Convienent location inside Resort World, The Brown sugar boba did satisfy my sweet tooth, and I enjoyed the casual place in the food court to retreat from the casino

This is one of the few boba shops that you can get on the Las Vegas Strip. It's located at the Famous Foods Food Hall at Resorts World. Even though it's on the strip, cost is not terrible. $7.95 for green milk tea with boba. The tapioca was a little on the hard side, but I'm glad I was able to get my preferred caffeine fix without having to leave the strip (even though some of the best deals for food can be found nearby in Chinatown). Nevertheless, this is 3-stars (OK) per yelp's scale.

Quick service, delish boba fruit tea. The guy was a bit lackluster but hey..maybe I'd be too if I had to make boba all day?? My brother got the oatmilk brown sugar boba and said it was yummy too! Grabbed myself some iced green tea with fresh peach fruit bits. The small pearls are so soft and chewy with a neutral flavor. Small bits of peach fruit were amazing. Got it 50% sweet which was perfect. Plenty of seats to sit and then grab a bite at one of the many eating places in the food hall inside of Resort World.

The number 5 - Black Sugar Boba - Milk and Cream Mousse

We ordered two drinks. The only way to order is through their iPad, so I couldn't really ask questions. I wanted to get a plain milk tea drink so I ordered the number 5, and removed the boba as a topping. When I got my drink, I realized it was just a full on milk drink without any tea. My review is more about the customer service from the barista. After trying my drink and realizing it was almost like drinking straight up milk, I told him about what I had wanted and asked him if he could remake the drink for me. His response really rubbed me the wrong way. He was kind of abrasive and just said, "but that's what you ordered." Even if the answer was no, he could have been nicer. Anyway, the lack of customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. The other tea drink we order was ok, so we ended just sharing the other one. Visited: 12/22/2025

I tried the signature #5 Black Sugar Boba. The service was quick. I can honestly taste mainly the whole milk only. The flavors were just decent. The boba was soft. I probably wouldn't come back here.

Fast to go spot for drinks. Staff is helpful and recommended the #5. Drink was pretty good but I could definitely taste the large amount of whole milk used (I felt like it was mostly milk only). The boba was soft and chewy. This was my first time here and will probably be my last seeing how there are other better boba spots available.

Quick boba for recovery No line, fast turnover Number 5 - Signature black sugar boba+ (sub) oatmilk +cream mousse So so good! The mix of small and large boba was great, the texture of the boba was perfect, tender and slightly chewy The sweetness level was not asked but down to perfection on level of chichasanchen Overall I would return!! Love that we didn't have to drive anywhere or wait in long line for this great boba

Located inside the food court of Resort World. Only one guy working as cashier & barista. Pretty good. Felt like this location is better than the one we had in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles in terms of taste. All three drinks we got were good. DRINKS: M1 - Black Sugar Boba + Pearl + Chocolate Malt Milk w/ Cream Mousse 5/5 (Bf's new favorite. I like it as well, but it's pretty rich & heavy) OL1 - Golden Oolong Tea w/ Cheese Mousse 4/5 (Was looking for something light and refreshing and this was a solid choice) C1 - Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Coffee Latte w/ Cream Mousse 4/5 (Decide to try it cuz it was listed as a Best Seller. Not bad) We were happy with all our choices.

Got the signature black sugar boba with pearl milk and it just straight up tasted like I was just drinking milk :( disappointed.

C1 black sugar boba & coffee latte with creame mousse

Tiger Sugar is located in the Resorts World food court. I was impressed with the quality of the boba drink for being located in a Vegas hotel! I saw that C1 (Black sugar boba & pearl coffee latte, which comes with cream mousse on top) is their best seller, so I was convinced to try it! I like how they use mini boba and the consistency of it was honestly perfect. It was soft, chewy and warm. The drink itself tasted like Vietnamese coffee. It was a bit too strong for my liking but still had good flavor! I tried my friend's strawberry saga and it was SO. GOOD. I definitely am going to get that one next time. Super refreshing and high quality drinks. Definitely can't miss this on a trip to Resorts World!

I came here to get coffee since it was the only place that served coffee in the area. I ordered at the counter and my drink was ready pretty quickly. Since it's a kiosk, theres not much seating unless you sit in the food court area. I got the C1, which is black sugar boba and pearl coffee latte with cream mousse. If you love super sweet drinks, then this is for you! This drink was really sweet, it felt like i was just drinking something sugary with a drop of coffee. I probably wouldn't come back for coffee, but I would come back to try the regular milk tea.

I got the new drink - Lychee Bursting Boba Black Tea: i also got boba that was pretty good and refreshing for $7.29 A bunch of ordering stations with various food options where you place your order, pay and input your phone number so you'll get a text when the food is ready for pickup.

Out of the four days I stayed here, I ordered the brown sugar Boba twice. The Bobo was nice and chewy and I could tell that the tea was very fresh They gave it to you in a cute plastic like soda can with an appropriate Boba straw. I do think they could've added a touch more ice-but I do like that. They didn't add too much that he wasn't watery. The 'jasmine passion fruit boba tea' was outstanding on a globally warmed desert afternoon in the mid one hundred teens - jasmine tea with leaves that are fresh-brewed daily, passion fruit, boba, ice, and a mound of balls called 'water chestnut popping pearls' to add some crunch. You choose one of three levels of sweetness (fructose)...sweet, mildly sweet, or not at all. Mildly was just right and the robot went to work grabbing different ingredients after the employee (a staff of one) typed in the command. Maybe this is the future of the bar industry as well...one paid human and a staff of robots that don't need bathroom breaks. They're located on the ground floor of Caesars Forum Shops, next to Joe's Seafood, and you're probably better off buying a $10 Cloutea drink to do some gambling with instead of waiting 20 minutes for a cocktail waitress to come by with a watered down beverage. This boba drink definitely hit the spot, prices are very reasonable all things considered, and the robot's demeanor is really no different than those steely-gazed casino pit bosses who say mostly nothing for hours and don't care about your problems. It's a refreshing, full 20 ounce drink that the robot shrink wraps for you, so just poke it with the fat straw and it won't spill. Give this place a try!

Inside, there is a huge Cloutea boba that is great for pictures and a few seats and tables. We then took a look at the menu and ordered the Original Boba Classic with the staff member. The staff member put the label on and boba in the cup, then he pressed some buttons. Next thing ADAM, an AI-powered robot, started to make the boba. ADAM talks to you briefly and your drink is ready in no time. It was unique to see a robot with a body and arms making the boba. In Seattle, I went to Artly Coffee and there was a robotic barista that makes coffee but it was just an arm. In Artly Coffee, the robot steams the milk and does a lot more than ADAM. The Original Boba Classic was alright, nothing special. It was a blend of Okinawa milk tea and honey boba. This was more for the experience than the boba.

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
