My husband and I were so excited that Tiger Sugar was located right in our hotel as the one in Denver is often busy and super packed. However, that is not the case at this one, they are fast and are open with great hours. The staff were super nice, and the drinks are delicious. The "food truck" like stall is also fitting for the area of resorts world where this location is at. read more

Ignorant of the Tiger Sugar Boba craze sweeping the country, I tried my first Virgin signature Tiger Sugar Boba with oat milk. Tiger Sugar has a new location in Resorts World, so luckily my wife pointed it out as we checked out the food court. We've heard about Tiger Sugar, and the long lines they attract. The chain that started in Taiwan makes delicious and beautiful looking drinks. We looked at the menu, and they offer both cold and hot drink options. My wife was interested in a coffee cold drink, but instead chose a chocolate drink with pearls and malt. I was in the mood for green tea, so went with the iced version with boba. We loved the drinks, the chocolate drink was not only beautiful but tasted like a lighter milkshake. The pearls were like tiny boba, and the malt flavor really came through. My iced green tea with boba was also just amazing, the sugar level was good but subtle. The boba was very good also, not sticky or chalky at all but firm with great taste. I can see why this chain keeps growing, their drinks are amazing and aesthetically pleasing! It's not cheap, but totally worth the price if you like boba drinks. The food court restaurants are very good, so grab some Tiger Sugar and a few bites if you're at Resorts World in Vegas! read more

I didn't know there was a Tiger Sugar here! It's kinda perfect for the aesthetic that Resorts World creates with the rest of the surrounding restaurants. Some drinks weren't available, but I was able to try the new Mango Sago. Mango's my fav fruit, so why not? It tasted good. It was filled with all sorts of different toppings I can't name. As you drink through the toppings, they all come in different sizes and texture. This is a convenient place for boba lovers. read more

I have mixed reviews about Tiger Sugar. The drink is good don't get me wrong. But it's so expensive for what you get. I got the original and the most popular large with tax came out to over $10! The cup itself was tall and skinny so the oz wise wasn't as much as you would think. They also fill the cup up all the way to the top with ice so I'm actuality you're not even getting half of that. It's also mostly milk and a ton of sugar. The amount of sugar they put in this drink is of course going to make it taste good. The boba was good, soft and fresh (was still a little warm). Overall I'm giving a 3 star for the value. I personally wouldn't come back here. Granted it's in a casino, so the prices will be a lot higher and it does reflect this. read more

Was in the mood for coffee and stumbled upon their drink that included both Boba + Coffee. They delivered well. It's not overly sugary, make sure you state your sugar level preference. I'm always at a 25% or 50% because 100% is way too sweet for me. I was told it's one shot of espresso in it, so hard to categorize it as a latte (which the menu states) and I'm used to lattes having 2 shots of espresso. Otherwise, fair enough price $7 for a 16oz drink (Regular Size). I thoroughly expected to pay way more. Oh yeah, the boba is phenomenally chewy, snappy, and delicious. read more

Very sad at how much this place disappointed me I had been watching their videos on Instagram for about a year and finally was able to get some while I was visiting Vegas! I tried this place twice. Got a fruity drink with boba initially and then one of their signatures: brown sugar boba milk with Pearl & espresso cream mousse. Both were sooooo mediocre and on the second day the boba was even bad. It was mushy and there were small pieces that were like poorly formed leftover boba pieces. It wasn't the worst boba I had ever had but it was worse than cheaper avg boba chains and definitely wasn't what I was expecting after waiting to get it for so long!! I'm hoping this specific location in Resorts World is just really bad and hoping to give it another chance at a different location somewhere! read more

Finally a boba place on the strip that tastes decent. Regular is 7 bucks and the large is 1.50 more. I had the coffee and milk tea all in one. What a perfect combo if you like coffee. Did you even go to Vegas if you haven't unlocked the achievement quest of sipping Tiger Sugar brown sugar boba in a casino??! The taste of my black tea with black sugar boba was DIVINE. Tiger Sugar is conveniently located inside Resorts World which is where I stayed during my time at Vegas. The drinks were well priced and came out timely. Service was 10/10. It is also a stall so there is no physical store but there's a lot of food options around Tiger Sugar which is convenient. I really liked the lychee drink and the brown sugar boba in the matcha was great. The drinks were a little bit bitter even with regular sugar but still a good drink to satisfy any boba cravings in Las Vegas. read more

Stumbled upon my favorite boba place on a trip to Vegas! This one is located within the resorts world casino and hotel, when you walk in, take a right and walk down and you will be greeted by a small tiger sugar stand and a food court with many Asian street food themed options. My go to drink at this place is the brown sugar milk with boba, it's really the drink to get here and at all locations I have been too it has been consistently great! I get it without the foam but that's just personal preferred. Only downside is you can't adjust sweetness but it's still worth it. The milk quality is really good and the pearls (both large and small) are of good consistency, sweetness, and texture. If you find yourself in Vegas and haven't tried tiger sugar before this won't disappoint! read more

