I've never had to wait too long in line to get checked out so really can't complain. The proprietor, Marc Chapman is as knowledgeable about all levels of running (from beginner to competitive athlete), and is very generous about sharing the knowledge with all who enter the world of Kilometers. He will watch you run for a bit, evaluate your mechanics and suggest just the right shoe for you, and work with you over the months and years to continue to guide your shoe selection and educate you on the sport. If there were more retailers with the passion that Chapman has for his trade, the likes of Niketown and Champs never would have existed, because they simply would not be able to compete.
