) became inoperable on a busy part of the freeway and needed to be towed. Huge MAHALO (Thank You) to the operator/driver (Ikena Castro) of Tiger's Towing for his patience with us, as of course anyone who gets stalled in rush hour traffic would be stressed out and frustrated. Ikena carried himself with so much aloha when arriving and keeping the communication open as he was making his way to us, we were relieved of our stress and frustration of being stalled and it all turned into a POSITIVE situation at the end of the day for us. Highly recommended for any of your towing needs. A few weeks after the roadside assistance I had a family member stranded out on the NorthShore. I received their call for help at 1am and out of all the towing companies I had tagged for help on my social media, fortunately Tiger's Towing was the one and only who responded to my posts and was willing to drive out to assist. Coming forth with the above and beyond for customers, I have yet to find another Towing Company as good as this, reliable, very responsive and more so a driver like ours with a big heart and all around positive vibe and willing to help anyone no matter the time of day type of person! I had my car die while parked on base at Camp Smith. I originally thought the solenoid, the computer system, the alternator, or the starter had died or potentially a combination of them. I couldn't test too much on site and don't know enough about cars to confirm the problem. When I got Tiger's Towing dispatched, not only did they arrive sooner than expected and were able to be sponsored them on base without issue, instead of just towing the car, he realized that it was fixable. He looked at it and jumped it which got it running enough to get me to O'Reilly down the road which he recommended where I got my battery changed quickly and at a great price so now I have it working without issue. Tiger does not just tow the car, they care about the customer and were incredibly professional, very honest, and extremely helpful. AVOID Tiger's Towing. First notice said they will arrive in 110-125 minutes. Over 2 hours later, next notice said 15 minutes. 5 minutes later, it updated to 20 minutes. Over 30 minutes later, I get a notice for 45 more minutes. After 3 hours, they want me to wait another 45 minutes. I canceled and asked my insurance for another company. Also, tried calling them and they don't answer. AVOID this company. read more

Driver was courteous, very knowledgeable and was very careful in loading my Sons truck on to the flatbed, As his truck is low, the driver even had a regular tow truck meet him to unload the truck at our residence so that they could drop it where we requested..