So happy they open one inside resort world...the place was packed and they offer pretty much the same thing as the locations I have been to in ca (give and take some items and toppings). Prices are about the same as other locations. I ordered a signature tiger milk; the taste was right but I also found it's interesting it came with both big and small boba in one drink bc I don't recall ca or the Asian one I have been to mixed two type of boba in one drink. This location is in Resorts World and has become my go to before show drink. I wish they stayed open a little later on weekends as they are closed by the time shows get out. I recently fell in love with Tiger Sugar (Little Tokyo & Rowland Hts) and glad there's one at Resort World Vegas. Even better is that I can grab a boba at midnight on Christmas! Thank you boba Santa! You will pay a premium for everything at Resort World, $10 for a Tiger Sugar boba when it's $6 back in LA? Yep! But hey you are in Vegas and you deserve to splurge a little. If you are more into tea flavored drinks, Tiger Sugar is not for you. Here you get a more milky drink but the bobas are very soft yet chewy, even if you finish up your drink a couple hours later. Hubby got a large mango sago and he slurped it all by the time we went back to our room on the 51st floor. I got a regular size Brown Sugar Matcha Latte with Cream Mousse and I fully enjoyed it too. Wish there's one closer to us in SGV, but I'm sure one will pop up soon in the near future. read more

My daughter and I spotted Tiger Sugar and both being big fans of boba, we got in line and ordered. The service was friendly and super-quick. I was happy to be able to get a dairy-free boba, as I'm fairly lactose intolerant. I have to say, this was the best boba I've ever had. Sweet, chewy, scrumptious goodness. I'm still craving it! Honestly the taste isn't there. Costco has instant bobba that has more flavor than tiger sugar. The only thing good about this spot is the convenience of being on the casino floor in between the food court. I ordered their best seller item number C1 on the menu, I tried to customize my bobba and they wouldn't or couldn't customize it. Not sure if it is their policy or the cashier didn't want to bother. Anyway it's a novelty drink I worried that first time bobba drinkers will believe this is all it's cracked up to be. Presentation is nice the drinks looks delicious but the flavor is missing. I am very familiar with Tiger Sugar as I am always going to the Rowland Heights location. This location however did not live up to what I usually expect when I eat here. I always get the brown sugar boba drink, but this time around they mixed in mini boba with the normal boba. Inside, there is a huge Cloutea boba that is great for pictures and a few seats and tables. We then took a look at the menu and ordered the Original Boba Classic with the staff member. The staff member put the label on and boba in the cup, then he pressed some buttons. Next thing ADAM, an AI-powered robot, started to make the boba. ADAM talks to you briefly and your drink is ready in no time. It was unique to see a robot with a body and arms making the boba. In Seattle, I went to Artly Coffee and there was a robotic barista that makes coffee but it was just an arm. In Artly Coffee, the robot steams the milk and does a lot more than ADAM. The Original Boba Classic was alright, nothing special. It was a blend of Okinawa milk tea and honey boba. This was more for the experience than the boba.

We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.

It was surprising for a breakfast restaurant to run out of champagne for mimosas during brunch service. After we finished, the server brought the check but never came back to process our payment. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to pay and leave, but no one followed up, so we left cash on the table and walked out. This was our fourth visit, and we've had better experiences before, but Wednesday's service was unacceptable and left us with a very negative impression.

Now I just started using Venmo and John was cool enough to walk me through it. That was pretty awesome and awesome customer service. This was the second time using that app. So my Venmo purchase was around $11 bucks for everything. Flavor Fusion also sells Fruit Teas and Smoothies along with the Milk teas. For items, that I know of. Flavor Fusion offers. Shrimp tacos ,potstickers shrimp egg rolls. I wanted to try out the shrimp egg rolls. They was pretty cool, straight fire in my opinion. I also got my drink Taro Milk, love that stuff and a Milk Tea. They do have Boba to add to the drinks of you want. Everything was hella good and I'm definitely a fan. I'll be coming back soon. I ordered two lemonades, and they were tasty and not too sweet, which I appreciated! I didn't get a chance to try the coffee, but I've heard good things about it. Lines were decently long, which means you know what place is good, but it wasn't crazy lines so it was still appealing to wait. Out of the four days I stayed here, I ordered the brown sugar Boba twice. Now look, I know this is a very sugary drink-but I don't cheat myself to soda or sweets very often, but this hit the perfect spot. The Bobo was nice and chewy and I could tell that the tea was very fresh They gave it to you in a cute plastic like soda can with an appropriate Boba straw. I do think they could've added a touch more ice-but I do like that. They didn't add too much that he wasn't watery. Overall, I'm very happy with this place-pricing was also appropriate as my drink was about nine dollars with heavy whipping cream! Would definitely come back!!
